This study was conducted to analyze community structure and species composition of Pinus densiflora for. erecta Stand in Mt. Cheonchuk (653 m). Field survey was carried out from June to September in 2013. 74 plots (20×20 m) were set up, 5 herb layer plots (3×3 m) were constructed for each plot, and there, Diameter at Breast Heigh t(DBH), height, environmental factor, annual growth were measured. Vascular plants were surveyed as following; 66 family, 165 genus, 211 species, 2 sub species, 29 variety, 6 form 248 taxa. Results of cluster analysis for P. densiflora for. erecta forest, 3 communities were divided into; Quercus mongolica (P-1), Quercus variabilis (P-2) and Quercus aliena-Stephanandra incisa (P-3). There were significant environmental factors that organic layer, annual growth, CEC, total total nitrogen, organic matter and pH for each community. As a result of DCA, P-1 and P-2 were distributed large range of environmental factors but relatively limited in P-3. Distributions of herb layer were affected by sand, cation exchange capacity, silt and total nitrogen. Results of MRPP test for herb layer communities, it was significantly analyzed (A=0.003, P<0.008). Species diversity index was highly recorded in P-3 and influenced by cation exchange capacity, total nitrogen, annual growth in consequence of NMS analysis.
Some physico-chemical properties of proteolytic enzyme produced from Streptomyces alboniger Hesseltine were characterized. The optimal pH and temperature of the enzyme were around pH 9.0 and $40^{\circ}C$, respectively. The enzyme was stable between pH $6.0{\sim}10.8$ and the enzyme activity was not inactivated by heat treatment in lower temperature than $40^{\circ}C$. However the enzyme activity decreased by 70% of the initial activity for 10minutes at $70^{\circ}C$. The Km value was $7.1{\mu}M$ with Hammarsten casein and $333.3{\mu}M$ with cytochrom C. The activity of enzyme was inhibited by metal ions in the order of $Fe^{+++}>Hg^{++}>Cu^{++}>Pb^{++}>Zn^{++}$, whereas $Ca^{++}$ increased the enzyme activity. There was no effect of $Mg^{++}$ and $Co^{++}$ on the enzyme activity. The enzyme was inhibited by EDTA strongly. When $Ca^{++}$ was added to the EDTA-denaturated enzyme, the activity of enzyme was restored.

The objective of this study is to compare the physicochemical properties and release characteristics of red ginseng (A) and tissue cultured mountain ginseng (B) extruded tissue cultured mountain ginsengs at barrel temperatures 110 (C) and $120^{\circ}C$ (D) to produce tissue cultured mountain ginseng-like comercial red ginseng by extrusion process. Extrusion process variables, water content and screw speed were fixed at 25% and 200 rpm, respectively. In the results, reducing and total sugar content were found to be relatively higher in A. The acidic polysaccharides content of B was the lowest among the ginseng samples. Acidic polysaccharide was increased 3 times by extrusion process. A and B were three times higher at maximum than C and D in polyphenolic compound. Polyphenolic compound content was relatively low by extrusion of ginsengs. Amino acid contents of B, C and D were $35{\sim}42\;{\mu}g/mL$; in contrast, A contained $25\;{\mu}g/mL$. The crude saponin content of C and D were higher than A and B.
This study was performed to investigate the effects of Undaria pinnatifida on the hysicochemical properties in egg from laying hens fed with $5\%,\;10\%$and $15\%$ supplementation, respectively. The increased amount of Undaria pinnatifida resulted in the decreased weight of egg, expecially in white ones. Darkness, greenness, and blueness of egg yolk and white were increased with the addition of Undanria pinnatifida, and such color changes were predominantly observed in egg york. Among the analyzed minerals, the contents of Ca, Fe and K were increased to $286.6\;mg\%$, $72\;mg\%$ and $430.6\;mg\%$, respectively. But amount of p was reduced to $134.2\;mg\%$. Total cholesterol contents were not significantly changed. Major fatty acids were palmitic, oleic and linoleic acid The contents of omega-3, omega-6 and essential fatty acids were increased to $2.5\%,\;17.6\%$, and $18.4\%$, respectively.
