TAM과 유비쿼터스홈서비스 수용 영향요인

  • 본 논문은 디지털홈서비스의 실제 이용자들에 대한 실증분석을 통해 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 밝히기 위한 연구이다. 디지털홈서비스의 특성에 맞게 기술수용모형 (TAM) 을 확장. 수정된 연구모형을 개발, 가설을 설정하여 분석하였다. 외부변수로 이용자의 특성을 채택하였으며, 디지털홈서비스가 가정 내 기술임을 고려하여 신념변수로 ‘지각된 이용용이성’과 ‘지각된 즐거움’ 외에 ‘지각된 편의성’, ‘지각된 안전성’, ‘지각된 삶의 질 향상’이라는 변수를 추가하였고 종속변수로는 ‘이용행동’을 설정하였다. 205명의 실제 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 중 201개의 유효표본을 분석하였고, 신뢰성과 타당성 모두 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. AMOS 4를 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 24개의 가설검증 결과, 13개의 가설이 채택되었다. 이용자 개인의 특성 중 경험과 교육훈련은 지각된 이용용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 혁신성은 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안전성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 이용용이성이 다른 신념변수인 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안정성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 종속변수인 이용행동에는 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 편의성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 지각된 이용용이성과 지각된 안전성은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 가정에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있다는 것만으로는 적극적인 이용 행동을 기대할 수 없으며, 즐거움 및 실용적인 효익들의 제공 및 이를 위한 다양한 컨텐츠와 프로그램 개발 등이 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.수십억원의 추가적인 이익을 실현할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 알고리즘을 확장 적용할 경우 PBUC 문제 해결을 위한 새로운 해법으로도 그 효용성이 클 것으로 예상된다.자료이기 때문에 통계적 활용의 범위가 방대하다. 특히 개인, 가구, 사업체 등 사회 활동의 주체들이 어떻게 변화하는지를 추적할 수 있는 자료를 생산함으로써 다양한 인과적 통계분석을 할 수 있다. 행정자료를 활용한 인구센서스의 이러한 특징은 국가의 교육정책, 노동정책, 복지정책 등 다양한 정책을 정확한 자료를 근거로 수립할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다(Gaasemyr, 1999). 이와 더불어 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스는 비용이 적게 드는 장점이 있다. 예를 들어 덴마크나 핀란드에서는 조사로 자료를 생산하던 때의 1/20 정도 비용으로 행정자료로 인구센서스의 모든 자료를 생산하고 있다. 특히, 최근 모든 행정자료들이 정보통신기술에 의해 데이터베이스 형태로 바뀌고, 인터넷을 근간으로 한 컴퓨터네트워크가 발달함에 따라 각 부처별로 행정을 위해 축적한 자료를 정보통신기술로 연계${cdot}$통합하면 막대한 조사비용을 들이지 않더라도 인구센서스자료를 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있는 근간이 마련되었다. 이렇듯 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스가 많은 장점을 가졌지만, 그렇다고 모든 국가가 당장 행정자료로 인구센서스를 대체할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 행정자료로 인구센서스통계를 생산하기 위해서는 각 행정부서별로 사용하는 행정자료들을 연계${cdot}$통합할 수 있도록 국가사회전반에 걸쳐 행정 체제가 갖추어져야 하기 때문이다. 특히 모든 국민 개개인에 관한 기본정보, 개인들이 거주하며

The Impacts of Acceptance Decision Factors of Tour Social Network Service on Continuous Use Intention from the Viewpoint of User Participation : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Perceived Value and Satisfaction (이용자 참여관점에서의 관광 쇼셜 네트워크 서비스의 수용결정요인이 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 지각된 가치와 만족을 매개로 하여)

  • This study is aimed at understanding the factors behind deciding to accept a social network service (SNS) from the viewpoint of tourists who are users of tourism SNS. The study also seeks to clarify the effects these deduced factors have on the intention of users to continuously use SNS. To this end, individual properties (such as self-efficacy, socio-cultural effects, social presence and people's innovativeness), systematic properties (like system quality and information quality)and usefulness/availability were used as factors with regard to the decision to accept tourism SNS based on previous studies and efforts were made to structurally clarify the effects of such previous factors on people's intention to continuously use SNS through perceived value and satisfaction. SNS had significant effects on satisfaction and, furthermore, significantly affected tourists' intention to continuously use it. Based on such study results, factors behind deciding to accept SNS from the viewpoint of tourists affected customers' perceived value and satisfaction and ultimately affected their intention to continuously use SNS. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on about 250 Busan residents who had used SNS in relation to tourist activities, such as exhibitions, conventions, accommodation, trips, aviation service and transportation. According to an empirical study, factors behind deciding to accept tourism SNS, including individual properties, systematic properties and usefulness/availability had statistically significant effects on perceived value. The usefulness/availability factor had the largest influence, in particular, followed by the systematic factor and individual factor. The value perceived in the process of using tourism SNS had significant effects on satisfaction and, furthermore, significantly affected tourists' intention to continuously use it. Based on such study results, factors behind deciding to accept SNS from the viewpoint of tourists affected customers' perceived value and satisfaction and ultimately affected their intention to continuously use SNS.

