  • 선박의 접/이안 및 협수로 운항은 사고 위험성이 가장 높은 과정 중에 하나로, 많은 이해관계자들의 협업으로 진행된다. 하지만 날로 복잡해져가는 연안 지역에서, 접/이안 및 협수로 운항에서 가장 필요한 정보인 이웃 지형과의 거리 및 주변 선박과의 거리 정보 등을 대부분 목측에 의존하고 있어 이해관계자들 간의 정보 차이 또는 부주의로 인해 사고 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 객체 인식 및 센서 융합 기반의 3차원 어라운드 뷰 도선지원 시스템을 개발하고자 하고 총 5년의 개발 계획에서 2차년도까지의 개발 내용을 소개하고자 한다..

A Study on the Influence of the Self-understanding on Self-directed learning of Middle students : A Mediating Effect of the Future-Oriented Thinking (중학생의 자기이해가 자기주도 학습에 미치는 관계에서 미래지향적 사고의 매개효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine whether self-understanding influences self-directed learning, and to analyze the mediating effect of future-oriented thinking in the relationship. For this purpose, 240 middle school students in G area were surveyed using self-understanding scale, future-oriented thinking scale, and self-directed learning scale. The structural equation model was used to verify the mediating effect. The main results are as follows. First, self-understanding of middle school students influenced self-directed learning. Second, future-oriented thinking has a complete mediation effect on self-directed learning. As a result of this research, comprehensive implications were suggested for interventions.

  • It Is the purpose of this research to analyse users' understanding how keyword and boolean search work in SELIS(SEoul Women's University Library and Information System) OPAC. Results of analyses of the subject, SELIS OPAC system processing, are: comprehension percentage of keyword extraction is $67(22.48\%)$ out of total 298 persons, no comprehension is $231(77.52\%)$ understanding of boolean OR In keyword search appears $115(22.48\%)$ out of 297, no understanding does $182(77.52\%)$ : comprehension of boolean AND is $98(33.11\%)$ out of 296, no understanding appears $198(66.89\%)$ understanding of using boolean and symbols is $109(36.49\%)$ out of 285, no understanding is $181(63.51\%)$ which Is lower percentage generally. And in SELIS OPAC system, in Intentional analyses to see any difference in understanding of keyword search between experience of keyword search or no, It shows no difference in interrelation $5\%$ level of significance, but In boolean search it does in interrelation $5\%$ level of significance.

The Effects of Intelligence and Scientific Attitude on Understanding in Surrounding Plants (지능과 과학 태도가 주변 식물의 이해에 미치는 영향)

  • Understanding the surrounding plants (SP) by the high school students was compared with their abilities of intelligence (SI) and attitude (SA) in science education. 276 students attending 11 grade high school in the city of Incheon selected for this work were tested for SP and their abilities of SI and SA. The rates of SP were observed to be not related to the personal properties of student but to the abilities of total or science achievement scores made throughout school life. The abilities of SP were, by linear regression, calculated to be dependent upon the some components or variables of SI or of SA. Particularly, the abilities of SP were closely related to the abilities of picture matrix and vocabulary, but not to those of scientific logics among variables of SI. Also, the abilities of SP were calculated to be positively related those of scientific attitude, but negatively to science anxiety in SA. As based on this work, the SP was strongly suggested to be helpful for students 'intelligences or for students' learning in their life.

  • 인공지능 분야에서는 합의된 개념을 정의하고, 개념과 개념사이의 관계를 표현하여 인간과 시스템이 지식을 공유하는 것으로 온톨로지를 정의하고 있다. 현재까지 영상이해를 위해 온톨로지를 설계하고 이용하는 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 영상이해에 관한 연구는 개념적인 연구에 그칠 뿐 구체적인 방법을 제시하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지로 표현한 지식에 근거하여 영상의 처리, 분석 해석 과정을 통해 영상을 이해하는 영상이해 시스템의 프레임워크를 제안한다. 영상이해 과정은 i)특정 부야의 지식을 온톨로지로 표현하고, ii)영상 처리 및 분석 과정을 통해 영상을 구성하는 객체들의 속성을 추출하며, iii)온톨로지 추론을 통해 객체의 속성으로부터 객체를 정의하여 영상을 해석한다. 그리고 제안한 프로세스에 기반 하여 영상이해 시스템을 구축하고 특정 분야에서의 실험을 통하여 제안된 시스템의 효용성을 확인한다.

