Humans have been breeding the mulberry silkworm for the long period of time to obtain silk fabric and nutrient-rich pupae. Currently, silkworm larvae, pupae, and silk-Fibroin hydrolysates are registered as food raw materials, while silkworm feces and Bombyx batryticatus are registered as Korean traditional medicines. Among sericulture products, individually recognized health functional food ingredients include silk-protein acid-hydrolysates for immunity enhancement, Fibroin-hydrolysates for memory improvement, and freeze-dried 5th instar and 3rd-day-silkworm powder for lowering-blood sugar. Recently, HongJam produced by steaming and freeze-drying mature silkworms were reported to have various health-promoting effects such as preventing the onset of Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, enhancing gastro-intestinal functions, improving skin-whitening and hair growth, and extending healthspan. By consuming silkworm products with various health-promoting effects, it is possible to increase the healthspan of human beings, thereby reducing personal and national medical expenses, resulting in increasing the individual's happiness.
Purpose: This study was conducted to effectively apply the nutrition and hygiene education program for improving the nutritional status of the elderly aged 65 years and above. Methods: The first study was conducted by enrolling 121 willing elderly subjects from welfare centers in four regions of Chungbuk. The second study included 347 people from 10 regions of Chungbuk. Data were analyzed using the SPSS (version 12.0) and SAS (version 9.2) programs. Results: Most participants in both studies were women, ranging from 70-79 years of age. In the first study, the performance rates of subjects, after imparting the education on hygiene, eating habits, and nutritional knowledge, were significantly increased for all factors. Goesan and Boeun areas were highly effective in hygiene practice and eating habits after education. In the second study, Chungju had the most educational effect on hygiene education, with a score of 6.41 points before education and 7.68 points after education. The greatest impact of education on eating habits was obtained at Goesan, with 9.23 points and 11.26 points before and after education, respectively. Large regional differences were determined for the effect of the education program. For nutritional knowledge, the combined average score of Boeun and Goesan showed a maximum increase after education. When considering satisfaction, the scores of Cheongju and Jeungpyeong increased the most after education, whereas Goesan showed that the average scores before and after education were close to perfect. Surprisingly, the Okcheon area, where there was no significant difference in the educational effect after the education program in the first study, showed significant improvement for all factors after the second education program. The current study indicates that continuous education programs are essential for improving the nutritional status of the elderly. Conclusion: Therefore, continuous nutrition and hygiene education programs are recommended to improve the nutritional status of the elderly.
Urban population concentration and indiscriminate development are causing various environmental problems such as air pollution and heat island phenomena, and causing human resources to deteriorate the damage caused by natural disasters. Urban trees have been proposed as a solution to these urban problems, and actually play an important role, such as providing environmental improvement functions. Accordingly, quantitative measurement and analysis of individual trees in urban trees are required to understand the effect of trees on the urban environment. However, the complexity and diversity of urban trees have a problem of lowering the accuracy of single tree detection. Therefore, we conducted a study to effectively detect trees in Dongjak-gu using high-resolution aerial images that enable effective detection of tree objects and You Only Look Once Version 5 (YOLOv5), which showed excellent performance in object detection. Labeling guidelines for the construction of tree AI learning datasets were generated, and box annotation was performed on Dongjak-gu trees based on this. We tested various scale YOLOv5 models from the constructed dataset and adopted the optimal model to perform more efficient urban tree detection, resulting in significant results of mean Average Precision (mAP) 0.663.
Speech recognition in noise situation is an important skill for effective communication. Hearing In Noise Test (HINT) has been suggested as a clinical tool to evaluate these aspects. However, this tool has not been used widely in domestic clinics. In this study, psychophysical aspects of HINT and burdens in clinical application were analyzed to improve the applicability of the tool. The difficulty in understanding speech in the elderly population is due to hearing loss based on aging of peripheral and central auditory pathways. As typical clinical cases, HINT scores for young and elderly listeners (20s vs 70s) were compared. Four conditions of HINT test were Quiet (Q), Noise Front (NF), Noise Right (NR), and Noise Left (NL). Quantitative scores showed that the elderly listener required more Signal to Noris Ratio (SNR) values than the younger counterpart in noisy situations. Although both showed Binaural Masking Level Difference (BMLD) effect, the strength was smaller in the elder. However, the age-matched normalized data were not established in detail for clinical application. Confirmed usefulness of HINT and the related improvement in clinical measuring procedure were suggested.

