물질특허제도의 조기 일괄도입을 반대하는 국내 관련업체의 강력한 여망에도 불구하고 외국인의 물질특허, 소프트웨어등 지적소유권이 87년 7월부터 전면 보호받게 되었다. 특허기간은 현행 12년에서 15년으로 3년을 연장하고 물질특허 시행당시 이전에 미국인이 우리나라 특허청에 출원한 제법특허에 대해서는 90일 이내에 물질특허 출원으로 바꿀 수 있도록 하며 80년 1월 1일이후 미국에서 물질특허를 받았으나 상품화 되지않은 물질에 대해서는 특허권은 인정해주지 않되 농약관리법등에 의한 행정지도로 보호해 주기로 했다. 결국 물질특허제도 도입과 관련된 한$\cdot$미간 통상협상은 수입규제를 강력히 앞세운 미국측의 거센 압력에 무릎을 꿇고 말았다.

This study examines the implications of fashion in self-expression or image management among college students in Korea. Socio-demographic factors are considered in addressing following research questions: why Korean college students seek luxury goods; how they recognize the effects of using luxury goods on their image management; whether or not they have purchased counterfeit luxury goods; and why they buy counterfeit goods. In order to explain the relationship between fashion and social class, the study examines various sociological theories including Erving Goffman's dramaturgical approach. The data were drawn from 1419 students from 10 universities nationwide in 2005. Chi-square analyses yields outcomes as follows: Using luxury goods works as a class symbol that gives the users the image of higher socio-economic background; use of counterfeit luxury goods and its symbolic effects in image management do not have significant relationship with socio-economic background.

(사)한국포장협회가 제11회 한용교포장인상 수상자를 선정, 발표하고 2월 25일 포장인의 날 행사에서 시상식을 가졌다. 국내 유일의 순수 포장인을 대상으로 하는 "제11회 한용교 포장인상" 수상자는 연구개발부문 김흥연(율촌화학(주) ENG팀 부장),김준봉((주)화승인더스트리 기술연구소 연구2팀 계장), 추임호(대한잉크(주) 기술연구소 과장), 장학생부문 최민석(연세대학교 패키지장학3년), 고건우(경북과학대학 패키징매니지먼트 1년), 윤효진(용인송담대학 유통학부(포장전공) 1년) 등 6명이며 수출진흥, 생산.품질관리, 경영, 영업분야는 수상자를 내지 못해 아쉬움을 남겼다. 한용교포장인상은 (사)한국포장협회 초대회장이 국내 포장산업에 종사하고 있는 모든 포장인들을 대상으로 긍지와 신념을 갖게 하고 연구의욕 고취로 국내 포장분야 발전과 포장산업 세계화의 조기정착을 복적으로 기금을 마련, 96년 10월에 제정됐다. 본 고에서는 수상자들의 활약상을 살펴본다.

무선인터넷의 비약적인 발전에 힘입어, 이동통신 단말기를 위한 이동통신서비스가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히 온라인이나 오프라인상에서 물품을 판매하거나, 정보서비스를 제공하는 무선전자상거래 시장이 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있으며, 무선전자상거래가 성공적으로 이루어지기 위한 무선 결제 시스템이 요구되기 시작하였다. 기존의 무선 결제 시스템은 스마트 카드를 이동통신 단말기에 탑재하여 결제하는 방식이었으며, 반드시 스마트 카드를 이동통신 단말기에 탑재해야 하는 번거로움과 제 3 자에 의한 오남용을 막을 수 없는 단점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 다운로드 솔루션을 기반으로 한 GVM(General Virtual Machine)상에서 실행될 수 있는 모바일 C 기반의 무선 결제 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 무선 결제 시스템은 모두 3 개의 모듈로 구성되어 있으며, 개인 정보 관리 모듈에서는 공인인증서와 개인의 신용정보를 단말기에 다운로드 받아 저장한다. 사용자 상호 작용 모듈에서는 유저 인터페이스를 통하여 결제금액과 개인 인증 번호를 입력 받으며, 암호화 모듈에서는 공인인증서의 암호화 알고리즘을 적용하여 결제금액과 개인 인증 번호를 암호화한 후 서버로 전송한다.