The Effects of Live Commerce's IT Affordance on Interactivity, Immersion, and Purchase Intention (라이브 커머스의 IT 어포던스가 상호작용성과 몰입감, 구매 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Live streaming is becoming increasingly popular as it is distributed through various platforms around the world. In particular, after the outbreak of the COVID-19, it has shown unprecedented growth in the domestic e-commerce sector. Building a theoretical model from the perspective of IT affordance, this study aims to examine how live streaming affordance influences users' purchase intentions through perceived interactivity and immersion. An online survey was conducted among South Koreans who had experience using live streaming commerce. Our results show that IT affordance, such as visibility, metavoicing, guidance shopping, had positive effects on purchase intentions through the serial mediation effects of perceived interactivity and immersion. Our study highlights the importance of understanding theoretical and practical implications of IT affordance for live streaming commerce.

경량전철계획시 고려되어야 할 특성들

  • 우리 나라에서 사용되고 있는 경량전철의 의미는 특정 대중교통수단을 지칭하기보다는 좀 더 폭넓은 의미로서 기존 지하철 또는 전철과 같이 대용량보다는 적으나, 도시버스나 직행버스와 같이 기존의 우리 나라에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 교통수단보다 용량이 큰 대중교통수단을 의미한다. 본 글에서는 각종 경량전철시스템들의 국내 적용 시 고려되어야 할 측면들을 분석한다. 수송용량, 비용, 운영, 시설, 이용자 측면에서 경량전철의 국내 적용가능성을 검토해 보고 현재 우리 나라에서 추진되고 있는 경량전철계획중 주요 문제점과 대처방안을 논한다. 현재 정부의 재원조달방안으로는 경량전철사업의 추진은 매우 어려울 것으로 보인다. 이들 타개하기 위해서는 먼저 중앙정부의 과감한 보조가 선행되어야 한다. 선진국과 같이 초기투자비에서 자기자본비율을 줄일 수 있도록 중앙정부와 해당지방자치단체에서 총 공사비의 최소 50% 이상을 지원하여야 한다. 외국에서의 운영사례와 시스템 평가경험에서 보더라도 기존 이국에서 운행되고 있는 대부분의 경량전철시스템들이 국내에서 요구하는 수송용량 등의 기본 요구사항을 만족할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 시스템의 선정은 시스템의 가격, 유지보수시의 국내기술적용 정도 및 국산화 등 협상시의 계약조건이 시스템이 결정에 중요한 요인이 될 것으로 보인다.

Virtual Space에 관한 사용자 수용 연구

  • 본 연구는 Virtual Space의 수용에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하는 연구이다. 이 연구는 정보기술수용 모형의 확장모형인 TAM2(Venkatesh & Davis, 2000)를 적용하여 연구하였으며, 실제 Virtual Space를 사용한 경험이 있는 사용자를 대상으로 설문하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 TAM2 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과 정보기술 수용에 대한 대상이 조직 내부의 이용자로 연구했던 TAM2와 다르게 외부변수 중 직무관련성과 결과 품질에 대한 변수가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 주관적 규범, 이미지, 결과 논증가능성 등은 유용성에 정의 영향을 주었으며, 특히 외부 변수 중 주관적 규범은 매우 큰 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타나 새로운 정보기술의 수용에 있어 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 결론에서 제시하였다.

Unraveling the relationship between the dimensions of user experience and user satisfaction in metaverse: A Mixed-methods Approach (메타버스 이용자 경험요인이 만족도에 미치는 영향: 텍스트 마이닝과 계량 분석 혼합방법론)

  • Purpose This study aims to identify user experience factors that can enhance both metaverse utilization and satisfaction based on the honeycomb model. For this we presented two research questions: first, what are the experience factors of metaverse users? Second, do metaverse user experience factors impact satisfaction? Design/methodology/approach To address these questions, a mixed-methodology approach is employed, including text mining techniques to analyze online reviews and quantitative econometric analysis to reveal the relationship between user experience factors and satisfaction. A total of 69,880 reviews and ratings data were collected. Findings The analysis revealed eight metaverse user experience factors: entertainment, operability, virtual reality, immersion, economic activity, visual performance, avatar, and sociality, all of which were found to have a positive impact on user satisfaction.

