Lee Sang's poems and his portraits are being used in various video media. Depending on the characteristics of the medium and genre, the representation of the poet or higher and his poems are selected and variations in different ways. In a modern era where literature communicates with various media, reviewing how a poet's portrait is shaped is also the process of reading what text wants to convey to the public through a single person. This study examined aspects in which representations of poets or higher were utilized in various image media, and compared and analyzed how poet aberrations are represented in each text. In particular, the discussion centered on the movie and the drama . In the movie , the above poem is used as a hidden puzzle. The film uses the popularly known 'genius' representation to track down Yi Sang's secret. Because of this, the film represents its ideal in a way that is faithful to the genre's custom of Thriller In comparison, the drama was about to re-emerge as a young man with a passion for the inner workings. The cynical attitude shown in the above text is also a reflection of the love for the nation and the times. These different typographical methods are worth noting in terms of the literary man's public perception of "Yi-sang" and the strategy of the new portrait attempt.

지난 3월과 4월 전국 시 도회 정기총회가 개최되어 제8대 시 도회장이 새롭게 구성됐다. 이에 따라 전국 시 도회는 시 도회장을 중심으로 제8대 집행부를 새롭게 구성하는 등 조직 갖추기에 돌입했다. 본지는 향후 3년간 시 도회를 이끌어 나갈 시 도회장을 인터뷰하여 향후 사업계획을 들어보는 자리를 마련했다. 이번호에는 이상일 서울특별시회 회장을 만나보았다.

본 논문에서는 MOF 소손시 비오차 발생으로 인한 전력사용량에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 비오차를 측정하였다. 현재 MOF 고장건수는 전체파급고장의 약 10%이상 발생되고 있으며, 현장 순회시험을 통해 2009년 68건, 2010년 156건을 적출하였다. 이러한 MOF의 고장은 대부분 내부 CT 권선소손에 의해 발생되며, CT의 1차코일 또는 2차코일 단락시 유형별로 실험을 통해 비오차를 분석하였다. 특히 3상 수전고객은 ${\Delta}$-Y결선방식으로 MOF 정상시 불평형 전류는 중성선의 전류가 발생되지 않으나, MOF 이상시 중성선에 이상전류가 발생된다. 따라서 중성선의 이상전류를 측정하여 MOF 이상유무 판정 및 과부족 계량 오차 판정을 하기 위한 자료로 활용하였다.

Recently space-time model in spatial data analysis is widly used. In this paper we applied this model to analysis of greenhouse whitefly. For handling time component, we used ARMA model and autoregressive error model and for outliers, we adapted Mugglestone's method. We compared space-time models and geostatistic model with MSE and MAPE.

A performance of reactor coolant pump in two-phase flow is examined using the pump geometric conditions and the performance of the pump in single-phase flow. Wall friction loss of the reactor coolant pump in single-phase flow is prdicted using the Truckenbrodt boundary layer theory, and the head loss in two-phase flow is predicted with calculated well friction loss and separation loss coefficients. The analysis results are compared with the Combustion Engineering pump test data. The effect of two-phase multiplier on the peak clad temperature in Loss-of-Coolant Accident is also examined using the RELAP5 and the results indicate the importance of its accuracy.

A transmission tower was designed according to general and special load cases based on KEPCO Design Specifications. The special load case such as unbalanced load a cording to some broken wires has not been considered significantly. Therefore, this paper presents investigations on the stability and safety of main post members subjected to unbalanced load and design wind load. In this study, all cases totally considered. From the finite element analyses using LUSAS program, the stresses on the tower subjected to unbalanced load and design wind load were very high in comparison to the allowable stresses of the steel post member that was used. Some of the post member had higher stresses than the yield stress of the steel member. This paper also shows an example to improve the capacity of the post members using increased cross-section members. Based on the analyses results, when investigating the safety of the transmission tower, one must consider thenew design philosophy including ultimate strength of the member and reliability of the special loading cases.

