Influence of the Natural Forest Service Quality on User's Satisfaction and Demand for Revisit - By Focusing on Five Natural Forest in Kyung-buk Province - (자연휴양림의 서비스 품질이 이용자 만족도 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 분석 - 경북지역 5개 자연휴양림을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this research is to practically figure out the relationship between Natural Forest service quality on user's satisfaction and demand to revisit. The results are as follows: First, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility, and cost as factors of the Natural Forest service quality. These are all influenced positively for visitor's satisfaction by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility> cost. Second, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility are all influenced positively on visitor's demand on revisit by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility. But the cost doesn't make an influence on revisiting. Third, the visitor's satisfaction made it as an influence on revisiting demand positively. These are the results for the research m service quality, user's satisfaction, facility, accessibility, and cost of the 5 Natural Forest over the Kyung-buk Province. We finally figured out the agent service quality is the most important factor to improve the quality of Natural Forest facility. We are sure about the improvement of the agent service quality which will make it successful.

  • This study is an empirical study on how factors such as social factor, entertainment factor on the Wechat social media platform affect users' flow and addiction to use. Researchers thought that despite the increasing addiction of social media Wechat users, existing social media research is limited to service quality and satisfaction, so research on user flow and addiction is necessary. Therefore, the researchers try to through empirical analysis, the WeChat use to addiction path to social factor (social interactivity, payable) and entertainment factor (entertainment, life relevance), examine how WeChat user experience affects the use intention and satisfaction, and determine its role in the user's WeChat addiction and flow, and tested. The results of this study are expected to provide a new theoretical basis for future research on addiction use of social media.

  • Service user satisfaction in the community service is also an important factor that leads to the improvement of the quality of the social service and the self - reliance of the service provider. The purpose of this paper is to examine the satisfaction factors affecting service continuity intentions in community service users, and provide direction and demand forecast information to improve user satisfaction and service satisfaction. In this study, the reliability test was conducted to check the reliability of each measurement tool and descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were conducted to identify the general characteristics of the study subjects. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of user satisfaction factors on service continuity. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that service user satisfaction in the community service is an important factor for improving the quality of social services and for the independence of service providers.

  • 본 연구는 상호작용성의 속성과 이용자에게 주어진 통제력에 따라 상호작용성을 4 가지 차원으로 나누고, 이것이 어떤 경로를 거쳐 이용자 만족에 이르는지를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 상호작용성을 최적화하는 킬러 콘텐츠로 e 러닝을 선정하고, 상호작용성에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 서비스, 콘텐츠, 미디어 품질을 도출 하였으며, 상호작용성과 이용자 만족을 매개하는 변인으로 사회적 현존감과 인지적 몰입을 포함하는 연구모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Determinants of the Users' Intention to Retain the Monthly Movie Subscription VOD in the Pay-TV:A Dual Model of Dedication-Based and Constraint-Based Mechanisms (유료방송 영화 VOD 월정액 서비스 이용자의 가입유지의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 자의기반과 구속기반 메커니즘의 이원적 모형을 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing to users' intention to retain monthly movie subscription VOD service in the Pay-TV. A dual model of a dedication-based mechanism and constraint-based mechanism used as the analytical framework for the service subscription retention. This study surveyed the total of 366 respondents who aged 15 years or older among the subscribers who use monthly movie subscription VOD service in Pay-TV from May 8 to May 14, 2018 through online surveys. And the study used SPSS 25 and AMOS 21 for data analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the price, the contents diversity and the ease of use were found to affect the user satisfaction. From three components, the price is the most effective and the ease of use is the next. Second, user satisfaction were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the dedication-based mechanism. Third, procedural switching cost were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the constraint-base mechanism.

Factors Affecting User Satisfaction of Mobile Social Network Games: Focusing on the Quality and Self-determination (모바일 소셜 네트워크 게임 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 요인: 품질과 자기결정성 요인을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate and identify what factors influence the satisfaction of the users for the fast-growing social network game based on the mobile. To this end, we looked around the variable product characteristic factor, quality and the consumer characteristic factor, user self-determination. Also we surveyed 211 male and female college students. The first finding was that all the sub-factors of the quality factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The second finding was that all the sub-factors of the self-determination factor had positive effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games. The third finding was that only the sub-factors of quality had positive relative effects on the satisfaction of the mobile social network games, in the order of playfulness, usability, functionality from the most to the least. The findings of this study are expected to offer meaningful and practical suggestions for the development of high quality game contents for the user convenience, as well as the academic significance, the expansion of game-related area of research through the break from the traditional research trends, technology and engineering point of view and from the PC-based online game.

  • This study analyzed the gap between users' perception and staff expectations on users' perceptions about dimensions of library service quality(library staff, service supports. materials and resources, and facilities and equipments), service value, user satisfaction, royalty. using newly developed model. Six hundred-fourteen users and one hundred staff members or the National Libra of Korea were participated in the survey using questionnaires. Users evaluated service quality lower but evaluated service value, satisfaction. and loyalty higher In terms of showing complaining behaviors, users were less than staffs expected. Model analysis for users and staff3 showed that service value and general satisfaction influenced on complaining behavior and loyalty. For users. only the dimension of library staff influenced significantly on the service value, satisfaction, complaining behavior, and loyalty. None of the other dimensions of the service qualify showed significant relationship to them in the case of staff expectation.

  • This study approaches the subject of satisfaction and persistent use intention based on presence based on virtual reality (VR). VR presence, user characteristic, and VR sickness, content satisfaction and system satisfaction, and continued use intention through this of 569 men and women commissioned by the survey agency were investigated. In the content of the study, the constituent factors of VR presence, an independent variable, were set as realism, immersion, and interaction. The user characteristics were set as the individual 's propensity to innovate, the degree of immersion, and the experience of using VR. VR Presence, User Characteristics, VR Sickness of Intention of Continuous Usage were set as research problems and models. Eight hypotheses were adopted in the analysis of the research problem applying the structural equation modeling (SEM) model. In conclusion, this study suggests that content satisfaction, which has the greatest influence on VR content satisfaction and persistent intention, is suggested.

Bikeway Vitalization Countermeasures Using Bikeway User Satisfaction Model (자전거도로 이용자 만족도 모형을 통한 자전거도로 활성화 대책)

  • There are many efforts for expanding bikeway plans and increasing bike utilization. In this study the authors try to find the primary factors that affect bike users' satisfaction under limited budgets. As satisfaction is a qualitative variable, the authors developed a bike user satisfaction model by using structural equation methods. The bikeways are distinguished between bike lanes on public roads and exclusive bikeways along the Han River, as the characteristics and attributes should be different. The model shows bikeways on public road have a user satisfaction equal to 0.248*(safety)+0.405(accessibility). Bikeways along the Han River have a user satisfaction equal to 0.437*(accessibility)+0.405*(economic feasibility). In both types, accessibility affects satisfaction. Safety in more important to users on public roads, while economic feasibility affects those on the Han River bikeways.