Factors Associated with Smoking Differences of Korean Adolescents with Smoking Experience : 11th(2015) Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (우리나라 흡연경험이 있는 청소년의 흡연유형 관련요인 : 제11차 청소년건강행태온라인조사)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors related to smoking and smoking differences among adolescents who have experienced smoking using data from the 11th (2015) Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. The data used in this study were from 5,347 middle and high school students who had cigarette smoking and electronic cigarette smoking experience among 68,043 respondents to the 11th (2015) Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey. The data were evaluated by frequency analysis, the ${\chi}^2$ test and logistic regression analysis using weighted composite sample analysis. Overall 20% of the total smoking adolescents were dual users and 85.6% of the users of electronic cigarettes used nicotine. The results from multinomial regressions show that: male students (OR 1.63; 95% CI 1.15-2.31), living in the metropolitan area (OR 1.76; 95% CI 1.32-2.33), an average consumption of fast food of once or twice a day (OR 2.48; 95% CI 1.33-4.64), first started smoking during high school (OR 0.76; 95% CI 0.58-0.98), having experience with passive smoking (OR 1.24; 95% CI 1.07-1.44), experience drinking alcohol (OR 2.03; 95% CI 1.65-2.48) and those with higher weekly allowances were more likely to be at risk than dual users. This study provides basic data regarding the dual use of electronic cigarettes and cigarettes by adolescents. The results presented herein will facilitate development of a smoking cessation program and policy.

Rhetorical Analysis of News Editorials on 'Screen Quota' Arguments: An Application of Toulmin's Argumentation Model (언론의 개방담론 논증구조 분석: 스크린쿼터제 관련 의견보도에 대한 Toulmin의 논증모델과 Stock Issue의 적용)

  • Whether to reduce the current 'screen quota' for domestic films in conjunction with the FTA discussions between Korea and the United States is one of the hotly debated issues in Korea. Using Toulmin's Argumentation Model, this study attempts to trace the use of data and warrants for each pro and con claims as portrayed in newspaper editorial columns and to find its rhetorical significance. A total of 67 editorial columns were collected from 9 nationwide news dailies in Korea for the purpose. The rhetorical analysis of those articles showed that the major warrants used in each pro and con opinion were absent of the potential issues of the opponents, which inherently fails to invite rebuttals from the opposite sides. This conceptual wall in each argumentation models implies an inactive conversation and subsequent absence of clash between the pro and con argumentation fields. It is thus suggested for opinion writers to find more adequate evidences to support the data and warrants to hold persuasive power of their respective claims, ultimately to enhance the public discourse among citizens.

  • Today, Mobile Instant Message (MIM) has become a communication means which is commonly used by many people as the technology on smart phones has been enhanced. Among the services, KakaoGame creates much profits continuously by using its representative Kakao platform. However, even though the number of users of KakaoGame increases and the characteristics of the users are more diversified, there are few researches on the relationship between the characteristics of the SNG users and the continuous use of the game. Since the social capital that is formed by the SNG users with the acquaintances create the sense of belonging, its role is being emphasized under the environment of social network. In addition, game user's concerns about the information privacy may decrease the trust on a game APP, and it also caused to threaten about the game system. Therefore, this study was designed to examine the structural relationships among SNG users' social capital, concerns about the information privacy, flow, SNG reuse intention and recommendation intention. The results from this study are as follow. First of all, the participants' bridging social capital had a positive effect on the flow of an SNG, but the bonding social capital had a negative effect on the flow of an SNG. In addition, awareness of information privacy concern had a negative effects on the flow of an SNG, but control of information privacy concern had a positive effect on the flow of an SNG. Lastly, the flow of an SNG had a positive effect on the reuse intention and recommendation intention of an SNG. Also, reuse intention of an SNG had a positive effect on the recommendation intention. Based on the results from this study, academic and practical implications can be drawn. First, This study focused on KakaoTalk which has both of the closed and open characteristics of an SNS and it was found that the SNG user's social capital might be a factor influencing each user's behaviors through the user's flow experiences in SNG. Second, this study extends the scope of prior researches by empirically analysing the relationship between the concerns about the SNG user's information privacy and flow of an SNG. Finally, the results of this research can provide practical guidelines to develop effective marketing strategies considering them for SNG companies.

Research on impulse purchase of live e-commerce platform users based on ELM model in China

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors and mechanism of the characteristics of the live broadcast e-commerce platform and the characteristics of the host on the impulse purchase intention of live broadcast viewers. Based on the ELM model, this study complements existing research content. This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey and conducts empirical analysis using SPSS, AMOS, Mplus and other analysis software for online live broadcast users. The results show that the characteristics of live broadcast platforms have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; the personal characteristics of anchors have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; consumers' flow experience and satisfaction have a positive impact on impulse Purchase intention has a positive impact, and flow experience and satisfaction have a mediating effect on the characteristics of the live broadcast platform and the personal characteristics of the host.
