요즘 인터넷을 이용한 무료 전화가 각광을 받고 있고, 이와 같은 무료 인터넷폰 서비스를 실현 가능하게 한 것이 바로 VoIP 기술이다. 예전에는 웹에서 웹으로의 통화 방식만을 지원했으나, 지금은 일반전화로의 통화뿐만 아니라 지능망 서비스, 이동 전화 통화까지 지원하는 등 VoIP를 이용한 음성 통화가 제공하는 서비스의 폭이 커지고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 인터넷폰 서비스 제공을 위한 인터넷과 공중전화망의 연동 개념을 확립하고 해당 통신망 연동에 있어서의 기술 요구 조건을 도출함으로써, 인터넷폰 서비스 이용자의 보호를 위한 적정 수준의 서비스 품질 확보 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

전자 우편 시스템은 컴퓨터와 네트워크를 이용하는 이용자들이 가장 빈번히 사용하고 있는 서비스 중의 하나로서 그 이용률은 매년 급증하고 있으며 이와 더불어 교류되는 정보에 대한 보호 및 안전성에 대한 요구도 제기되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 전자 우편 시스템에 보호 서비스를 제공하기 위한 여러 제안된 방식들중에 X.400 MHS과 Internet의 PEM(Privacy Enhanced Mail),미국의 SDNS MSP(Message Secure Protocol)에 관하여 각각의 보호 서비스 제공 방식과 보호 서비스의 유형, 범위, 특성들을 논의하며 이들 접근 방식간의 관련성과 차이점들을 분석하고자 한다.

The user satisfaction and needs of an academic library were caught through a questionnaire survey in this study. The aim of this study is to draw up the CRM based plan for meeting user needs on the study. The users' demographic information, library resources & their use, homepage, services, and facilities/environment of the library were categorized in the questionnaire and analyzed for this study. The major conclusions of this study are: (1) The library resources use was the highest, and its facilities/environment was the lowest in the user satisfaction study. It also revealed that there are much necessities for the quick acquisition and dissemination of the requested material to the library users, and for the inter-library loan (ILL) services among campuses for the subscription books in the library resources use study, too; (2) There are a lot of necessities for the improvement of OPAC retrieval and the subscription books system, and menu rearrangement in the library homepage; (3) There are a lot of necessities for the plans of more frequent library event, more detailed event guidance, and more reinforcement of public relations such as SMS, push services of SDI etc. in the library user services; and (4) There are a lot of necessities for the improved policies to the complaints of library users such as the lack of common study place and lockers, air conditioning and heating problem, complaints about facilities management of restroom (lack of toilet paper), library accessibility on campus, unauthorized user management etc. in the facilities/environment of the library.

Interest in smart parks has been increasing due to the recent rapid rise of smart cities, but concerns are growing over the development of technology-oriented smart parks. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative importance of park services through Focus Group Interviews and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to develop user-oriented smart parks in the future. To this end, literature on park functions and services was reviewed, and interviews with experts in the field of landscape architecture and IT were conducted to derive service items. The AHP model consisted of four values, and 15 park services were established and used to survey 38 landscape experts. As a result, services for improving the park's essential functions, such as contact with nature, relaxation, and exercise-walking, were deemed important. Services related to the environment and safety in response to climate change, such as the amelioration of pollution and heatwaves were also high. The importance of social integration services was relatively low, but it was considered an important service to when enhancing community participation. Future smart parks should enhance the health benefits of contact with nature rather than implementing excessive artificial facilities and technology. Additionally, smart technology will need to be applied based on users' needs while reflecting local characteristics. Efforts should be made to enhance user intimacy and improve the understanding of smart parks by strengthening public relations education.

해상교통관제서비스는 그 수요자인 항해자들의 요구사항을 만족시키는 것이 최우선 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 인청항 VTS를 이용하는 선박들을 대상으로 관제서비스 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과를 중점적으로 분석하였다. 우선 선박통항량과 항행안전정보 제공의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 그 중 유용한 정보에 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보았다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 선박 통항량 폭주 시 효율적인 관제서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 관제사의 탄력적 배치 및 고객의 요구에 부응하는 맞춤형 관제정보제공 체제를 구축하여야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Libraries are founded to ensure the intellectual freedom of citizens, and citizens have the right to confidentiality regarding their needs, information access, and information use. Protecting users' privacy is critical to safeguarding their freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and freedom of assembly. Libraries and librarians should seriously concern themselves with their users' privacy because protecting this privacy is part of their most important mission, and, in doing so, users can truly enjoy their intellectual freedom. This study extensively investigated and analyzed the possibility of privacy invasion that may occur in libraries. As a result, cases of potential invasion of privacy in libraries were summarized in the following three categories: violations occurring in the process of national or law agencies' enforcement operations; violations occurring in the process of routine library services such as circulation, reference, online searching etc.; and violations occurring by outsourcing library services.

For the improvement of information service, users' transaction log can be stored to the system, and the log analysis should be included in the process of service improvement. Also there are differences within kinds of users' log records and methods of analysis according to the institution's strategy. This paper describes the kinds of log records from users' behavior on information system. And its goal is to consider the case of information center which operates log analysis, and to derive a plan for improvement of information services.

In this study, as a preliminary research to effectively support data-driven R&D of researchers, we analyzed the academic information and data requirements for researchers to discover new types of academic information and datasets, and to propose directions for academic information services. To achieve the research objectives, we conducted an exploratory case study involving five researchers and administered an online survey among ScienceON users to glean insights into data-driven R&D behaviors and information/data requirements. As a result, researchers relatively referred to academic papers, datasets and software information from academic papers or conference materials. Moreover, the methods and pathways for acquiring data, as well as the types of data, varied across different subject areas. Researchers often faced challenges in data-driven R&D due to difficulties in locating and accessing necessary datasets or software such as learning models. Therefore it has been analyzed that for future support of data-driven R&D, there is a need to systematically construct datasets by subject. Additionally, it is considered necessary to extract and summarize dataset and related software information in conjunction with academic papers.

This study was performed in order to derive components that librarians think preferentially necessary and realistically important when applying the NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty' to the library working environments. It was possible by evaluating and analyzing the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. First, ability units of 'User Information Services', 'Reading and Culture Programs' were higher in importance and utilization at the same time. Ability units of 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform', 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation' were lower in importance and utilization when we evaluate the importance and utilization of ability unit and its element which are the components of NCS 'Library and Information Administration's duty'. Second, components of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Service', 'Library and Information Collection' were higher in the order, and components of 'Library and Information Curation', 'Library and Information System Operation', 'Library and Information Practical Research Perform' were found lower in demands as the desirable level and the current level appear less common when we analyzed the demands on the duty components utilizing Borich requirements analysis model. Third, six ability units of 'Reading and Culture Programs', 'User Information Services', 'Library and Information Collection', 'Library and Information Services Marketing', 'Library and Information Preservation', 'Library and Information Use Analysis' were derived as priority components when we analyzed the priority of the duty component (ability unit) utilizing The Locus for Focus model.

The present study aims to evaluate the self-determined motivational features of smartphone addiction management apps. This study analyzed whether smartphone addiction management apps have features to support adolescent users' basic needs, that is, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. 26 apps were analyzed. Among them, 8 apps were parental management apps installed on a parent's phone and a child's phone, and 18 apps were self-management apps installed on a child's phone. According to a content analysis, only 3 of 26 apps addressed all three basic needs. Overall, the functions to support users' competence and relatedness were rarely found. Particularly, parental management apps had a high level of controlingness. The results suggest that the addiction management apps have limitations in stimulating adolescent users' self-determined motivation to manage their phone use.
