금융권을 중심으로 핀테크 산업이 날로 확장 일변도로 발전을 하고 있다. 핀테크 산업의 지속적인 성장을 위하여 여러 가지 기술적 대안이 고려되고 있다. 그중 기업의 가치를 높여주면서 이용자들의 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 환경을 만드는 것에 대하여 많은 고민을 하고 있다. 즉 데이터를 어떻게 활용하느냐에 관심이 모아지고 있는 것이다. 그러나 데이터를 무심코 사용하다 보면 개인정보보호법을 위배하는 사례가 되는 경우가 있다. 데이터와 서비스를 자유롭게, 그리고 이용자들이 원하는 형태로 가공을 하고, 더 나아가 기업의 가치를 높일 수 있는 생태계를 만드는 오픈 플랫폼의 기술동향과 표준의 방향을 살펴본다.

도서관 서비스 품질을 향상하기 위해서는 이용자의 요구를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하며 이를 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 속성을 분석하여야 한다. 그러나 많은 선행연구에서 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 선형관계로 접근함으로써 서비스 품질 속성을 구분하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스 품질에 대한 이원적 인식방법을 제시한 KANO의 3요인 이론을 적용하여 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 비선형관계로 접근하여 서비스 품질 속성을 분석함으로써 이용자 관점에서 도서관 서비스 품질을 이해하고 구체적인 개선안을 제시할 수 있는 방법론을 제언하고자 한다.

현재 데이터베이스업체들은 이용자들에게 과도한 정보를 요구하고 있으며, 개인정보보호지침을 준수하고 있지 않다는 지적을 받고 있다. 실제로 업계의 실태를 조사한 결과, 많은 업체들이 과도한 개인정보를 요구하고 있었으며, 대부분 개인정보보호정책을 마련해 놓고 있지 않았다. 업체들이 갖추어야하는 개인정보보호정책에는 개인정보 수집목적, 수집항목, 정보의 열람 및 정정, 어린이 개인정보 등에 관한 내용이 포함되어야 한다.

As the social environment changes, the public library's services for older persons need to be improved from a new perspective. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationships among user satisfaction of major services, overall service satisfaction, service quality components (i.e., service affection, information control, and library as place), and re-use intention according to demographic characteristics by evaluating the public library's services for older persons with applying LibQUAL+ and surveying the user satisfaction. This study proposed to provide appropriate information and service according to the changes of the elderly user environment, develop the library collection according to the diversified information needs by older users, and allocate personnel who could offer a service to older people.

The coronavirus infection-19 (hereinafter referred to as Corona 19) that occurred last year has not been ended until now. There have also been major changes in the library environment. This study focuses on changes in the library environment due to prolonged infectious diseases. In addition, it aims to derive implications for library services in the New Normal era by analyzing changes in user needs over time. For this purpose, we have comprehensively summarized the response activities of libraries due to the spread of Corona 19 in 2020, and analyzed changes in user needs that appeared on social media. Key terms were selected by collecting 496,741 tweets related to libraries in 2019 and 2020, and analysis by year and period by operation type was conducted. Through the analysis, the needs of library users in 2020 were classified into four issues, and the implications for each issue were derived.

This study deals with the user task that is the goal of development of RDA (Resource Description & Access), an international standard for future bibliographic description. RDA seeks to implement the user task based on FRBR-FRAD model. User task could be composed of two areas: (1) find, identify, select, and obtain of bibliographic resources in information seeking and (2) find, identify, clarify, and understand of entities related to resources (i.e., person, family, corporate, concept, etc.). This research analyzes how the resource is defined with entity, attributes, and relationship in RDA based on the conceptual model of FRBR-FRAD. And this finally shows the ways of supporting user task in RDA.

본 연구는 지식검색서비스의 특성과 성능 분석을 근거로 이용자의 정보요구와 이용행태 등 지식검색 서비스 이용과 관련된 제반사항을 조사 · 분석함으로써 이용자들의 요구를 보다 충족시킬 수 있는 지식검색서비스 방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이론적 연구와 실증적 이용연구에서 분석된 결과를 기초로 한 개선방안은 지식의 효과성과 검색서비스의 효율성을 강화시키는 요소를 중심으로 제시되었다. 지식 자체의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 답변의 전문성, 정확성, 주제의 특성 및 다양성을 향상시켜야 하고, 검색서비스의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 쌍방향성, 즉시성, 편리성의 측면을 강화시켜야 한다. 이에 대한 구체적 방안으로 답변자나 답변내용의 제한, 지식 자체의 가치결정, 커뮤니케이션 수단의 확대, 질문처리과정 확인 기능, 질문자나 답변자의 로그온 상태 표시, 지능형 검색방식의 확충 등을 제안한다.

This study intends to implement an OPAC prototype based on FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records) model, which are reflected the users' information needs and search behavior. To the end, this study applies prototyping techniques that design, evaluate and improve an early sample model. Included in this study are as follows: (1) design a conceptual model of new OPACs based on the users' information needs about FRBR-based search services, (2) implement a FRBR-based prototype with WordPress 4.2 version, (3) evaluate the FRBR-based prototype from the viewpoint of users and experts(catalogers and professors). 50 college students and 6 experts participate in the final evaluation process.

The objective of this research is to keep track of path travel time using methods of collecting traffic data. Users of traffic information are looking for extensive information on path travel time, which is referred to as the time taken for traveling from the origin to the destination. However, all the information available is the average path travel times, which is a simple sum of the average link travel times. The average path travel time services are not up to the expectation of traffic information consumers. To improve provide more accurate path travel time services, this research makes a number of different estimates of various path travel times on one path, assuming it will be under the same condition, and provides a range of estimates with their probabilities to the consumers, who are looking for detailed information. To estimate the distribution of the path travel times as a combination of link travel times. this research analyzes the relation between the link travel time and path travel time. Based on the result of the estimation. this research develops the algorithm that combines the distribution of link travel time and estimates the path travel time based on the link travel times. This algorithm was tested and proven to be highly reliable for estimating the path traffic time.

In this study, we investigated the information users' needs and information seeking behavior in the field of science and technology. We found that the science and technology researchers most frequently needed information while conducting the research & development related tasks and drafting research papers. The researchers attributed the main sources of research ideas to be the communication among colleagues and the literature review. The researchers's most preferred information sources were digital libraries, web search engines, and academic information portal. In conclusion, the science and technology researchers regarded the online use of electronic materials as the primary source of information. We hope that this investigation reported herein to be the foundation for developing user-centered information services for the science and technology discipline.