The COVID-19 pandemic has so far given the world a great shock and fear that cannot be compared to other infectious diseases, and local economies are experiencing a serious economic crisis accordingly. This paper examines the regional characteristics of economic recession and resilience due to the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the employment fluctuations in 85 cities nationwide. Although the overall trend is in line with national employment indicators, there are some differences in the shock response and the recovery of employment in individual cities. The difference between cities is somewhat greater in the resilience of the recovery stage than the resistance, which is the shock-response stage. In terms of resilience, cities in the capital area have relatively good condition compared to cities in the non-capital area. The weak resilience of large cities such as Seoul, which has a high population density, can be explained to be the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic of infectious diseases. Regarding the economic structure of the city, the ratio of service and sales workers, wholesalers and retailers, and food and lodging businesses are analyzed as valid explanatory variables for the resilience of cities.
Many researchers conducted studies on the relationship between entrepreneur's characteristic, capability, strategy and performance of new venture. However, the development of scientific technique and the complexity of the business environment have stimulated entrepreneurial teams rather than individuals. Therefore, the necessity of theoretical and practical study on the effect of the characteristics of an entrepreneurial team on the new venture companies was suggested. Initial research on entrepreneurial team diversity has primarily addressed the impact of demographic diversity on performance. In order to verify the research model of this study, 287 delegates of new venture companies that participated in the projects at the 18 Centers for Creative Economy & Innovation in 17 regions of the country conducted validity and reliability test based on the questionnaire to which they answered. The result shows that only gender diversity among demographic diversity affected non-financial performance. Information diversity influenced career diversity on financial performance and diversity in education on non-financial performance. Also, the higher the previous sharing experience, the better the financial performance. Value diversity has negative effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications are derived. Also suggested are methodological limitations and future research directions.

In this paper, the need for lifelong education and distance education is increasing due to the decrease of population and the increase of life expectancy. In addition, the popularization and everydayization of education, which combines daily life and learning, is an educational feature. Individuals can more easily access knowledge, and video plays an important role. Video content is the most basic medium that leads to the popularization and daily life of education. With the development of information and communication technology, popularization of media content production and editing technology, anyone can easily create and share. The video education contents business is expected to increase globally through SNS. Especially, the video contents education industry related to flower design is regarded as a suitable content field in an era where environment is essential. In the modern era, characterized by the "one-person household, one-person media" era, the environment of plants protects people from stress by restoring human emotional efficiency, environmental comfort, and stability. In other words, because humans have a preference for nature, plants play an important role for humanity recovery. Against this backdrop, flower design is expected to be a promising industrial sector with high growth, high value added and high job creation effects. In the era of the fourth revolution of the human race, competitive video contents are expected to influence the growth of the future country. will be.
This study empirically analyzes the factors that affect the people's enjoyment of pure culture and arts, especially art exhibitions. We use 56,588 sample data from the "The Survey of Cultural Enjoyment" collected by the Ministry of Cultrure, Sports and Tourism over the last 10 years and perform multiple regression and Multi-Way ANOVA to analyze the effect of individual's cultural experience on art exhibit visits. The results of the analysis show that the experience of participating in culture and arts events, culture and arts education, and participation in culture and arts clubs have a positive effect on the art exhibition visits. We also identify the positive interaction effects between the three independent variables. In other words, it was found that the average number of visits to art exhibitions was higher for groups who had experience of participating in culture and arts events, culture and arts education, and culture and arts clubs. This study provides a first empirical analysis on personal factors influencing art exhibition visits in Korea and lays the groundwork for future studies in developing a comprehensive predictive model for cultural art visits. In addition, we give policy implications and suggestions specifically, mid-term policies related to promoting art exhibition visits as an extension of individual's engagement with pure culture and arts through big data analysis.

It is not easy to predict the future society in the rapidly changing present, but it is said that a new social environment of sensibility and virtuality will come, and we should pay attention to the fact that women have entered this as the subject. This study is a literature review study on gender roles. Through the study, it was found that gender stereotypes that exist in our society allow men to enjoy a lot of vested rights just by being male, and that women have to endure pain because they are women is accepted as a matter of course. Living in the 21st century, we were able to know the reality that we could not escape the pre-modern patriarchal ideology and still worshiped the idea of preferring boys. Through this study, unlike other elderly groups, elderly people who live alone are likely to be cut off from society and lead a limited life in their own world. However, through the efforts of the government, local organizations, and individuals, the goal of welfare for the elderly is to increase the satisfaction of life for the elderly living alone so that they can enjoy a successful old age. From this point of view, the support measures for the elderly living alone will be effective only when systematic and complementary in various dimensions such as family structure, physical, economic, and social aspects.