  • 최근 정부는 변화하는 환경에 조응하기 위한 혁신적인 국가 R&D 시스템의 도입 및 성과평가 준거 틀의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 이에 연구자 중심의 "정부 R&D 혁신방안(2015)"을 제안하고 기존의 추격형 R&D체제에서 벗어나 질적 우수성 추구로 패러다임 전환과 창의 도전적 R&D에 초점을 맞춘 평가방식, 그리고 행정시스템 간소화 등을 해결해야 할 주요 과제로 제안하고 있다. 하지만, 다양한 이해관계자가 제시한 지속적인 의견 등을 고려할 때, 변화 이슈에 대한 장기적인 R&D 시스템 전개방향은 공감되나, 실행단계에서 실효적 적용은 많은 논의가 필요해 보인다. 특히, 특정 집단의 이해관계를 벗어나기 힘든 경우, 편향된 이슈 및 정책 제안이 제시되거나, 제안된 정책 간 일관성 있는 논리를 설정하기 어렵거나, 불특정 다수의 이해관계자 집단 간 이익 대변 혹은 현실을 벗어나는 이상적인 방향을 제안하는 경우도 있다. 따라서 이해관계자를 넘어서는 통합적 관점에서 사회 전체적 여건을 고려하는 혁신적 국가 R&D 시스템에 대한 정책적 실행방안을 고민해 볼 필요성이 제기된다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 과학기술 혁신정책 및 R&D 성과, 주요국 관련 동향 등을 살펴보고 현행 R&D 추진 시스템을 사회 시스템 차원에서 바라보며, 제기되는 관련 이슈에 대한 비판적 담론과 쟁점을 정리 및 분석하였다. 또한, R&D 혁신주체 간 상호작용 및 추진 시스템 효율성 측면의 핵심 이슈를 분석하여 R&D 추진 시스템 중장기 구축방향과 한계도 체계적으로 살펴보았으며, 이를 정리한 실행전략을 제시하였다.

Related Party Transactions and Corporate Value: Test of the Efficient Transaction and Conflict of Interests Hypothesis (특수관계자간 거래와 기업가치: 효율적 거래가설과 이해상충가설 검증)

  • This study analyzed the effect of related party transactions on the corporate value of Korean firms using panel data regression analysis. We tested the efficient transaction hypothesis and conflict of interests hypothesis which concern related party transactions. Five types of related party transactions were considered, including long term supply contracts, assets and business transfers, affiliate loans, equity investment, and credit offerings. If related party transactions were conducted for the purpose of enhancing corporate efficiency, results would have a positive effect on firm value. If related party transactions were conducted for the purpose of private profits of the controlling shareholders, the results would show a negative effect on firm value. Results were as follows. Firstly, it is confirmed that affiliate loans, equity investment, and credit offerings had negative effects on firm value. This implies that these types of related party transactions used by controlling shareholders for the purpose of their private profit, which supports the conflict of interests hypothesis. Secondly, it was found that long term supply contracts and assets and business transfers had no effect on firm value.

  • In order to enhance the national competitiveness of the korean knowledge economy it is necessary to establish new, cooperative industrial relations. In the past mass production economy the technological innovations generally substitute the real assets for the labour so that the interest conflict between employers and employees was inherent and the resistance of the labourers to innovations was unavoidable. In the knowledge economy, however, the real assets and the labour are complementary to each other and the investments in skills and education bring increasing returns. These are the most important reasons for the common interest of employers and employees in improved skills and advanced education. In the knowledge economy, therefore, establishing and maintaining the cooperative industrial relations is a necessary condition to maximize the value creation, where in Korea the 'Tripartite Commission' can and has to play a active role.

An Analysis of Elementary School Students' Understanding of Functional Relationships (초등학교 2, 4, 6학년 학생들의 함수적 관계 이해 실태 조사)

  • This study investigated elementary school students' understanding of basic functional relationships. It analyzed the written responses from a total of 2087 students of second, fourth, and sixth graders using tests that examined their understanding of five types of functional relationships. The results of this study showed that students tended to be more successful as their grades went up with regard to all the problem types. There were statistically differences among the three grade levels. Even lower graders were quite successful in dealing with additive relation, direct proportion, and inverse proportion. However the items dealing with square relation and linear relation were difficult even to sixth graders. It was common that students were good at completing the table by looking for a pattern from the given numbers but that they had difficulties in anticipating the value of 'y' when the value of 'x' is given either as a big number or as a symbol. Given these results, this paper includes issues and implications on how to foster functional thinking ability at the elementary school.
