We examined the factors affecting user satisfaction and persistent intention of use for the Internet-only banking services. Firstly, this study extracted factors that influence the acceptance of Internet-only banking services based on previous studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness as independent variables based on Technology Acceptance Model for two dependent variables ; user satisfaction and intention for continuous use for internet-only banking service. The study showed that perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on user satisfaction and intention for continuous use as a result of an empirical analysis of 204 customers of internet-only banking services. Based on the results of the study, some practical implications for customer retention are suggested.

In the fintech field, financial transactions with smart phones are actively conducted. User authentication technology is essential for safe financial transactions. PIN authentication through the existing security keypads is convenient to input but has weaknesses in security and others. The biometric authentication technique is secure, but there is a possibility of false positive and false negative authentication. To compensate for this, two-factor authentication is used. In this paper, we propose the 1.5-factor authentication that can increase convenience and security through PIN input with biometric authentication. It provides the stability of fingerprint authentication and convenience of two or three PIN inputs, and this makes safe financial transaction possible. Since biometric authentication is performed at the same time when entering PIN, while security is required by applying fingerprint authentication to the area touched while entering PIN. The User authentication is performed while ensuring convenience to input through additional PIN input in situations where high safety is required, and Safe financial transactions are possible.

Internet-only bank is one of the promising areas of Fintech industry. Kbank and Kakaobank launched services since 2017 in Korea. Experts estimated the younger generation including undergraduate students as target customers in the initial stage of the Internet-only bank in Korea. Thus, it is necessary to investigate factors influencing intention to use the Internet-only bank. Data were collected from undergraduate students studying in Seoul, Pusan, and Gyeongbuk province. The empirical study showed the evidence that four factors such as convenience, social influence, perceived privacy, and unverified risk had a significant influence on intention to use the Internet-only bank. However, economic benefit has no significantly influence on the intention. The present study focused on the influence of convenience and social influence and discussed the issues regarding convenience and social influence in more detail.

본 논문은 최소한의 정보량을 가지고 높은 안전성을 제공하는 타원곡선을 이용한 전자 지불 프로토콜을 제안한다. 타원 곡선 공개키 암호 알고리즘의 이용은 지불과정에서 필요한 계산 속도를 빠르게 함으로써 실제로 지불 시스템을 구현하였을 때 사용자들에게 지불시스템의 효율적이고 편리함으로서 실제로 지불 시스템을 구현하였을 때 사용자들에게 지불시스템의 효율적이고 편리한 이용환경을 제공할 수 있고 타원 곡선 공개키 암호 알고리즘이 가지는 높은 안전성은 사용자들에게 지불시스템에 대한 신뢰성을 가지게 할 수 있다. 타원곡선 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 통하여 설계된 지불 시스템은 미래의 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study, centered on mobile phone purchasers, verifies the effect of AR technology's convenience in consumer mobile shopping on consumers' intentions by focusing on the regulation effect of purchase satisfaction. According to the results of the hypothesis of SPSS, convenience has a positive (+) effect on both purchase intent and purchase satisfaction, and purchasing satisfaction plays a partial regulatory role between convenience and purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to provide users with various information using AR technology quickly and accurately in mobile shopping, thereby enhancing consumers' trust, providing pleasure, causing users to purchase intention, and realizing the untapped marketing effect more specifically.

프로세스의 소형화 및 집적화 와 임베디드 운영체제의 발달은 PDA, 세룰러폰 둥의 이동 기기의 이용을 대중화 시켰고 공간적 제약성의 극복을 가능하게 하였다. 이러한 기반 인프라의 확산은 가상환경 내에서 존재하던 서비스들을 사용자의 공간에서도 사용가능하게 함으로써, 컴퓨팅 환경이 더 이상 컴퓨터 중심이 아니라 사용자의 편리성을 극대화 시키는 사용자 중심의 패러다임의 전환을 의미하고, 이를 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 정의한다. 여기서 주목해야 할 것은 이러한 편리한 인프라들의 신뢰성 및 안전의 보장이다. 인터넷 뱅킹이나 모바일 비즈니스 등의 작업 수행에서 개인이나 기관의 기밀 정보의 유출이나 해킹으로 인한 문제점들은 이미 드러난 상태이며, 기존의 보안 서비스로는 유동적이고 사용자에 따라 변화가 많은 유비쿼터스 환경의 효율적 관리가 힘들다는 사실을 보여 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 사용자의 주변 요소들을 반영이 가능하도록 정책과 기능성을 구분하여 설계된 계층적 보안 모델을 기반으로, 효율적인 건한 접근 관리를 위해 설계된 사용자 역할 기반의 권한 프로토콜을 제시한다. 이는 유비쿼터스 환경의 특징을 고려하여 유연성 과 확장성의 특징을 갖는다. 이를 기반으로 이동 디바이스와 데스크 탑 간의 신뢰성 있는 서비스 이용을 고려하여 디자인한 보안 모듈 제시한다.

