The effect of the surface activation treatment on the crystallization of the amorphous silicon film was investigated. The amorphous silicon film was deposited on the silica substrate with LPCVD technique. Wet blasting with silica slurry or exposure with Nd:YAG laser beam was applied on the amorphous silicon film before annealing for the crystallization. For the analysis of the crystallinity, XRD, Raman, and SEM were employed. In this investigation, the prior surface activation treatment like silica wet blasting or Nd:YAG laser beam exposure before annealing for the crystallization were found to be effective in the enhancement of the crystallization. It is believed that these treatment lower the activation energy required for the crystallization of the amorphous silicon film.

지리정보유통은 연계(network)의 경제활동이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 경제활동이 원활히 움직이고 활성화되기 위해서는 유통체계를 구성하는 주체, 객체, 수단, 환경이 적절히 조화를 이루어야 한다. 그중 유통주체인 공급기관-수요기관-유통기관은 유통기관을 중심으로 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 있어야 한다. 특히 지리정보는 시간의 변화에 따라 동적으로 변화하고, 단순한 자료나 정보가 아닌 이를 이용하여 새로운 부가정보 생산이 가능한 정보로 적극적인 공개를 통하여 그 활용성을 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 국내에서 생산된 지리정보를 보다 효율적이고 가치 있게 활용하기 위해서는 우선적으로 지리정보유통 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 지리정보유통 활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 공급기관이 유통체계에 적극적으로 참여하도록 법제도를 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 지리정보유통추진협의회를 구성하여 공급기관과 유통기관간의 상호 원활한 협력관계를 유지한다. 셋째, 새로운 지리정보를 발굴할 수 있는 지리정보 발굴체계를 도입한다. 넷째, 앞의 세 가지 업무를 체계적이고 적극적으로 수행할 수 있는 지리정보유통관리기구를 설립 운영한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 활성화방안을 기반으로 국가GIS 기본계획의 목적에 부합하는 충분한 지리정보를 확보하고 공급함으로써 범국민적인 유통 활용이 보다 빠르게 정착될 것으로 기대된다.

In the construction industry, research on alkali activated cement using fly ash or blast furnace slag fine powder has been published in Korea and abroad as a way to reuse industrial byproducts without using cement at all and to obtain economical effects at the same time. the purpose of this paper is to evaluate the effect of the ratio and coefficient of hydration ratio and lime saturation degree on the strength of alkali activated slag cement by chemical quantitative analysis of alkali activated slag cement used in the management of existing portland cement. as a result, it was confirmed that the ratio and coefficient of hydration ratio and lime saturation are all within a certain range.

Due to emergence of large discount mart and on-line shopping, and the resulting shrinkage of market share, traditional market that is typically having operational disadvantages is facing a predicament. However, considering the total sales volume and the consumer traffic, it is true that traditional market still plays an important role. In this context, traditional market should be vitalized through an improved management system as well as restructuring, and seek a balanced growth in the distribution industry. In order to provide competitiveness to the local traditional market of Jeung-Pyung Province and to vitalize the local economy, an analysis was preformed for the local market environment, and the vitalization plans, which can be referenced in determining the local economic policies, are suggested in this paper.

본 연구의 목적은 사람들이 언어과제와 공간지각과제을 수행하는 동안 활성화되는 뇌 영역의 차이를 규명하는 것이다. 428명의 대학생을 대상으로 집단 심리실험을 수행하여, fMRI 연구를 위한 실험참여자로 17명의 오른손잡이 여대생을 선정하였다. 17명 중 8명은 언어능력은 뛰어나지만 공간지각능력이 떨어지고, 나머지 9명은 언어능력은 빈약하지만, 공간지각능력이 우수한 사람들이었다. fMRI 실험에 사용된 패러다임에는 언어과제와 공간지각과제가 각각 8block으로 구성되었으며, 각 block은 동일한 과제 3문항을 포함하였다. fMRI 이미징은 1.5T Siemens Vision Scanner로 수집되었으며, Single-shot EPI 기법으로 (TR/TE : 3840/40ms, flip angle : 90, FOV : 220, 64x64 matrix) 이미지를 스캔하였다. 자료분석은 SPM-99 소프트웨어를 사용하였다. 감산(subtraction)분석결과, 언어능력이 뛰어난 집단에서는 양측 대상회(bilateral cingulate gyri)와 좌측 상두정엽 (left superior parietal lobe)이 더 많이 활성화되었고, 언어능력이 떨어지는 집단에서는 양측 전두엽 (both frontal lobes)이 더 많이 활성화되었다. 공간지각능력이 떨어지는 집단에서는 우측 시상 (right thalamus)과 좌측 측-후두엽 (left temporooccipital)이 더 많이 활성화되었다. 언어능력이나 공간지각능력이 우수한 집단에서는 공통적으로 대상회 (cingulate gyri)가 활성화되었다.

This study introduces consumer protection policies at domestic and overseas, regarding the current situation that is raised about, and analyzes how to promote e-commerce with consumer protection oriented. This article explores e-commerce protection policies aiming at enforcing consumer protection and introduces some strategies - enhancing consumer trust, improving electronic transaction disputation, personal information security and privacy and using authorized certificate. This paper aims at suggesting the method of promoting e-commerce through ensuring the consumer trust and decreasing the transaction cost.

We present a method for spatially selective immobilization of functional materials, such as proteins and nanoparticles, onto pre-activated silicon surfaces by electrochemical reaction. Carboxymethylbenzendiazonium (CMBD) cations, being adsorbable on silicon surfaces through electrochemically reductive deposition, is used as an anchor molecule to prepare the pre-activated silicon surfaces. It is demonstrated that the use of BD reaction is very efficient for the selective immobilization because the functional materials are immobilized exclusively onto the pre-adsorbed CMBD region. The method is applied to immobilize gold nanoparticles on the selected nanowire of the nanowire array.

This study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the regional innovative capacity and to analyze the effects on the regional economic development including newly-established corporation and job creation. The results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis, the 14 variables were grouped into 3 factors, i.e. innovative input, infrastructure, and linkage. Second, the panel models were developed using the above factor scores and economic performance variables such as the number of newly-established corporation and employees. As a result, innovative capacity factors positively contributed to the newlyestablished corporation and job creation. The innovative input was the most influential factor determining the regional economic performance, followed by linkage and infrastructure. This study suggests several policy implications for the reinforcement of innovative capacity and regional competitiveness.

The Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has been designating as Fishery village from 2001 to revitalize economy of fishery villages. But a few of the Fishery villages have been operated as general visiting tourist places or decreased the number of the tourists. In this study, a survey about some status of usage and satisfaction level with Fishery village, the preference for fishery village stay programs was conducted at 21 villages designated in Young-nam area. As a result, three revitalization plans were suggested to improve the fishery village stay program and to promote economic growth of the fishery villages.

The Misiryeong East-West road opened in July 2006, after the opening of the Expressway between Seoul and Yangyang in June 2017, has led to a recession caused by a decrease in the number of visitors to nearby region, leading to the emergence of economic crisis in the surrounding region. Against this background, in order to revitalize the Healing Road in Misiryeong, we study to find a way to revitalize the region by creating a landmark in Ulsanbawi Rock. In order to create a landmark of Ulsanbawi Rock, an observation cafe, exhibition facilities, and convenience facilities were built, and a monorail was used to view Ulsanbawi Rock, and a healing plaza, resting area, and outdoor performance hall were installed to promote the local economy.
