최근 벼 재배지역의 일부 품종에서 이화명나방에 의한 피해양상 및 피해정도가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 그동안 발생량과 피해가 적었던 이화명나방이 벼 품종 및 재배환경의 변화로 일부지역에서 발생량 및 피해가 많아 문제해충으로 대두되고 있어 각별한 관리대책이 요구된다.

A synthetic naphthoquinone alkaloid. 2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-l-methyl pyrolo (3,2-b) naphtho-4,9-dione (compound 1), showed a potent cytotoxicity in a panel of cancer cell lines with an IC50 ranged from 0.1 to 0.3 microgram/mL. Prompted by a potent cytotoxic activity, the mechanism action study was performed with cultured A549 of human lung cancer cells. Flow cytometric G2-M cell cycle arrest and microscopic investigation was also characterized with apoptotic morphological features. (omitted)

Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis by matrix degradation. To analyze the effect of 2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-1-methyl pyrolo (3,2-b) naphtho-4,9-dione (compound 1) on the invasion or metastasis of cancer cells the expression of matrix metalloproteases (MMPs) was investigated in human fibrosarcoma HT 1080 cells by AT -PCR or gelatin zymographic methods. 가상현실은 시·공간을 초월하는 경험이 가능하며 아이들의 몰입감과 학습효과를 높일 수 있어 교육 도구로서의 가치를 인정받고 있다. 정부는 VR 기기를 전국의 초등학교에 보급하고 있지만, 양질의 교육용 실감형 콘텐츠는 부족한 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 가상현실 기술을 활용한 국악기 연주 체험 프로그램을 제안하였다. Unity의 물리 엔진과 Oculus의 햅틱 기능을 이용하여 전통 국악기 중 편경을 실감 나게 연주할 수 있도록 가상환경을 구현하였다. 리듬 게임 형식을 적용하여 아이들의 흥미 또한 유발하였다. 이 프로그램을 통해 국악기를 직접 연주하며 해당 국악기에 대한 지식을 자연스럽게 습득할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

IoT 와 인공지능을 접하려는 시도는 최근 들어서 많은 발전을 보이고 있다. 본 논문은 컴퓨팅 파워가 제한되는 작은 디바이스 IoT 의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 ROS 를 이용하여 복잡한 연산을 무선 통신으로 오프로딩하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 자율주행카드 시스템은 카트 이용 고객 개개인을 검출하고 추적하되 컴퓨터 비전 알고리즘과 LiDAR 센서를 이용하며, 음성인식 알고리즘을 적용하여 기계와 인간의 감성공학적 소통이 가능한 융합형 자율주행카트를 구현한다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest specific evaluation data for heating and DHW energy consumption characteristics through analyzing energy consumption measurement data of gas boiler in Apartment Buildings with individual heating systems. To do this, it was measured both gas flow and electricity for heating and DHW respectively, and then it was analyzed not only characteristics according to energy sources; gas and electricity, but also the effect of various factors on heating and DHW energy consumption. The result of this study were as follows. It was developed the electric energy estimation model of a gas boiler through analysis on patterns by energy sources. And the effective factors for heating and DHW energy consumption were demonstrated as follows: the area for exclusive use, the number of auxiliary heating equipments, the number of occupants, and the number of sanitary fixtures.

The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics and to develop estimation model of IHG(Internal Heat Gain) from appliance in domestic apartment units. To do this, it was defined the source of IHG from appliance and the calculation method through the case study of international and domestic codes. And the equipment related datum such possession, usage or not, etc were collected through field survey in apartment units, and the appliances' electricity consumption were measured separately from overall electricity consumption. Annual electricity consumption value were calculated with field survey datum and appliances' electricity consumption measurement datum, and then IHG value was calculated by applying PHPP v9 method. And it was conducted correlation analysis between IHG value and the area for exclusive use, the number of occupants, and then the IHG from applianace estimation model was deducted with regression analysis. Finally, it was analyzed the present level and of the domestic code(The Building Energy Efficiency Rating System) comparing with the value of estimation model, and the various international codes(HERS, Building America, SAP).

Berardinelli-Seip congenital lipodystrophy 2 (BSCL2) gene is known to be associated with different clinical phenotypes; Silver syndrome, Charcot-Marie-Tooth type 2 with a dominant hand involvement and distal hereditary motor neuropathy type V (dHMN-V). Up to now, only two heterozygous mutations (N88S and S90L) in BSCL2 have been reported. We identified a N88S BSCL2 mutation in a dHMN-V family with a spastic gait by whole-exome sequencing. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a N88S BSCL2 mutation in Korean patient.

백혈병의 골수 외 재발이 발생할 수 있지만 이하선은 드문 재발 부위이다. 이하선을 포함하는 골수 외 재발은 다른 질환과 혼동될 수 있으며 종종 질환의 희귀성으로 인해 진단이 지연될 수 있다. 이에 저자들은 재발성 급성 림프아구성 백혈병 환자에서 이하선의 급성 림프아구성 백혈병의 골수 외 재발 사례와 영상 소견을 보고한다.