Although dental hygienists have performed chair-side assisting and other dental cares as well as preventive dental cares in Korea, medical technician law confines duties of dental hygienists as closed narrative. The aim of this study was to investigate difference in perception of duties of dental hygienists in dental clinic between dentists and dental hygiene students. A total of 245 copies of questionnaires were distributed to dentists and students by post-mail. Only 42 dentists and 30 students in an area replied these questionnaires about the present and future duties of dental hygienists after providing written consent. Both groups agreed that intra and extra oral X-ray taking, education about oral health behavior, instruction after dental treatment, chair-side assisting, consulting for patients, scaling, initial impression taking, management of dental materials and equipment, sterilization of equipment, and receiving dental bills are duties of dental hygienists. However, they had different perceptions about various dental treatments as duties of dental hygienists even if they were under instructions of a dentist, including infiltration anesthesia, filling in cavity, intramuscular injection, FC change, canal irrigation, orthodontic treatment including separating, ligature bracket bonding and removing, setting crown and bridge, making individual, removing implant screw, and so on. These findings demonstrated that there were different perceptions about duties of dental hygienists between dentists and dental hygiene students, especially on dental treatment.

최근 사회구조의 복잡화, 산업구조의 다변화, 기후변화 등에 의해 자연재해 및 산업재해, 도시재난이 급증하고, 그 규모 또한 대형화하고 있다. 이로 인해 에너지, 통신, 교통, 금융 등 공공 인프라의 피해가 급증하면서 작은 재해도 큰 재난으로 변하는 예가 늘어나고 있다. 한편 현대사회에 대한 IT의 관여도가 급속도로 늘어나면서 IT 서비스의 궁극적인 형태이자, 모든 산업을 수용하는 개념의 플랫폼(Platform)이 IT를 넘어서 글로벌 사회의 절대적 지배자로 등장했다. 또한 전 세계 유저들의 관점에서 보면 개개인들이 손에 든 스마트폰이 생활의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 소통, 정보, 쇼핑, 제보, 오락 등 모든 활동의 수단으로 절대적 가치를 창출하고 있다. 이는 스마트폰이 가진 스마트 데이터 생산 및 공유 기능에서 비롯된다. 이처럼 스마트 데이터를 기반으로 한 IT플랫폼이 중요한 위치를 점하지만, 아직 재난관리 분야에서 이를 본격적으로 도입, 활용하지 못하고 있다는 점은 큰 문제이다. 국내의 사정을 보면 다행히 벤처기업들을 중심으로 이 같은 플랫폼 구축 움직임이 시작되었으며, 여기에 활용될 데이터 자원을 창출할 수 있는 솔루션 및 특허기술들 역시 속속 등장하고 있다. 시민들이 재난현장을 스마트폰으로 실시간 공유하면 이 스마트 데이터들이 이미지 및 음향정보, 위치기반(GPS)정보, 시각정보, 3D정보, 빅데이터 정보, 센서정보 등으로 분류되어 플랫폼 안에서 인공지능(AI) 딥러닝 방식에 의해 분석되고, 이를 즉시 재난당국 및 시민들에게 재난긴급문자 등 자동으로 경보로 전해주는 것이 이 플랫폼의 핵심 기능이다. 몇몇 벤처기업이 보유한 특허기술을 기반으로 공공자본이 투입되어 이러한 플랫폼이 구축될 경우 국내 재난관리 수준의 획기적 발전은 물론 전 세계를 시장으로 한 플랫폼 수출 또는 글로벌 재난정보 수집능력에서도 엄청난 힘을 발휘할 것으로 기대된다.

The average lifespan of humans is expected to rise to 100 years, not 80 years, as a result of the advances in medical technology, and soon the age of 100 era is expected to open. The fourth industrial revolution, which is the core of the convergence, is emerging as a major issue in the modern society. Therefore, the importance of services along with medical technologies is increasing. Accordingly, medical tourism, a combination of medical technology and tourism, is emerging as a promising industry, and countries around the world classify the medical tourism industry as one of the core strategic industries and nurture it actively. In accordance with this, contents and marketing that can impress a user with a management strategy are developed and provided, but the management system maintains the existing ones, which is a limitation. Therefore, there is a need for an efficient medical tourism management system along with a user-oriented system such as marketing and contents.

With the rapid aging of the nation's population and the increasing number of elderly people with difficulties in daily life, the elderly care system was implemented for social solidarity. Structural problems in the long-term care system that emerged after the introduction of the system are demanded, and the problem of functional readjustment between nursing hospitals and facilities is raised due to the lack of continuity of care for the elderly by institutional and salary types. In this study, we set up research problems related to personnel, staff, and services to address the problem and conducted FGI. Research has shown that the number of elderly and recognized people in the region, the number of elderly and elderly patients, needs to be reflected in long-term care demand, the direction of appropriate institutional and manpower supply policies, and the establishment of local government goals and plans to strengthen the long-care institutions. It was revealed that non-medical accident arbitration bodies are needed to apply the cost of food insurance, provide programs through links with relevant institutions, and manage the admission smoothly.
