바이오와 나노 분야의 비파괴검사는 nm 급의 공간분해능을 요구한다. 바이오와 나노 물질의 내부구조의 비파괴 분석을 위한 공간분해능을 nm급으로 향상시키는Soft X-ray현미경 및 초음파현미경에 대한 기술을 소개한다. 세포생물(Biology)의 단백질구조분석, 수문학(Hydrology)연구, 나노입자거동 등의 연구를 위해서 중성자현미경기술개발 및 현황을 소개하고자 한다. 초음파현미경, Soft X-ray현미경 및 중성자현미경에 대하여 Hybrid 이용자 지원 체계를 구축하여 나노 및 Bio 물질 내부구조 분석기술을 확립하여 지원하고자 한다.

This study analyzed library awareness and anxiety among people in their 20s living in East Asia. The objective is to develop the international library cooperation agenda for life-long education proliferation. User groups in Korea, China, and Japan were investigated to understand the differences in library awareness based on the situational contexts such as preferred resources, use frequency, educational level, and gender. Results of the data analysis showed the correlation between library anxiety and use patterns such as preferred information sources and frequency of use. Specifically, the user group in China has the highest level of library anxiety with every factor. Also, the Korean user group was measured to have the lowest level of library anxiety in terms of digital information factor. Based on these results, the study presents several recommendations for resolving library anxiety such as embracing new information need with regard to environmental change and suggesting a new space policy for libraries.

Big data refers to dataset whose size is beyond the ability of typical database software tools to capture, store, manage, and analyze. And now it is considered to create the new opportunity in every industry. The purpose of this study is to develop of big data services in public library for improved library services. To this end, analysed the type of library big data and needs of stockholders through the various methods such as deep interview, focus group interview, questionnaire. At first step, we defined the 16 big data service models from interview with librarians, and LIS professions. Second step, it was considered necessity, timeliness, possibility of development. We developed the final two services called on 'Decision Support Services for Public Librarians' and 'Book Recommendation Services for Users.'

This research analyzed and compared the public library satisfaction level between South Korea and USA public library user. This research looked at the public library user's nominal complains to the library from various countries and analyzed the impact variance of customer satisfaction level by using four key factors(faculty, facility, online service, books). The results were, first, overall customer satisfaction level of USA average(m=3.91) was higher then South Korea average(m=3.08) with a difference of m=0.83. Second, in the outcome of the survey conducted in South Korea, all four key factors were strongly related to customer satisfaction level, whereas the survey conducted in the USA, only two key factors showed relation to the customer satisfaction level which were facility and online service. Lastly, In the survey conducted in South Korea, out of the four key factors, Faculty(${\beta}$=.838) and online service(${\beta}$=.496) were the only two key factors that influenced the customer satisfaction level. In the survey conducted in the USA, Facility(${\beta}$=.441) and online service(${\beta}$=.471) were the two key factors that influenced customer satisfaction level. Therefore, South Korea should invest in increasing online service and educating faculty service as well as managing more intensively in software type field policies.

인터넷의 활용과 컴퓨터 기술환경의 새로운 패러다임 변화는 디지털도서관의 등장을 가져오게 하였으며, 동시에 이미 온라인 서비스를 실시해오던 여러 분야의 정보센터들로 하여금 어떠한 유형의 데이터도 저장, 관리, 제공하며 정보라는 상품을 생산해 내는 정보시장(Information Marketplace)의 역할 자로서 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 1980년대부터 진행되어온 도서관 서지자료의 Database화 작업과 병행하여 도서관 이용자에게 보다 광범위하고 효용성 있는 정보를 제공하기 위한 디지털도서관의 이론적 배경에 대하여 기술하고, 디지털도서관의 주요 소장정보인 원문이미지정보의 처리기술에 대한 이론을 정리하며, 현재국내에서 추진중인 원문이미지정보시스템의 분석을 통하여 향후 디지털도서관 구축시 비교분석 모델을 제시해보고자 한다.

