Co 단일층과 Co/Ti 이중층으로부터 형성된 코발트 실리사이드를 최종 막의 구조와 에피텍셜 성장 측면에서 조사하였다. Co 단일층은 그 두께와는 관계없이 전체 막이 CoSi2로 변화된 반면에, Co/Ti 이중층 구조에서는 Co와 Ti 막의 두께비가 최종막 구조에 상당한 영향을 주었다. 그리고 CoSi2막의 에피 성장이 Co 단일층에서 보다는 Co/Ti 이중층에서 보다 용이하였다.

Double exchange interaction leads to the ferromagnetism by the direct coupling between conduction electrons and magnetic ions. The most intriguing feature of double exchange is the explicit connection of the conductivity with the magnetism, which has drawn much interest in relation to the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) recently observed in manganese oxide compounds. In this review, we explain the basic physics of double exchange and examine the classical discussions.

본 논문에서는 인덕터와 커패시터(LC)를 이용한 새로운 전압 밸런서(VB)를 제안한다. 제안한 VB는 하프-브리지 및 Neutral-Point-Clamped 구조처럼 이중 출력을 가진 Dual-Active-Bridge (DAB) 컨버터에 적용될 수 있다. 제안한 VB는 추가적인 스위칭 소자를 사용하지 않더라도 출력 부하 조건에 관계없이 출력 전압 평형을 유지할 수 있다. 제안한 VB를 사용할 때, 변압기와 출력의 중성점 사이에 LC가 추가되지만, 컨버터의 PWM 방식과 동작은 기존과 대부분 동일하다. 따라서, 제안한 VB를 사용하는 이중 출력 DAB 컨버터는 기존 이중 출력 DAB 컨버터의 장점을 대부분 유지한 상태로 출력 전압 평형을 달성할 수 있다. 3 kW 시제품을 제작하여 제안한 VB의 성능을 검증하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a multi-modular account of double accusative constructions in Korean in the framework of Autolexical Grammar. The grammar views syntactic, semantic, and morphological structures of sentences as modules which are generated simultaneously and independently. Unlike syntactocentric theories, this paper analyzes semantic characteristics of double accusatives through function-argument (F/A) structure along with roles structure (RS) and information structure (IS). In F/A structure of double accusatives, the first accusative becomes an argument of a predicate, unlike the possessive, which is an argument of a relational noun. Furthermore, the first accusative of double accusatives takes the role of patient in RS, which allows it to become the subject of a passive sentence. On the other hand, the second accusative, which is originally the possessee, becomes a focal area in IS. Therefore, the purpose of double accusatives is twofold: one is to turn the possessor into an independent argument of a predicate which takes patient role, and the other is to turn the possessee into a focus. Such semantic characteristics of double accusatives can be expressed by means of multi-dimensional structures of F/A structure, RS, and IS of Autolexical Grammar, which allows an integrated account of the phenomenon.

Prior research has shown empirically that organizational and career commitment may also be highly compatible with each other. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of social welfare's organizational structure variable on the dual commitment to the organization and career. Dual commitment is analyzed by using multiple regression analysis of parallel model. For the research, organizational structure was consisted of complexity, formalization and decentralization. The results showed that social worker have high correlation to organizational commitment and career commitment. Especially, decentralization and complexity have a positive effects on the dual commitment to organizational and career commitment. This study finally discusses theoretical implications for future study and practical implications for structure design strategies on the results.

To develop reliable dual pulse rocket motor, vacuum ignition performance at high altitude and design stability for rupture pressure of the Pulse Separation Device(PSD) are required. In this study, rupture pressure analysis method for the membrane type PSD of the dual pulse rocket motor was developed. The PSD rupture pressure formulation was derived from strain-pressure relationships. The PSD vacuum rupture test apparatus and the PSD 1 second vacuum ignition test apparatus were developed, which can simulate the high altitude vacuum environment. Rupture pressure of PSD was analyzed by conducting the PSD vacuum rupture test, and design values of PSD were derived. Finally, vacuum ignition performance and rupture pressure of the designed PSD were validated with PSD 1 second vacuum ignition test.

The study aims to explain the effect of bicultural acceptance on depression of multicultural adolescents and to analyze the mediating effect of social withdrawal between two variables. To accomplish the purpose, 1,158 subjects were selected from the 8th(2018) data of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study(MAPS), and the data collected were analyzed by using Process Macro Model and Bootstrapping analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, positive bicultural acceptance attitude of multicultural adolescents was shown to decrease their social withdrawal and depression. Second, social withdrawal of multicultural adolescents affected increase of their depression. Third, the effect of bicultural acceptance on depression of multicultural adolescents was partly mediated by their social withdrawal. Based on the above findings, practical alternatives and programs to reduce depression and social withdrawal of multicultural adolescents were suggested.

This study examined the effect of past acceptance on suicidal ideation in older adults and verified double mediation effects of attitude to aging and depression. The responses of 329 aged 65 years or older who participate in senior welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were used. As an analysis method, the double mediation effect was confirmed through serial multiple mediation model verification using the SPSS PROCESS macro program. The followings are the results of the study. First, the past acceptance had a significant effect on the aging attitude, the aging attitude on the depression, and the depression on the suicidal ideation, but the direct effect of past acceptance on the suicidal ideation was not significant. Second, double mediation effects of attitude to aging and depression were significant in the relationship between past acceptance and suicidal ideation. Based on these results, practical and policy interventions to prevent suicide in old age were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to verify the double mediating effects of job stress and psychological commitment in the relationship between organizational incivility and job satisfaction of child-care teachers in South Korea. 234 Korean child-care teachers were purposively selected from S city of C Province. SPSS Win.25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2 were used for analyzing the data, and reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple mediation model analysis were conducted. Results are as follows. First, correlation analysis showed significant correlations between organizational incivility, job stress, psychological commitment, and job satisfaction. Second, path analysis showed that organizational incivility had a positive effect on job stress and a negative effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction, and psychological commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, job stress and psychological commitment had consecutive double mediation in the link between organizational incivility and job satisfaction. This study suggests a way to utilize job stress and psychological commitment when childcare teachers' organizational incivility has a negative effect on job satisfaction.

정적 이미지도 시간 정보를 갖는다. 그래서, 정적 이미지 데이터에 시간 정보를 반영하여 시간적으로 연관된 이미지들간의 시간 관계성을 분석하고 표현하여, 사용자가 제시하는 시간 관계의 정보 요구 사항인 질의에 적절한 처리결과를 제공하는데 활용할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 이미지에 표현될 수 있는 시간 정보를 추출하고 이 시간 정보를 바탕으로 이미지 도메인에 메핑되는 시간 도메인을 정의하며, 이미지들간의 시간 관계성을 표현하는 표현 구조를 설계하여 이중 그래프 모델의 표현 능력을 확장한다.
