Continuance Use Intention of Kiosk Services: The Mediating Role of Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 지속 이용 의도에 대한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In the food market, kiosks are rapidly expanding. The kiosk improves the in-store consumer experience and economic prosperity of businesses. This research explores the continuance use intention of kiosks via a post-acceptance model with four antecedent variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, and satisfaction. An online survey was conducted with 420 senior consumers, aged 50-70, who have experienced kiosk services. This study used SPSS 25.0 for descriptive analysis and Amos 23.0 for confirmatory factor anlysis, structural equation analysis, and mediate the effect of the bootstrapping method. The following results were obtained. First, perceived usefulness and confirmation significantly influenced satisfaction with kiosks. Second, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly influenced continuance use intention. Third, satisfaction mediated the relationship between perceived usefulness and continuance use intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated the relationship between confirmation and continuance use intention. These findings enhanced the understanding of seniors' attitude and response to kiosk services.

A Study on Factors that Improve Waterfront Satisfaction: Targeting Residents of Apartment Houses in the Tokyo's Coastal Area (수변 만족도를 향상시키는 요인에 관한 연구: 도쿄 임해지역 집합주택 거주자를 대상으로)

  • This study examines the factors contributing to waterfront satisfaction among different generations, utilizing a survey on the use and perception of waterfront areas by residents of apartment houses in Tokyo's coastal region. The variables used in this study are developed through a review of existing literature, focusing on factors related to waterfront usage. Specifically, we select the proximity to the waterfront, duration of stay at the waterfront, and frequency of visits to the waterfront as key variables for investigation. In addition, the study further incorporates aspects related to waterfront recognition, such as the space, user behavior, and management status of the waterfront. Utilizing these variables, we carry out a correlation analysis to investigate the association between generational use and perception of the waterfront and their satisfaction with water-related experiences. The results identify three key factors to enhance waterfront satisfaction: First, to increase visits from both younger and older generations, improving pedestrian access to the waterfront is essential. Second, for middle-aged and older generations, creating waterfront areas closer to their residences can reduce travel distance and time, encouraging more frequent use. Third, maintaining clean and well-kept waterfront spaces is fundamental for all generations to enjoy relaxing experiences, thereby improving overall satisfaction.

  • This paper analyzes how CRM Service under the ubiquitous circumstances will affect the customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing the related data and conditions and also analyzes the relation among the variables by using the measurement and analysis tools through Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Customer Reaction Encouragement Model and Technology Acceptance Model. Through this study the author analyzes how the customer management with uCRM will have an influence on the satisfaction and attitude of customer in order to contribute to an efficient customer management method of a financing institution.

  • Using the Korea Labor Institute Panel Study(KLIPS), this study investigates the impacts of water pollution on life satisfaction in Korea. Panel random-effects ordered probit model is used to consider the ordered property of life satisfaction data and heterogeneity of panel data. The proxy variables to reflect the degree of water pollution are biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) and total phosphorus(TP). In addition to the environmental variables above, other determinants used in various studies on life satisfaction such as economic, social, and demographic characteristics are included. Estimation results show that water pollution is negative and significant for life satisfaction. Other indicators such as income, age, house ownership, gender, education are positively related while urban residence and own business are shown to be negatively related.

  • 본 논문은 서구의 이론을 바탕으로 개발된 직무만족도에 관한 인과모형을 한국의 병원근무자들을 대상으로 실증적으로 검증하고 직무만족도를 결정하는 인과적 요인들을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 본 모형의 종속변수는 직무만족도이고 독립변수로는 3개집단의 변수들로 크게 분류하여 선정되었는데 첫째, 사회적 변수들로써 직무의 자율성, 직무의 모호성, 직무 갈등, 직무의 양, 상사 및 동료와의 관계, 발전가능성, 직무의 단순성, 분배정의, 승진기회, 물리적 근무환경, 임금 등이며, 둘째, 심리적 변수들로써 기대 충족도, 근무의욕, 적극적 심성, 부정적 심성 등이고, 셋째, 환경적 변수들로써 외부 취업기회와 가족에 대한 책임 등이 사용되었다. 또한 독립변수들이 종속변수에 영향을 미치는데 있어 개인의 가치관이 어떻게 작용하는지도 검증하였다. 자료수집을 위해 대구에 위치한 750병상 규모의 한 대학병원에 근무하는 전직원을 대상으로 자기가 입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며 879매가 회수되어 74.7%의 응답율을 기록하였다. 수집된 자료중 사용 가능한 836명의 응답을 바탕으로 선형구조관계분석(LISREL)과 다중회구분석기법을 이용하여 인과 모형을 검증하였다. 분석결과 직무만족도에 유의한 영향력을 가지는 변수들은 직무의 모호성, 직무의 모호성, 동료관계, 직무의 단순성, 분배정의(이상 시회적 변수), 기대의 총족도, 근무의욕, 적극적 심성, 부정적 심성(이상 심리적 변수), 외부 취업기회(환경적 변수) 등인 것으로 나타났으며 개인의 가치관과 인구학적인 변수들은 직무만족도에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서 사용된 인과모형은 직무만족도의 변이를 75.4% 설명함으로서 기존의 다른 모형들 보다 높은 설명력을 나타내었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 사용된 직무만족도의 인과모형은 한국의 조직에서도 적용이 가능한 것으로 보이며, 또한 직무만족도의 일반적 모형은 구조적 변수, 심리적 변수, 그리고 환경적 변수들을 모두 포함하는 포괄적인 모형이 타당하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, we investigated the satisfaction of incorporation founder through the Startbiz System. We also expected that the research results contribute to draw the development plan of Startbiz System afterward. The satisfaction in the Startbiz System was investigated in four dimensions such as the company establishing service, the website quality, the business promotion environment of the associated organizations, and providing information. The satisfaction appeared for the order of the company establishing service, providing information, the website quality, and the business promotion environment of the associated organizations. It's necessary to improve of the business promotion environment of the associated organizations for activating an incorporation utilizing the Startbiz System.