The effect of Bituminous and Anthracite coal ash(fly ash) on the performance of Chinese cabbage on an acid soil was studied through a pot experiment. The levels of application of the materials tested were five, 10 and 15% of dry soil weight. Regardless of the kind of fly ash, the application of it, tended to increase the yield of Chinese cabbage by 13 to 24% in fresh weight. Difference in application levels did not result in the difference in increasing the yield of Chinese cabbage. The application of fly ash tended to lower the all of the mineral nutrient contents in the Chinese cabbage, excepting boron. Boron content tended to increase along with the application of fly ash. Bituminous ash raised the pH of soil and increased available P, exchangeable Ca and soluble boron in the soil remarkably. Anthracite ash, on the other hand, did not increase the contents of other components in the soil, than soluble born.
The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal mixing ratio of Agaricus blazei Murill powder and butter in the preparation of cookies. The experimental design utilized herein was based on central composite design for response surface methodology, which included 10 experimental points, including 2 replicates for Agaricus blazei Murill and butter. The physical, mechanical, and sensory properties of the test were measured, and these values were applied to the mathematical models. A canonical form and perturbation plot showed the influence of each ingredient on the final mixed product. The spread ratio increased significantly with an increase in Agaricus blazei Murill powder and butter (p<0.05). The response surface methodology was applied to evaluate the effect of Agaricus blazei Murill powder and butter on cookie moisture and color (L, a) (p<0.001). Sensory evaluation showed significant values for color (p<0.05), flavor (p<0.05), texture (p<0.05) and overall quality (p<0.01) in the predicted model. The optimum formulation by numerical and graphical methods was calculated as follows: Agaricus blazei Murill powder 3.63 g, butter 55.37 g.
The present study attempted to obtain a basic data concerning the effect of $\pi$-water, a sort of physiological water, on the maintenance of chicken freshness. The meats were divided into three groups: the control, 20% - dilution, and 5% - dilution groups. In the experiment, the changes of the TBA-values of the meats started to appear on the 3rd day in the control group, and from the 4th day in the 20% - and 5% - dilution groups. The changes of pH didn't appear in the meats as the storage time passed. The number of general bacteria increased rapidly on the 3th day in the control, and on the 5th day in the 20% -, and 5% - dilution groups. As for the color, the meats turned greenish on the 5th day in the control, 7th, in 20% - dilution, and, l0th in the 5%-dilution groups. As for the order, the meats emitted the unpleasant order, such as that of ammonia, on the 3rd day in the control, 5th, in the 20% - dilution, and, 7th, in the 5ft-dilution group.

The object of this study was to analyze influence which Black locust afforestation affected to soil, to research change of soil environment of Black locust planted stand and adjacent stands through comparative analyzing physichemical property of soil of them. It was investigated that the soil texture of Black locust planted stand and the adjacent stands was mostly SL. and LS. According to this result I could know that transformation of soil texture by vegetation easily happened because transformation soil texture results from the parent rock. I could ascertain that difference existed between Black locust planted stand and the other stands in soil pH and Carbon content of planted stand of Black locust pH, contents of Available $P_2O_5$ Carbon, Total Nitrogen. In other words, pH and Carbon content of Black locust planted stand were lower than that of Oak forest, higher than that of Pine forest. These results showed that Black locust was which fix nitrogen. I could infer that Black locust afforestation made forest soil fertilized. In soil of Black locust planted stand and the adjacent stands, statistical value appeared highly in pH and existed in content of Carbon, Total nitrogen, too. And high interrelationship appeared in the order of pH, C/N Ratio, CEC, Total nitrogen content was in each stands. I suppose that the trespassing extent of Black locust to Oak forest and Pine forest which are adjacent to planted stand of Black locust is different because of low pH, lackness of Available $P_2O_5$ Carbon, and what not.
