As the social environment changes, the public library's services for older persons need to be improved from a new perspective. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationships among user satisfaction of major services, overall service satisfaction, service quality components (i.e., service affection, information control, and library as place), and re-use intention according to demographic characteristics by evaluating the public library's services for older persons with applying LibQUAL+ and surveying the user satisfaction. This study proposed to provide appropriate information and service according to the changes of the elderly user environment, develop the library collection according to the diversified information needs by older users, and allocate personnel who could offer a service to older people.

We propose a plan to reduce the operational risk of domestic cryptocurrency exchanges for protecting cryptocurrency exchange users and establishing a stable operating environment. For market participants using cryptocurrency exchanges, cryptocurrency exchange risk is greater than the price risk. In the cryptocurrency market, illegal transactions using the anonymity of cryptocurrency are occurring frequently. In addition, loss accidents due to cybercrimes and insider corruptions are continuing. And the resulting losses are passed on to the users of the exchange. In terms of operational risk, we analyze the current situation of domestic cryptocurrency exchanges and present the direction of development of each exchange platform to attract and protect users.

This paper aims at investigating voluntary user participation such as user citizenship behavior and aberrant user behavior in the SNS context. Also it examines on how user participation behavior affects social connectedness, privacy concern, and user satisfaction. The empirical assessment of the research model was conducted using a total of 143 responses. The findings show that user citizenship behavior impacts on social connectedness positively and significantly whereas aberrant user behavior does not influence on social connectedness. Aberrant user behavior is proven not to be related to social connectedness, and to has positive relationship with concern for privacy invasion. Also, the results show that privacy concern is not associated with social connectedness. Finally, social connectedness is shown to be a key determinant of SNS user satisfaction whereas privacy concern is not related to user satisfaction.

게임에서의 텍스트를 추출하고 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 기본적으로 그레마스의 구조생성기호학을 활용하여 텍스트를 분석하고자 하였는데, 연구방법론에서는 현상학, 해석에서는 정신분석학의 이론에서도 도움을 받았다. 구체적인 분석대상으로는 온라인게임인 스타크래프트, 리니지, 스페셜포스를 선택하였다. 연구문제는 이들 세 게임의 의미생성방식에 대한 탐구로 구성되었다. 각 게임의 의미생성방식은 구조생성기호학의 세 가지 층위에서 구분되어 연구되었다. 즉, 심층구조, 기호-설화구조, 담화구조의 세층위로 전환, 발화되면서 점진적으로 의미가 풍성해지는 과정이 탐구되었다. 각 게임의 차이, 나아가 게임 장르간의 차이는 주로 심층 수준의 차이에서 기인한다고 보인다. 이들 게임의 주요 공통점이자, 다른 매체와의 차이점은 행동자 모델에서 두드러지는데, 바로 이용자가 스스로 주체의 위치를 점하게 되는 것이다. 상호작용성으로 대변되는 게임의 특성은 이용자의 텍스트로의 적극적인 개입을 할 수 있게끔 한다. 이러한 적극적인 개입은 이용자가 스스로 텍스트의 주체가 되도록 허용하는데, 주체가 된다고 함은 곧 스스로의 욕망을 직접 대상에 투사하면서 텍스트를 창출함을 의미한다. 바로 이러한 점이 게임의 의미생성방식의 큰 특징이며 다른 매체들과의 주요한 차이점이기도 하다. 더불어 게임이 우리 문화와 사회에 커다란 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기제임이 입증되는 것이기도 하다.

Study on users which was done centering information approach, acquisition and interoperability between users and information systems need to be studied in the perspective of information behavior including information acquisition and sharing behavior in the changing information environment. In order to analyze users' information acquisition and sharing behavior's demands, motives and processes in libraries and internet environments, integrated approach of both qualitative and quantitative study were tried by applying Wilson's information behavior concept. Plans for the improvement of information services were suggested on the basis of integrative analysis.

