In this study, we derived selection factors for OTT services based on previous studies and presented an hierarchy process analysis model to calculate the weights for each evaluation. To evaluate the OTT selection factors, OTT customer data was used for the analysis. The results showed that of the first stage factors of economic feasibility, system excellence, convenience, diversity, playfulness, and responsiveness, diversity is the most important. When the weights for first stage and second stage factors were synthesized, entertainment was the most important factor. Lastly, this study analyzed whether there is a difference in the weight of the selection factor for the first stage of OTT service according to gender and age. This study shows which factors consumers prioritize when using OTT services.

본 연구에서 산업재해 사례를 연구 대상으로 재해 발생의 여러 가지 요인들의 관련을 검토하고자 통계적 기법을 이용한 재해요인별 상관분석, 또는 영향의 정도 파악, 재해 요인의 통제에 따른 기타 재해요인에 대한 영향 분석을 시도하는 통계학적 분석 방법을 이용한 재해 발생의 중요요인을 분석하고자 첫째, 산업재해 통계 자료의 내용을 분석하여 재해 관련 변수들을 파악하는데 불안전 행동 및 불안전상태에 의한 재해 형태와 기타 변수들 간의 정성적 상관분석을 통한 상관계수를 고찰, 둘째, 명목척도인 범주형 변수 상호 간의 관련 여부를 파악하기 위해 카이제곱(chi-square)검정을 행하여 입원 일수를 종속 변수로 하는 기타 변수들의 독립성 여부와 변수 상호간 연관이 있다고 판단될 때 각 변수의 연관의 정도 비교, 셋째, 어떤 변수 상호간 일정한 관계를 가질 때 변수의 범주별로 반응변수(종속변수)에 미치는 영향을 회귀식 형태로 파악하고 비교하기 위하여 로짓(logit)모형을 적용하였다. 공급체인관리(SCM)에서, 고객의 반응에 민감하게 반응할 수 있기 위해서는 무엇보다도 부품이나 자재를 공급하는 협력업체의 능력이 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 본 논문은 퍼지이론을 이용하여 과학적인고 효율적으로 협력업체를 평가하고, 우수협력업체를 선정하는데 있다. 협력업체의 평가를 위하여 여러 가지 요인을 분석하여야 하는데, 이런 요인들 중에는 수치적으로 표현 가능한 정량적인 요인이 있는 반면에, 협력업체 제품의 품질이나 재정적 상태와 같은 수치적으로 표면 불가능한 정량적인 요인도 포함되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 정량적인 요인과 정성적인 요인을 퍼지추론(Fuzzy Inference)을 통해 분석함으로써 협력업체를 평가하고 최우수 협력 업체를 선정하여, SCM환경에서 성공적인 협력관계를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

삽교호유역에 위치한 19개 수질관측지점에서 측정된 월별수질자료를 이용하여 수질관측지점을 2개에서 7개의 수질특성으로 분류하였으며, 그에 따른 수질요인분석을 실시하였다. 군집분석결과 삽교호유역의 각 하천은 개개의 수질특성을 보이고 있으며, 삽교호, 삽교천, 무한천 및 곡교천의 4개 그룹으로 나눌 수가 있었다. 수질분석결과에 의하면 삽교호에서는 부유물질의 농도가 다른 하천보다 높았는데 이는 하천으로부터 유입되는 풍부한 영양염에 의한 식물플랑크톤의 생물량 증가에 따른 것으로 사료된다. 또한 곡교천의 수질은 다른 하천에 비해 생화학적산소요구량은 $3.5\~4.8$배, 화학적산소요구량은 $1.7\~2.5$배 높았으며, 전반적으로 삽교호 유역의 수질은 부영양상대를 훨씬 초과하였다. 요인분석결과 삽교천과 무한천은 농경지와 주거지에 의한 수질요인이 지배적이었고, 곡교천은 천안도시지역으로부터 유입되는 과다한 유기물유입과 상류에 위치한 하수 처리장의 영향을 복합적으로 받고 있는 것으로 사료된다. 삽교호의 수질은 삽교천과 무한천 및 곡교천에서 높은 부하를 보인 인자가 주된 오염요인으로 나타났다.

