Websites support various user activities in a wide range of contents domain and so they require different approach to extract principal design problems. In the point of media perspective on websites, this paper figures out the relationship between designer, user and website and discusses design factors of usability. It aims for the basic framework for interface design. In the media perspective website is an information entity mediating user and designer. Information entity is composed of various design factors relating to user, designer, website and others. It intends that user and information entity are accommodative to each other and have common conceptual model. To do so it is necessary for achieving usability objectives such as effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction based on the understanding user goal, cognitive and affective characteristics. In the point of usability we examine design factors and features that are appropriate for users cognitive and affective function according to information entity model that constitutes contents, organization and representation level.

It is important for children to develop statistical reasoning as they think through data. In particular, it is imperative to provide children instructional situations in which they are encouraged to consider variability in data because the ability to reason about variability is fundamental to the development of statistical reasoning. Many researchers argue that even highperforming mathematics students show low levels of statistical reasoning; interventions attending to pedagogical concerns about child ren's statistical reasoning are, thus, necessary. The purpose of this study was to investigate 15 gifted elementary students' various ways of understanding important statistical concepts, with particular attention given to 3 students' reasoning about data that emerged as they engaged in the process of generating and graphing data. Analysis revealed that in recognizing variability in a context involving data, mathematically gifted students did not show any difference from previous results with general students. The authors suggest that our current statistics education may not help elementary students understand variability in their development of statistical reasoning.

This study is to investigate spatial patterns of urban labor market growth driven by marketization process and its implication for understanding regional uneven development in post-reform China. Using a shift share analysis, it shows that the geography of employment growth in China's industrial labor market has closely interacted with the space economy of industrial output, which in turn indicates a deepening of economic reform. By decomposing net employment growth into output and productivity effects, it is shown that the non-state sector holds rapid growth of both output and productivity and contributes to net employment growth through positive net shifts. On the contrary, this study also presents that the state sector with relative decrease in output and productivity holds employment decline effects during the reform period. Since there is a significant spatial dimension for the trend above, it is contended that labor market dynamics together with space economy of industrial production play an important role in determining regional patterns of economic development. In addition, through situating this investigation in the context of structural and institutional changes in the reform period, our understanding of regional patterns of labor market growth will be much furthered.

The Purpose of this study was to discover type of hope among korean middle-aged adult and to identify the major threads that structure various patterns of hope experienced by them. It is necessary to understand that experiencing hope of middle-aged adult experiencing numerous problems and loss at the transition of life. Q-methodology involves five steps in its approach. Collected Q-statements are 112 from 200 adults through 4 open-ended questions. Among them, 34 statements were decided as a Q-sample, The Q-sorting was carried out in 21 middle-aged adults. Three types of subjective experiences of hope emerged as : (1) Passive Wish Type, (2) Positive Pragmatic Hope Type, (3) Active Internal Value-Oriented Hope Type.