최근 들어 지구온난화 및 이상기후 등 기상이변으로 인해 빈번히 발생하고 있는 이상홍수에 대한 댐의 적극적인 대응을 위하여 댐 지역의 가능최대강수량(PMP) 및 가능최대홍수량(PMF)을 산정 수문학적 안정성을 검토하고, 이에 따른 댐의 치수능력 확보를 위해 구조적, 비구조적 계획을 수행하고 있으며, 이상호우로 인한 댐 붕괴 혹은 댐 하류하천 홍수범람 영향을 검토하여 인명과 재산 피해를 최소화하기 위한 침수예상지역의 비상대피계획(EAP)을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이상홍수에 있어서 댐 치수능력 증대에 따른 댐 방류시 하류하천의 홍수범람 양상을 모의하기 위하여 1차원, 2차원 결합모형인 Mike Flood 모형을 이용하여 댐 하류하천의 홍수범람 분석을 실시하였다. Mike Flood 모형의 적용성을 검증하기 위해 1998년 8월 홍수시 서울시 우이천유역의 홍수범람 실측자료를 바탕으로 Mike Flood 모형을 모의를 수행한 결과 실제 조사된 홍수범람지역과 대체로 일치함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 댐 치수능력 증대에 따른 하류하천 영향을 검토하기 위해 Mike Flood 모형을 이용 수어댐에 적용하여 이상홍수시 하류하천 침수예상지역을 예측함으로써 이 지역의 비상대피계획 수립에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

위성항법시스템에서 위성 신호의 이상 발생 시 신속하게 위성시계의 고장 유무를 판단할 수 있도록 실시간 위성 시계 이상감지 시스템을 구축하였다. 위성 시계는 시스템 성능에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 핵심 요소로서 고장이나 이상 발생 시 측정치에 매우 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 특정 위성 시계에 고장이나 이상이 발생한 경우 사용자들이 해당 위성의 측정치를 사용하지 않도록 가능한 빨리 이를 감지하고 공지할 수 있어야 한다. 현재 GPS의 경우 시스템 자체만으로는 위성 상태 정보가 적절한 시간 내에 제공되지 못하므로, 사용자가 직접 위성 신호의 사용 유무를 판단할 수 있는 위성 상태 감시 기능이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 위성 시계 이상 발생 시 이를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있도록 한국항공우주연구에서 구축한 실시간 위성 시계 이상 감지 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 시스템 구현을 위해 적용한 방법은 크게 세 단계로 나뉠 수 있다. 첫 번째, 실시간으로 수신한 GPS 이중 주파수 측정치로부터 반송파 스무딩 필터를 적용하여 위성 시계 바이어스를 추정한다. 두 번째, 위성 위치 및 시계 정보의 실시간 적용을 위해 항법력보다 성능이 뛰어난 IGS Ultra-rapid 예측 정보를 활용한다. 마지막으로 위성시계 바이어스 추정치와 예측치를 비교하여 시계 이상 유무를 판별한다. 실제 위성 시계 이상이 발생한 위성의 측정치를 적용하여 시스템에 대한 검증시험을 수행하였고, 10 나노 초 수준의 위성 시계도약 현상이 발생한 위성의 감지를 통해 시스템의 성능을 확인하였다. 이는 항공항법분야와 같이 고성능의 위치 정보를 요구하는 응용분야에 신뢰성 있는 위성 정보 제공을 위해 활용될 수 있다.

avant garde poet Yi Sang wrote his poetry with architectural and artistic inspirations. his artistic creativity was exploded by typographic expression. he lirerated the !iterated word into visible language also. he played with his-own-created-signs. fighted against the reality, traditions and cliches. his typographic characteristic poetry is an evidence for the lengthening the history of korean modern typography as a pioneer. because his experimental works is the great evident. so we evaluated the worth of it.

강원도 정동진해변은 이상시 고파랑에 의한 연안침식피해가 상시 발생하고 있기 때문에 이에 대한 해안복원을 위하여, 정밀 조사, 실험을 통해 연안침식원인을 분석하고 해안 안정을 위한 근본적인 대책을 수립하였으며, 자연재해로 인한 연안침식 예방과 연안시설에 대한 지속적인 유지관리로 연안환경을 보전하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수중방파제, 돌제, 양빈 등의 대책을 마련하였으며, 제언하여 이후 퇴적환경 모니터링을 지속화 시킬 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
