본 연구는 인간의 자아표현 욕구와 창조적 욕구로 인해 자신을 대체할 산물들을 끊임없이 만들어 내는 과정에서 중요하게 작용되는 자기노출라는 심리를 이용하여 아바타와 학습자의 얼굴을 합성하는 증강가상을 통하여 가상세계에서의 현실감을 부여함으로써 학습자의 몰입을 유도하여 그 교육적 효과를 증대하고자 하였다. 이를 실증하기 위하여 컴퓨터기반으로 컨텐츠를 개발한 후, 로봇 컨텐츠로써의 활용을 위해 컨버팅하고 자동 로딩을 통한 학습자의 사진을 아바타와 합성시켰다. 실험 결과 자기노출기반 컨텐츠의 효과는 모든 집단의 경우에서 학습에 대한 집중도에는 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 학업성취도에는 유의미하지는 않지만 긍정적 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교육용 로봇을 활용한 자기노출 개념 적용에 대하여 긍정적인 결과라고 보여지는데, 보다 유의미한 결과를 얻기 위해서는 단순히 사진을 찍어 로딩시키는 증강가상보다는 얼굴검출을 통한 실시간 증강가상과 같이 증강가상 효과의 증대가 필요하다고 하겠다.

조물주가 세상을 창조할 때 당신이 보시기에도 좋고, 사람들이 살기에도 좋도록 만들었다는 얘기가 있다. 그 후 인간은 조물주가 부여해 준 능력으로, 오랜 시간을 거치면서 산업의 발전을 가져왔다. 그러나 또 한편으로는 자연의 위계질서를 파괴했고, 이제는 생명의 존엄성이 철저히 무시당하는 상황에까지 도달했다. 일반인은 잘 알지 못하는 문자나 수치로 모든 것의 공해도.오염도를 측정하면서 아직은 위험수위가 아니라고 자족하는 요즘의 세태를 보면서 어릴 때봤던 미래 공상과학 만화가 생각난다. 산업발전으로 인한 방사능이나 공해의 문제를 미쳐 해결하지 못한 인류의 생존을 위한 험난한 싸움을 그린것 이었다. 식수를 사먹어야 한다는 어느 외국의 일이 이제는 결코 남의 일이 아님을 피부 가까이 느끼면서, 공해의 문제가 얼마나 심각한지를 알아보고 우리 주의를 환기시켜 보도록 하자.

정보검색에서의 사용자의 다양한 질의어는 객관적인 키워드에서 인간이 주관적으로 생각하고 느끼는 감정요소를 동반한 어휘들로 범위가 넓어지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 감정에 기반한 신문기사 검색을 위하여 기사의 구문 분석 및 품사 태깅 절차를 거쳐 동사를 추출하고 그 중 감점을 내포하는 동사들의 관계를 이용하여 신문기사의 감정을 추출한다. 감정동사의 관계를 창조하기 위하여 감정동사들을 OWL/RDF(S)를 이용해서 온톨로지를 구축하였고 에지(Edge)기반의 유사도 측정방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 여러 가지 감정을 추출하고 감정 정도를 측정할 수 있기 때문에 이는 향후 감정기반 신문기사 검색에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

인간은 만물의 영장류이다. 그러나 피할 수 없이, 부모의 불완전성과 사회적·환경적 이유들로 인해 아이는 의존적 욕구와 본능적 욕구의 좌절을 겪을 수밖에 없다. 이 두려움으로부터 자신을 보호하고, 부분적으로라도 욕구의 충족을 얻을 방법을 습득한다. 이 방법이 방어기제이며, 이것이 개인의 성격 특성으로 나타난다. 특히 사회적·도덕적으로 용납되지 못하는 성적 충동, 공격적 욕구, 미움, 원한 등은 하나의 위험으로 인식되고 불안을 일으킨다. 1번 유형 개혁가, 이들은 높은 이상을 실현하기 위해서 끊임없이 노력하는 활동가이다. 이들의 교류방식은 자신의 견해가 옳다고 여기기 때문에 이런 신념이 강할수록 상대방을 가르치고, 고쳐주려고 한다. 2번 유형 조력가는 쉽게 다른 사람과 친해지는 장점이 있다. 3번 유형 성격 성취가는 사회 속에서 성공을 바란다. 4번 유형 성격 예술가, 깊은 직관력으로 창조적인 영감과 기쁨을 찾는다. 5번 유형 관찰가, 이들의 본질은 깨달음이다. 6번 유형 충성가, 이들의 본질은 두려움과 의심을 극복함으로써 드러난다. 7번 유형 열정가, 침체된 분위기를 고조시키는 재능을 가지고 있다. 8번 유형 도전가, 돌려서 이야기하는 사람을 좋아하지 않는다. 9번 유형 중재자. 다른 사람과 갈등이 있으면 다른 사람의 입장을 먼저 생각한다.