The Effect of General Hospital Inpatient's Perceived Service Quality on Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty (종합병원 입원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 품질이 고객만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of medical service quality perceived by general hospital inpatients on satisfaction and loyalty. Data were collected and analyzed through questionnaires of 310 hospitalized patients in general hospital in Gyeonggi-do. The main results of this study are as follows. First, the effect of medical service quality on satisfaction was statistically significant in procedural procedure, hospital life (doctor, nurse), employee friendliness, hospital environment and service satisfaction(p <.001). Second, the effect of medical service quality on loyalty was statistically significant in hospitalization (nurse), hospitalization (doctor), hospital environment and service loyalty(p <.05). Finally, the effect of inpatient satisfaction on loyalty was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction(p <.001). The higher satisfaction with medical service quality affects the loyalty, and it is an important factor in future re-hospitalization and recommendation of hospital to others. Therefore, management should establish policies on quality of medical service to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of hospitalized patients. It should be reflected.

A Study on Visitors' Differences of Satisfaction Level Due to Lifestyle in Bukhansan National Park, Korea (북한산 국립공원 탐방객의 라이프 스타일에 따른 만족도 차이에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims at analysing the differences on visitors' satisfactory level based-on personal lifestyles in a Korean national park. The lifestyles were classified and differences of satisfaction level among the groups were verified from a questionnaire survey in Bukhansan National Park, Korea. Lifestyles by the factor analysis, 5 factors were sorted. 4 clusters classified as the suitable clusters by clustering analysis. As a result from differences of satisfaction level on the lifestyle types, satisfaction level for each cluster has been shown to be statistically meaningful difference. Satisfaction level in active tendency cluster was the highest among the 4 cluster types(Social>Individual>Passive cluster). Satisfaction differences according to the lifestyles suggests that a fragmented approach is needed rather than an integrated approach for managing facilities and programs in Korean national park system.

Geographical Discrepancies in Residential Outcomes and Housing Expenditure of Young Married Couples in Chonsei Housing (전세 거주 청년 부부가구의 지역 간 거주환경과 주거비 차이)

  • This research aims to investigate the socio-demographic, financial, and housing statuses of young married couples in Chonsei housing and to analyze the determinants of their residential environment quality and housing expenditure in four districts - Seoul and Gyeonggi-Incheon Area(GIA) of the Seoul Metropolitan Area(SMA), and metropolises and non-metropolises of non-SMA. From the 2020 Korean Housing Survey(KHS), this cross-sectional analysis examined a sample of 691 households, and the findings revealed that most were headed by college-educated, salaried male workers aged 31 years old. While childless dual-earner couples were common in Seoul, single-income families of three were prevalent in non-SMA. The financial status of the couples in Seoul was a lot better than in the other three areas, particularly much higher in Chonsei deposit and total asset value. Further, many lived in a three-bedroom apartment unit sized 60m2 and bigger, using a Chonsei loan. Regardless of areas, almost all the households spent a very low portion of their living expenses and income on housing costs. However, dual-earner families positively increased borrowing capacity, which improves the household's financial position that is likely to lead to equity increment in a volatile asset market in the long run. The statistical results indicated that residential environment assessment was influenced by neighborhood quality and housing expenditure was affected by housing size in Seoul, urban amenities in GIA and householder's gender in non-metropolises. Thus, this research proposes that strong measures be considered to mitigate housing inequality embedded in geographical and socio-economic disparities.
