Peer assessment is an educational valuation system that involves studying with a colleague and granting value to the progress made by the colleague. Although this method has many merits, there is also a drawback pertaining to calculating the mean of the scores that were granted to the levels of contribution. However, this has been improved upon by a diversified study. However, the concept of the chi-square test and p-value used in the preceding study is not easy individuals engaged in the industrial engineering field or education when using peer assessment. This study uses simple statistics like standard deviation, in addition to, investigating the availability of a suggested method as well as examples of utility and application. This study can contribute to increase the convenience of users through the use of convenience analysis and with this method.

Trace elements in air samples artificially loaded on filters with urban dust and the bulk material of urban dust as an environmental sample were determined non-destructively using instrumental neutron activation analysis. Standard reference material (Urban Dust, SRM 1648) of the National Institute of Standard and Technology was used for the analytical quality control. The relative error for 37 elements was less than 15% and the standard deviation was less than 10%. 29 elements in the urban dust and 21 elements in the loaded filter sample were determined respectively. To evaluate the proficiency and reliability of the measurement, data intercomparison was performed and 39 analytical laboratories participated in the analysis using different analytical methods; neutron activation analysis, particle induced X-ray emission analysis, X-ray fluorescence analysis and atomic absorption spectrometry. Z-scores were calculated using the standard deviation of the laboratorie's mean as target standard deviation, and a good result was obtained that the values fall between -1 and +1 except some elements.

지가변동율조사는 전국의 지가변동상황을 조사하여 국가 토지정책 수행을 위한 기초자료로 활용되고 있다. 새로운 표본설계는 지가변동율조사의 부차모집단인 전국 246개 시·군·구 내에서 각 토지의 용도지역 구분과 실제이용상황을 고려하여 층화하였다 또한 각 시 군· 구에서 평균지가지수의 상대표준오차를 일정하게 관리하였고, 각 용도지역별 최소표본수를 배정하여 발표되는 용도지역별 지가지수와 변동율의 신뢰성을 높였다.

본 연구는 1966년 이후 한국의 장수도 변화 현황을 분석한 것이다. 전국 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 단위 인구 통계 자료를 이용하여 65세 이상 인구에 대한 85세 이상 인구 비율을 구하고, 이것이 시간적ㆍ공간적으로 어떠한 변화의 특성을 나타내는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 1966년 이후 우리나라의 장수도 평균값은 지속적으로 상승해 왔음을 알 수 있다. 지역 간 표준편차는 1의 수준에서 비슷하게 나타나고 있다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among empowerment, awareness and performance on standard precautions and identify the factors that affect performance of standard precaution in the health care workers. The data were collected from 200 health care workers working in the general hospital located Y city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the awareness predict 49.0% (F=191.98, P<.001) in the performance of standard precaution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop awareness of the standard precaution strategy program for improving the performance of standard precautions in health care workers.

Scientific/technical data whose reliability is authorized have to include physical/chemical constants, authorized property value or authorized scientific statistical values so that the scientists in the same field use them continuously and repeatedly for their research. The data also have to be managed as Standard Reference Data that will be used in other area nationwide by analyzing, evaluating and authorizing the accuracy and reliability of the information with scientific methods. This study suggests a plan for establishing the National Center for Standard Reference Data as well as a necessity for managing the data produced in research process as a national Standard Reference Data. Also, a prototype of research information system for measurement standards is developed and described in detail for research information for measurement standard to be used as a reference data, then a plan to managing national reference data is suggested, in addition.

The data were collected from 168 nursing students who experienced clinical practice in the two colleges located Jeonnam. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the awareness predict 77.7% (F=579.84, p<.001) in the performance of standard precaution. Therefore, it is necessary to develop awareness of the standard precaution strategy program for improving the performance of standard precautions in nursing students experiencing clinical practice.

The propagation prediction model of the earth-space communication link used as an international standard was used to calculate and analyze the total losses on the communication path. The standard definition and scope of ITU-R Rec. were analyzed for each parameter(rain, scintillation, atmospheric gas, clouds) used to calculate the total loss. The total losses were calculated using the standard model for each parameter and the statistical data provided by ITU-R, and the results were analyzed using the validation examples data. The rain losses were calculated using long-term local rainfall attenuation statistics data measured in the region, and compared with the calculation results using a rainfall map in the ITU-R Recommendation. The data of Cheollian satellites for the L-Band and Ka-Band were used to calculate the rainfall attenuation. In the range of 0.01% to 0.1%, it was found to have a greater attenuation slope when using local data than attenuation by the model of ITU-R.

본 연구는 LCD 패널에서 시청모드별 사용자의 피로도 차이에 대한 연구이다 LCD 사용에 따른 사용자 피로도에 미치는 영향이 보고되고 있는 것을 감안하여 감성 공학적 방법을 이용하여 시청모드에 따른 사용자 피로도 차이를 분석하였다. 실험은 34명의 대학생을 두 그룹으로 나누어서 같은 동영상 조건에서 각각 영화모드와 표준모드를 60분간 시청하게 하였다. 시청 시의 피로도를 알아보기 위해 생리신호 반응(GSR, PPG, SKT), 눈 움직임(동공의 확대 축소속도, 눈 깜박임률) 및 주관적 피로도(긴장도, 쾌적도, 피로도)를 측정하였다. 그 결과 주관적인 평가와 생리 반응에서 영화모드가 표준모드보다 더 피로감을 유발시키는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 눈 움직임 반응에서는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다.

얼굴인식 기술은 접촉에 대한 거부감이나 불편함이 없이 친숙하고 편리하게 사용자를 식별하고 인식할 수 있으며, 부가적인 센서 장비가 필요없다는 측면에서 개인 인증 및 보안 시스템으로서의 활용성이 매우 높다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 장점들을 지닌 얼굴 인식 시스템의 구현 사례를 실시간 얼굴 검출 기술과 특징 추출 기술, 인식 기술로 구분하여 소개한다. 개발된 시스템은 얼굴 검출을 위해서 색상과 에지 성분을 이용하는 복합 알고리즘을 적응하여 실시간 얼굴 탐지를 가능하게 하였고, 추출된 사용자의 고유 얼굴 정보는 최신 인식 기법의 하나인 Support Vector Machine으로 분류, 인식된다. 또한 시스템의 성능을 테스트하고, 실용화 가능성을 모색하기 위하여 하드웨어 임베디드 시스템의 설계 및 구현과정과 조명 및 환경 변화에 따른 시스템의 성능 변화를 객관적으로 검증하기 위하여 다양한 변화 조건을 고려한 한국인 표준 얼굴 데이터베이스를 구축 과정을 소개한다.