This paper examines the American Civil Liberties Union(ACLU)'s recent legal challenge on patents held by Myriad Genetics on two genes (BRCA1 and BRCA2) associated with a high risk of breast and ovarian cancer. Instead of analyzing the ACLU's objections to the BRCA patents in terms of its legal technicalities and normative ethical principles, this paper seeks to situate this legal case in the broader historical context of the shifting understanding of the relationship between private ownership, economic development, and the public interest in academic sciences. This paper first briefly chronicles a series of scientific developments and key legal decisions involving patenting of life forms, including genetically engineered micro-organisms animals and biological materials of human origins like cell cultures and genes, that led to the US Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)'s official guidelines on human gene patenting in 2001. At another level, this paper analyzes the expansion of the scope of intellectual property rights in the life sciences in terms of shifting economic and legal assumptions about public knowledge and its role for economic development in the 1970s. I then show how these economic, legal, and ethical ideas that linked private ownership and the public interest have been challenged from the 1990s, calling for revisions in intellectual property laws regarding a wide array of life forms. The tragedy of the anticommons in human gene patenting, according to ACLU, has severely undermined creative scientific activities, medical innovations, access to health care and rights to life among cancer patient groups. ACLU's objection to human gene patenting on several US-constitutional grounds in turn suggests issues regarding intellectual property are critically linked to vital issues pertinent to the creative communities in arts and sciences, such as free exchange of ideas, censorship and monopoly, and free expression and piracy etc.

The purpose of this study is to show the optimal leadership model based on general manager management that is related to hotel employees, which may then be applied to ideal hotel management in Korea. The variables analyzed in this study are employee-management relations from the lowest ranking employee to the highest level of management, with communication and job understanding held common among the subjects. This study looks in detail at four main concepts. Firstly, the employees are encouraged to put forth their best efforts through the standardization of the requirements and regulations of the job and ensuring product suitability. Secondly, the cultivation of new hotel culture empowers the employees. The third point taken into account is the encouragement of employees to take pride in the work they do, which is done through a kind of reward system and salary. The final point considered is the empowerment of employees, which results in employee commitment to the job.

Market in the 21st century innovative products is not the same as marketing traditional products and services. Whether for survival or to sustain market leadership, Design Marketing Strategy is the key in the new era of world competition. Design Strategies are also more critical issues in the future, because most business and firms depend on successful design project. In order to effectively bring creative professional output to market, design leaders who can use design intelligence to shape the future of their organizations and business must evidence marketing strategy technology, creative and managerial skill. Design Management links design and related business activities into a creative and coordinated strategy for creating value and sustainable advantage for the firm. Design education has focused primarily in the training of professional designers within their specific disciplines. But it dose not provide training in the management skills necessary to effectively lead a design project team. Most design colleges do not provide any integrated education in leadership and team building, strategy, finance, marketing or project management. This is the time that Design Management Program should be prepared to provide design students who want to manage design project in creative industry. The program has to be prepared to provide all the business skills and information that design students need to know in an upper-level undergraduate school. The Program's goal is to graduate design leaders able to strategically manage a design project for the challenge of managing in the 21st century.

Developing cultural contents in cultural creativity industry is very practical process recently. Research about Jeju's legend and myth should be the basic theory for cultural contents development based on local cultures. Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings are unique colored pictures, appointed as Jeju folklore material No.7 and national important folklore material No. 240. Jeju-Do is remained the springhead of absorbed into unique culture for a long time because of Jeju's geographical environment condition. Jeju Musindo could be related with the symbol of Jeju's myth images and the springhead of emotions of our typical country people. It would be analysed by Wucius Wong's design style theory for approaching visual image and symbolic meaning. This research about Jeju Naewotdang Musindo 10 gods paintings could provide design analysis methodology for further theoretical studies about Jeju's legend and myth for Jeju's unique cultural contents.

Creation by human starts from ascribed situation. That means creating new relationships among seemingly unrelated things. The art production process requires creativity which materializes the inspiration emerging as an image. The production of sculpture utilizing waste is creative in regard of its advantage of being easy to recognize since it de-categorizes ascribed things and needs an overall view of considering decomposed sculpture elements syntagmatically according to the new image. Students have different point of view and develop creativity and originality in their curiosity of seeking something new, observing things of their vision, the standard of using material and in the process of selecting the materials, etc. This research suggests an extensive creativity education of producing sculpture, which implies the environmental consciousness and life respect, by means of change their recognition about seemingly meaningless waste.

Geographical travel(Geotravel) is new theme tourism based on geographical fieldwork. Geotravel is an emotional journey to explore physical and human landscapes, and is also a comprehensive environmental one beyond the scope of historical tourism. Geotravel provides an optimized regional content and programs for experiential tourism of the family. Taking advantage of geographical characteristics as spatial tourism, the geotravel methodology in catchment unit is strongly recommended. The geotravel content has to be developed in convergence standpoint. The integrated key words of geotravel are human and water. Geotravel is a pattern of specialized edutainment tourism for the public and elementary, secondary school students as well. The development of geographical travel courses is necessary for the popularization of geotravel. Mobile apps will be the medium that delivers easy geographical travel information. And geotravel curator has to be raised quickly for the generalized easy and interesting geotravel.
