  • The trade dispute between China and the U.S. began before Corona and is easing at this time by bringing new changes to the pendemic, and the development of the Chinese manufacturing industry has increased interdependence between the U.S. and China. However, the overall global trade should be less than before pendemic, and Korea's response strategy should be made serious at this time. However, new changes are taking place again these days. With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 in Shanghai, China, new changes are expected to occur in China's industrial chain. As the Chinese government strictly creates quarantine figures for COVID-19, many factories and companies among industries are forced to close for a while. As economic globalization and division of labor continue to deepen, multinationals choose suppliers and industrial chains within the world to form a global supply chain structure to pursue cost minimization and profit maximization. China is an indispensable part. Whether it is China, the U.S. or Korea, it can be a risk and an opportunity now.

  • Volatile compounds in low-temperature and long-term fermented Baechu kimchi were extracted by high vacuum sublimation(HVS), and then analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS). A total of 62 compounds, including 7 sulfur-containing compounds, 8 terpenes, 5 esters, 8 acids, 15 alcohols, 2 nitrites, 2 ketones, 11 aliphatic hydrocarbons and 4 miscellaneous compounds, were found in low-temperature and long-term fermented Baechu kimchi. Among them, acetic acid and butanoic acid were quantitatively dominant. Aroma-active compounds were also determined by gas chromatography/olfactometry(GC-O) using aroma extract dilution analysis(AEDA). A total of 16 aroma-active compounds were detected by GC-O. Butanoic acid was the most potent aroma-active compound with the highest FD factor($Log_3FD$) followed by linalool, acetic acid, 2-vinyl-4H-1,3-dithin and 3-methyl-1-butanol. The major aroma-active compounds, such as acetic acid and butanoic acid, were related to sour and rancid or notes.

  • Jainpalkwangdae(慈仁八廣大) of Kyungsan area in Kyungbuk province was restored through over 50 years gap. This play basically has the structure of conflict - reconcillation, which is differentiated from a masque and a tightrope walking. The characters of this play are a nobleman, Malttuki (a servant), a legal wife and a second wife. Their personality is deviant from a existing Korean masque. This weird and artificial appearance may be a problem in the process of restoration. Otherwise, it might be a very different transmission type of masque. Therefore, we need to investigate why Jainpalkwangdae is different from a traditional masque.

  • In this study, We examined the dual path model in which entitlement rage and sexual dominance on the one of two pathway, sexual permissiveness and sexual objectification on another pathway mediated the relation between narcissism and sexual aggression. In addition, it was investigated whether alcohol use and rape myths acceptance have moderating effects in the pathways from sexual dominance and sexual objectification to sexual aggression on our path model. Data from 368 male college students in four university in Chungcheong province were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results in structural equation modeling exhibited that narcissism affected sexual aggression through mediating effects of entitlement rage and sexual dominance, and through mediating effects of sexual permissiveness and sexual objectification. Furthermore, alcohol use and rape myths acceptance only moderated the relation between sexual dominance and sexual aggression on our model. We discussed the meaning of results and the implications for further study.

  • This study examined the effects of perceived discrimination on multicultural adolescents regarding feelings of conflict over their ethnic identity by investigating the moderating role of father-child open communication and mother-child open communication mediated by bicultural competence. A total of 234 middle school students (grades 7-8; 139 girls and 95 boys) from multicultural families, from which the father is Korean and the mother is not, participated in the study. Data was collected through an online self-report questionnaire and was analyzed via SPSS 26.0 and Process (Version 4.1) MACRO. The results can be summarized as follows. First, bicultural competence mediated the effects of perceived discrimination on feelings of conflict over one's ethnic identity. Enhanced bicultural competence resulting from a lower perception of discrimination contributed to a reduction in feelings of conflict over one's ethnic identity. Second, the moderated mediation effect of fatherchild open communication was significant, while the effect of mother-child open communication was not. Thus, the mediation relationship (lower perceived discrimination increased bicultural competence and, thus, reduced conflict over one's ethnic identity) grew stronger as the level of father-child open communication increased. The significance of this study lies in uncovering the causal relationships between individual and environmental factors that contribute to ethnic identity development among multicultural adolescents, particularly highlighting the important role of Korean fathers within multicultural households.

  • In a global environment, airlines are striving to secure competitiveness and generate profits through customer satisfaction. The first thing to do in order to provide services to customers is the safety of the aircraft, and the basis for realizing safety is the continuous maintenance of maintenance quality. The degree of development of aviation technology is progressing unimaginably fast, but the overall environment of aviation mechanics working at the front line to maintain maintenance quality remains largely unchanged. This study aims to identify the level of education and training provided to aircraft maintenance engineers and safety culture, and to examine the effect of self-esteem on maintenance quality. Previous studies have been conducted on maintenance engineers' education and training, organizational performance, and job stress, but there has been a lack of studies on maintenance quality. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between variables affecting maintenance quality and to suggest implications for improving maintenance quality through empirical analysis.

본 연구의 결과들은 연안해역에 benso[a]pyrene과 같은 지속성 유기오염물질이 유입되었을 때 내정여부에 따라 식물플랑크톤 군집내 종 천이와 일차생산력에 크게 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.TEX>5.2개)였으며, 등급별 회수율은 각각 GI(8.5%), GII(13.4%), GIII(43.9%), GIV(34.2%)로 나타났다.ments of that period left both in Japan and Korea. • For Singapore, 2017 was an uneasy year. The presidential election was fraught with controversy since the revised Presidential Election Act allowed only one candidate to be eligible for the election. The bitter feud between Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his siblings shocked many Singaporeans. Succession planning for the next top leadership is still veiled in obscurity. The anti-globalization trend and the increasing pressure to raise the tax have become major challenges for Singapore's economy to overcome. China's continuous diplomatic pressure has called into the question Singapore's pragmatic foreign policy. Although its relations with China were back to normal, Singapore, the ASEAN chair in 2018, is still facing intractable problems in safeguarding ASEAN centrality in the growing US-China rivalry. In the meantime, Singapore has pursued its diversity and equality, heading toward a more matured multi-racial and multi-cultural society in 2017. The first female president, Halimah Yacob, served as a symbolic epitome of Singapore's emphasis on diversity and harmony among different ethnic groups and minorities. This great milestone, however, has largely been questioned by Singaporeans, as it seemed to be a political gesture that only utilized Halimah's double minority in the level of ideologies. The election of the Malay president has led Singaporeans to think about the real equity and equality among minorities, while strongly motivated to move toward a more inclusive society. In 2018, Singaporean leaders will try to resolve many challenging problems by reaffirming leadership succession planning, which is expected to lead Singapore to pursue a more integrated society.

  • Fairy tales are rooted in folk tales and contain human unconsciousness and universal emotions. It also plays a role as original content in various narrative transformation works. Andersen's brings numerous signification through symbolic signs of red shoes, dance, and ankle amputation. Victor W.Turner's theory of social drama broadens the perspective of narrative analysis. In addition, this theory makes us realize the conditions of the social community required by society at the time. As a circular content, Andersen's shows the double entry narrative of growth as a woman and incorporation into the social community. In this process, the social conditions accepted and rejected are symbolically revealed. In Koo Byung-mo's novel , achromatic color and red color are contrasted. The red world is full of vitality and represents the meaning of human existence. Yoon Mi-kyung's fairy tale is divided into different characters from the girl's growth narrative and the outsider's entry into the women's society. This work accuses preconceived notions and prejudices against multicultural families and strangers.