IMT-2000으로 새로운 이동통신의 전기를 마련할 것으로 기대되었던 제3세대(3G) WCDMA 계열의 기술은 2006년 이후 하향 속도를 고속화시킨 HSDPA를 통해 국내외에서 급속한 서비스 확산이 전개되고 있다. 특히 최근 국내에서 HSDPA 가입자의 급속한 증가는 3G 서비스가 기존 이동통신과 달리 영상통화가 가능하며 무선 초고속인터넷을 이용할 수 있는 차별화된 특성이 수용의 영향요인으로 모두 작용한 것은 아니며, 단말기 보조금과 같은 사업자의 활발한 마케팅 활동에 따른 촉진조건이 수용의 영향요인으로 작용하였을 개연성이 높다. 그런데, 국내에서 제3세대 이동통신 서비스인 HSDPA의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 서비스의 내재적 요인과 외재적 요인을 통해 규명한 분석이 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 분석에서는 기존 제2세대(2G) 서비스 대비 혁신성과 경쟁 서비스인 와이브로 대비 우위성의 서비스 차별성, 단말기 교체지원의 촉진조건과 요금부담감, 품질에 대한 비확신, 번호변경 부담감의 수용장벽이 HSDPA 서비스의 가입과 이용에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기존 서비스 대비 혁신성, 단말기 교체지원의 촉진조건, 요금 부담감과 품질 비확신의 수용장벽이 수용의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이에 따라 HSDPA 서비스 활성화 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 OTT 서비스에 대한 선택요인들을 기존 연구를 바탕으로 도출하고, 각 평가 요소에 대한 가중치를 산출하기 위하여 AHP 분석모형을 제시하였다. OTT 서비스를 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 먼저 OTT 서비스의 1단계 선택요인에서는 다양성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 각 단계별 가중치를 종합화한 결과에서는 오락이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 소비자들이 OTT 서비스를 이용할 때 어떤 요인을 중요하게 고려하는지를 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

수도권에 거주하는 60세 이상 589명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 고령자의 하천이용행태 및 하천이용의 영향요인을 분석하였다. 조사결과, 하천으로 이동하는데 가장 큰 불편사항은 경사로, 계단, 경계턱 등의 교통장애물이며, 이용에 불편한 하천시설은 화장실과 휴식공간으로 나타났다. 기대하는 하천복원의 형태는 인위적인 시설을 제한하는 친자연형 또는 자연형 하천에 대한 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 고령자의 하천이용 영향요인 모형추정결과, 고령자의 성별, 배우자 유무, 하천으로의 이동시간, 방문시점, 이용 교통편의 요인이 하천이용횟수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 고령자의 하천이용의 접근성 및 친수성을 향상하기 위해 장애물을 최소화하고, 교통 연계성을 향상시켜야 할 것이다. 또한, 고령자는 편의시설에 대한 요구와 동시에, 하천의 생태적 요소도 선호하는 것으로 분석되므로, 하천복원 시 적정 편의시설에 대해 고려하되, 가능한 환경적으로 설계될 수 있다면 다양한 고령자의 기대를 만족시킬 수 있을 것이다.

While $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ is in the headlines of many articles focusing on library service evaluations, little research has been conducted to study the relationship between the $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ factors and the adoption of library services. It remains unclear whether the factors of $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ have any effect on its adoption. A framework was adapted from Icek Ajzen's theory of planned behavior and proposed to extract factors affecting the adoption of library services. The factors were examined via data collection from a Web-based questionnaire survey with college students in the United States. Factor analyses and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Findings show that the intention to use library services is explained by attitude toward library service quality. The attitudinal factors that are significant are (1) perceived personal control, (2) perceived affect of service, and (3) perceived comprehensiveness of information. The relative importance among the factors is also represented by the numbered sequence. However, perceived timeliness of information access and the perception of library as place do not have a significant effect on the intention. This study extends the research on library service evaluation, and provides a new evaluation framework by applying adoption behaviors.

The game for education should newly be newly recognized in the view of user and development to bring out the particularity of game for education combined with educational factors and interest is needed. This study is conducted to concretely look at the effects of factors to reuse edutainment contents and educational games on reusing of the service, and examine characteristic difference between the factors and the degree of importance and weight. In addition, by structurally analyzing the factors the influence of reuse factors of game for education can be observed to propose methods to activated industry of game for education. The purpose of this research is to propose marketable method to increase the rate of reuse and to sustain consistent use of game for education.

This study examined the factors for feelings of emptiness on Facebook use, and how these feelings are related to the user's personal attributes and the addiction to Facebook usage. For analysis, the factors for feelings of emptiness on Facebook use among college students were measured and a questionnaire was developed. After analysis, 3 factors were identified: 'isolation and loneliness', 'self-regulation disorder', and 'unreality'. Then, variables influencing the feelings of emptiness were identified. Among big 5 personalities, neuroticism, agreeableness, and openness to experience were related to the factors for feelings of emptiness. The study also found that motivations such as 'self-disclosure' and 'social pressure from others' tended to enhance the feelings of emptiness. Finally, the study examined the relationship between feelings of emptiness on Facebook use and the addiction to it. Factors of 'isolation and loneliness' and 'unreality' revealed more addiction tendency on Facebook.