In this paper, we attempt to investigate the factors influencing usage and acceptance of ubiquitous services in campus, based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). This study conceptualizes and develops three dimensions of u-Services, such as real time service, information security, customization service, and tests the relationship among u-Services, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and intention to use. Data were collected from 162 respondents in K-University and research model was tested using multiple regression analysis. As a consequence, this study found that customization service is an important factor which is influenced to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 15%는 시작하기도 전에 종결되며, 66%의 프로젝트는 실패로 간주되고 있다. 또한 평균적으로, 완료된 프로젝트의 43%가 비용을 초과하는 것으로 나타났다. 실제로 2002년도 미국에서 소프트웨어 프로젝트의 투자 실패로 인한 손실은 비용의 초과로 생긴 170억 달러를 포함해 총 손실 금액이 380억 달러인 것으로 추정하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 여러 시도 중에 하나가 ISBSG(International Software Benchmarking Standard Group, 2004)으로, 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관련 데이터를 국제적으로 수집하여 위와 같은 문제의 원인을 밝히고자 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 ISBSG에서 수집한 데이터를 이용해 소프트웨어 시스템과 관련된 요인 중에서 기능성 품질, 문서화품질, 훈련정도, 소프트웨어크기, 전체결함수, 사업요구사항충족, 사용편리성, 목표달성이라는 6개 변수 간의 연관성을 분석하였다. 분석대상 프로젝트는 49개이고, 분석 방법으로는 SURE(Seemingly Unrelated REgression)를 사용하였다. 분석 결과 소프트웨어 기능성품질은 사업요구사항충족, 사용편리성과 정의 관계를 가지며, 사용편리성은 사업요구사항충족과 정의 관계를 가지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 사업요구사항충족은 목표달성과 정의 관계를 가지고 있다.

일반 사용자가 현재 접할 수 있는 무선인터넷은 SMS를 활용한 문자 형식의 정보제공이 대부분이고 유선의 인터넷과 같이 멀티미디어 서비스 그리고 실시간 전송속도, 사용자 환경, 거기에 보안 서비스까지 유선의 인터넷 서비스와는 비교가 되지 않게 그 이용환경이 열악한 상황이다. 오늘날 원격 환경의 진료시스템이 개발되고 있는데, 이들 시스템은 미래의 원격진료 즉. 병원에 직접가지 않고 집에서 바로 혈압, 심박수 등을 검사 받을 수 있는 시스템 개발의 기본이 되고 있다. 그리고 정보통신의 발전으로 모바일 PC 즉, 개인 휴대용 단말기(PDA:Personal Digital Assistants)가 의료분야에서 PC를 대체하여 이동성, 편리성을 제공하는 전자 차트를 선보이고 있다. 그러나 PDA는 작은 몸체로 이동성 및 편리성 등이 PC보다 뛰어나지만 해상도가 큰 이미지, 높은 처리 속도를 요구하는 작업등을 처리하기에는 효율성이 낮은 문제점이 있다. 또한 정보를 공유 할 수 있는 데이터를 무선 환경으로 처리해야 하기 때문에 환자와 관련된 의료 영상 즉, MRI 사진이나 X-ray 사진 등을 의료 환경에 이용하는 데는 보안의 문제점을 가지고 있다 따라서 본 논문에서는 매우 빠르게 발전하고 있는 진단과 치료기술을 이러한 의료를 필요로 하는 사람들에게 제공하는 접근성의 보장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 대안으로 무선 환경의 의료 인증시스템을 제안 하고자 한다.

Digital accredited certificates issued under the Digital Signature Act provide essential functionalities for online service, so certificates are used for various services such as online banking, e-government. However, certificates can be stolen by hackers and users need to install separate software to use certificates. Recently FIDO, which aims to solve the problems of password-based authentication and the lack of interoperability between authentication methods, is used for biometric authentication and TrustZone, hardware-based secure environment, is used for safe smartphone usage. In this paper, the new service method is suggested which uses FIDO-based biometric authentication and stores certificates in TrustZone. This method can not only improve security and convenience but also be easily applied to the service because it uses built-in functionalities of new smartphones such as biometric sensors and TrustZone. It is expected that people can use certificates in a safe and convenient way with this method.