In this conjoint analysis, the objectives of the research are to derive structural part-worth level estimations by the conjoint factors and individual levels from the university library functional factors. The major findings of this study are; (1) The level of temperature of the library is statistically the most important one for the research samples, and (2) Facility factors and its levels as well as operation factors and its levels are statistically shown as less important variables.

최근 무선인터넷 기술 및 기법의 발전에 힘입어 다수의 기업들이 대표적 마케팅 도구로서 모바일 광고(mobile advertising)의 활용방안을 모색하는데 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 향후 국내외에서 모바일 광고의 효과성을 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국에 거주하고 있는 무선인터넷 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써, 무선인터넷 이용자의 인구통계적 특성(성별, 연령)과 무선인터넷 이용 특성(이용기기, 이용빈도)에 따라 모바일 광고가 갖추어야 하는 바람직한 특성(개인화, 편리성, 오락성, 경제성, 신뢰성, 유용성)에 대한 인식도가 달라지는가를 파악하고자 한다. 또한, 이러한 무선인터넷 이용자의 인구통계적 특성 및 무선인터넷 이용 특성과 모바일 광고의 특성간의 관련성이 설문응답자의 국적(한국, 중국)에 따라 달라지는가를 파악하고자 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 관점에서 연구설계, 즉 연구모형, 연구가설, 연구변수의 조작화, 연구의 기대효과 등의 내용을 제시하는데 초점을 둔다.

This study analyzed the contents of Goodreads review data, which is a social cataloging service with the participation of book users around the world, to identify the preference factors that affect book users' book recommendations in the library information service environment. To understand user preferences from a more detailed point of view, sub-datasets for each rating group, each book, and each user were constructed in the sample selection process. Stratified sampling was also performed based on the result of topic modeling of review text data to include various topics. As a result, a total of 90 preference factors belonging to 7 categories('Content', 'Character', 'Writing', 'Reading', 'Author', 'Story', 'Form') were identified. Also, the general preference factors revealed according to the ratings, as well as the patterns of preference factors revealed in books and users with clear likes and dislikes were identified. The results of this study are expected to contribute to more sophisticated recommendations in future recommendation systems by identifying specific aspects of user preference factors.

This study aims to understand the experiences of rights-based social work practice in a residential facility for people with intellectual disabilities. A representative residential facility practicing a human rights perspective was selected by recommendation of professional groups. Using a qualitative case study method, data was collected and analysed. In detail, it explores the experiences of rights-based social work practice at both organizational and individual levels respectively, and then discusses ethical dilemmas that arise from workers in the process of rights-based social work practice. According to results at the organizational level, rights-based social work practice of the residential facility began from workers' interests in needs of users with intellectual disabilities. Some trials to apply human rights in social work practice resulted in regulations for people with intellectual disabilities and stepped up organizational culture on human rights perspectives. And, at the individual level, self determination and choice of users with intellectual disabilities were stressed among various forms of human rights. As the results of rights-based social work practice, it appeared to be improved for the participation of the users, workers' human rights sensitivity, and qualities of rights-based activities. However, ethical dilemmas still existed. Hence, rights-based social work practice should understand a process of dynamic interaction between users and workers, which require workers to endeavor continuously. This study is significant in that it explored rights-based social work practice, focusing on field experiences for the first time in Korea, and suggested practical tasks to settle it down in the future.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the components of users' shared value expectation(SVE) on lifelong education through convergent approaches. After reviewing primary data and collecting secondary data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, the components of users' SVE on lifelong education were categorized into 10 perspectives, 27 measured variables, and 81 questions. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, the latent measurement model was confirmed as reasonable. Internal reliability, construct convergent discriminant validity were also confirmed as reasonable. In a viewpoint that builds interdisciplinary theory, this research may help grasp users' SVE on lifelong education with interdisciplinary approaches. In a strategic viewpoint, this study may contribute to both understanding categorized users' value expectation and planning/executing suitable programs that can meet the expectations. In a managerial viewpoint, this result may help measure the effectiveness of SVE on lifelong education quantitatively.