It is the analyses of replies showed n the questionnaire consisted of four kinds of matters to see level of knowledge among SELIS (SEoul Women's University Library and Information System) OPAC users of keyword/boolean search. The result of this analyses is : in SELIS search, users who prefer keyword search than any other, who satisfy work of retrieval by means of boolean operator, and who think it easier, show lusher level of knowledge than those who deny it in the questionnaire. Knowledges Presented in the survey are ; characteristics of keyword search, single or double keys, using boolean operator in keyword, knowledge of index, knowledge of stop list, uncontrolled term. keyword search technique, right truncation, correct application of boolean logic operator, and selecting major subject in keyword browsing. The above mentioned knowledges will work as important factors n keyword/boolean search, OPAC. For successful search it requires conceptional knowledge of information retrieval processing, or inquiry word transformation how to search required information, and semantic ability to get result questioned In the given system, when and how to apply the characteristics of the system, and scientific record for user's inquiry, or fundamental computer technology and syntax knowledge to make search word in detail. But so far now important knowledge considered as user's online index search, has been emphasized on knowledge of scientific record, and has been lag of semantic and conceptional knowledge. So, it is recommendable for online index user to train to concentrate semantic knowledge, syntax ability, and conceptional knowledge, rather than scientific technique too much.

The User-Oriented Public Transit Service provide public transit service through media devices, such as mobile, BIT and In-vehicle display devices, which considered user's individual characteristics and specific preference anytime and anywhere. The objective of this study is to develop and improve the services in the three media devices. This study applied user-satisfaction analysis in evaluating the service in Busan, analyze factor affecting the level of service user's satisfaction, and draw remedies based on the analysis results. The user's satisfaction average values in each media are 3.29 mobile, 3.62 BIT, and 4.05 In-vehicle display devices. Overall satisfaction average value 3.54 on the service showed a positive reaction from the survey participants. The important factor affected on general satisfaction of the User-Oriented Public Transit Service is "In-vehicle display devices" scored .632 (standardized coefficient) by categorical regression analysis. But users prefer to further improve the service environment rather than to add service information because they are already contented with the information they are getting. Furthermore, this study suggested ways of improving the User-Oriented Public Transit Service based on the satisfaction analysis results from the user's perspective.

University libraries need to reborn as central space of the academic activities of university at the 21st century knowledge-based society. This study conducted case study on P University libraries and explored the directivity of spatial composition to actively respond to needs of customers. To do this study, we examined the related papers in and out of Korea, visited major academic libraries in Korea and compared the cases. And we did a survey targeting the customers of P university libraries. The result of survey confirmed that the needs of customers almost correspond to the directivity of spatial composition which we found at the cases for this study. The result of this study can be some references for Korean university libraries to improve their space and do user-oriented library marketing.

우리나라의 주요 무역항을 입${\cdot}$출항하는 선박의 증가, 대형화${\cdot}$고속화 및 새로운 항만의 건설 등은 해양교통 환경변화에 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 항로에 설치된 등부표의 기능을 재검토하는 것이 요구되고 있다. 또한 이용자 중심의 서비스 향상 및 해상교통 안전 확보를 위한 대책 마련이 필요하다. 등부표는 안전항행을 도모하여 해양사고를 미연에 방지하는 역할을 수행 하지만 이의 배치와 관련한 연구가 미진하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 연구의 일환으로서 국내 주요 무역항만을 출입하는 선박의 동부표 이용자들을 대상으로 등부표 배치에 관련한 선호도를 설문조사하여 분석하였다.

본 논문에서 제시하는 통합 관리 지능형 에이전트 기술은 개인정보보호 사고의 원인분석을 통해 도출된 요구기능을 통합 구현하는 기술이다. 본 기술은 PC 및 인터넷 이용자들의 개인정보 침해에 따른 경제적 피해를 줄이고, 안전한 인터넷 문화를 정착하여 인터넷 이용자들의 인터넷 경제활동 활성화에 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 개인정보 노출방지 등을 통해 명의도용 등의 사고를 예방하여 실물경제활동도 촉진하는 효과가 있다. 먼저, 피싱 파밍 등의 개인정보 침해에 대응한 상황인식 기반 피싱 파밍 자동분석 기술을 적용함으로써 인터넷 사이트를 통한 경제활동의 신뢰가 확보되어 인터넷 금융, 온라인 쇼핑몰 등의 인터넷 경제활동을 촉진하게 되며, 개인정보 노출에 따른 피해를 줄임으로써 다양한 형태의 명의도용 사고를 방지할 수 있다.
