Spray Visualization Using Laser Diagnostics (레이저를 이용한 분무 가시화)

  • 분무를 정량적으로 측정하는 것은 노즐의 설계와 개발을 위해서 뿐만 아니라 연소 시스템 전반의 효율 및 불안정성의 제거, 공해 저감 등의 요구 조건을 만족하기 위해서 중요하다. 이를 위해 이전에는 분무장 내에 수집관을 삽입하는 기계적 패터네이터(Mechanical Patternator)와 같은 삽입식 측정 방식을 이용하여 왔으나, 최근에는 고속카메라, Malvern particle analyzer, PDPA, 광학 패터네이터(Optical Patternator)와 같은 분무장을 교란시키지 않으면서도 빠른 측정이 가능한 가시화 기술들이 적용되고 있다. 특히 광학 패터네이터는 레이저 평면광을 이용하여 분무를 측정하는 비삽입식 기술로 단시간 내에 분무장 내 액체 연료의 질량 및 액적 크기의 단면 분포를 동시에 얻어낼 수 있는 장점을 갖고 있다. 그러나 분무 액적들의 수밀도가 증가하는 경우에는 이들 액적에 의한 입사광 및 신호 감쇠, 다중산란 등에 의한 오차가 심하게 발생하여, 기존의 PDPA, PLIF 등의 광학 기법으로는 충분히 신뢰할 만한 결과를 얻기가 어렵게 된다. 이러한 분무를 정량적으로 측정하기 위해서는 입사광의 감쇠뿐만 아니라 분무장 내 액적들에 의한 신호의 감쇠 과정에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 주면 액적들의 영향을 최소한으로 줄이기 위해서는 레이저 평면광을 사용하는 광학 패터네이터와 달리 레이저 광선을 분무장에 조사하여 고압에서 나타날 수 있는 다중 산란에 의한 오차를 최소화할 수 있다. 이러한 이미지 처리 기법을 이용하는 광학 선형 패터네이터(Optical Line Patternator)를 이용하여 기존 레이저 계측기법으로 측정이 곤란하였던 고압 환경 하에서의 스월 동축형 인젝터의 분무 특성을 해석할 수가 있다. 2015(년도) 6,388, 2025(년도) 13,367, 2035(년도) 18,756, 2045(년도) 22,595, 시장점유율 증가로 인한 수출액 증가분 누적(억원) : 2015(년도) 3,411, 2025(년도) 8,847, 2035(년도) 14,433, 2045(년도) 18,005 또한 시나리오 비교평가를 실시하여 본 결과, 본 연구에서 정의한 순편익 누적(Cumulative Net Profit) 변수를 적용하면 현재 연구비 추세 대비 $30\%$ 까지 연구비를 증가 시키는 것이 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.성, 생산 용이성, 제품 디자인의 우수한 정도가 a=0.01 수준 하에서 유의적으로 추정되었다. 이들 변수들 중에서 품질경쟁력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 측정변수는 제품의 기본 성능, 수명(내구성), 신뢰성, 제품 디자인의 순서로 추정되었다. 이것은 한국 제조업이 아직 산업 디자인이 품질경쟁력에 크게 영향을 미치는 성숙단계에 이르지 못하였음을 의미한다. (2) 제품 디자인에게 영향을 끼치는 유의적인 변수는 연구개발력, 연구개발투자 수준, 혁신활동 수준(5S, TPM, 6Sigma 운동, QC 등)이며, 제품 디자인은 우선 품질경쟁력을 높여 간접적으로 고객만족과 고객 충성을 유발하는 것으로 추정되었다. 상기의 분석결과로부터, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 첫째, 신상품 개발과 혁신을 위한 포괄적인 연구개발 프로젝트를 품질 경쟁력의 주요 결정요인(제품의 기본성능, 신뢰성, 수명(내구성) 및 제품 디자인)과 연계하여 추진해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 기업은 디자인 경영 마인드 제고와 디자인 전문인력 양성을, 대학은 디자인 현장 업무를 통하여 창의력 증진과 기획 및 마케팅 능력 교육을, 정부는 디자

  • This study was accomplished to enhance brand value for hanwoo and to develop strategy for brand positioning that move customer's heart. This study in order to achieve the research was carried out as follows: First, the cluster analysis based on demographic characteristics for consumer on the basis of three types segmentation on market was conducted. Market A was consisted of a well-educated, high-income and young bracket. Market B was consisted of a well-educated, high-income and middle-aged bracket. Market C was consisted of a low-income and middle-aged class. Second, consumer's positioning map was analyzed based on perceiving data which are products' functional, emotional, and self-expressive benefits about consumer's feeling beef products. This study was analyzed each relative brand advantage and structure of competition on segmented market by conjoining each brands positioning map and feature vectors map. By the result of the analysis, each brand's positioning strategy was devised. As a result of the study, the hoengseong hanwoo is competitive about all kinds of market. We chooses that hoengseong hanwoo's target is A market, because that brand is evaluated as a high-ranked quality by high-class image of luxury price, quality, brand image. For management improvement sake, this brand(the hoengseong hanwoo) is needed to effort for promoting consumer's awareness about safety and reliability.

Automated Training Database Development through Image Web Crawling for Construction Site Monitoring (건설현장 영상 분석을 위한 웹 크롤링 기반 학습 데이터베이스 구축 자동화)

  • Many researchers have developed a series of vision-based technologies to monitor construction sites automatically. To achieve high performance of vision-based technologies, it is essential to build a large amount and high quality of training image database (DB). To do that, researchers usually visit construction sites, install cameras at the jobsites, and collect images for training DB. However, such human and site-dependent approach requires a huge amount of time and costs, and it would be difficult to represent a range of characteristics of different construction sites and resources. To address these problems, this paper proposes a framework that automatically constructs a training image DB using web crawling techniques. For the validation, the authors conducted two different experiments with the automatically generated DB: construction work type classification and equipment classification. The results showed that the method could successfully build the training image DB for the two classification problems, and the findings of this study can be used to reduce the time and efforts for developing a vision-based technology on construction sites.

대구경 사파이어 단결정 기판의 결함 평가를 위한 X-선 토포그래피 장비 구축

  • 사파이어 단결정은 광학 투명도, 물리적 강도, 충격 저항, 마모 부식, 높은 압력 및 온도 내구성, 생체 호환성 등 다양한 특성을 가지고 있어 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있으며, 특히 최근에는 백색 또는 청색 LED 소자 분야에서 기판으로 주로 활용되고 있다. 이러한 사파이어 단결정 기판은 공정에서 결정 성장 조건 및 기계적 연마 등의 다양한 요인으로 결정학적 결함이 발생한다. 이러한 결정학적 결함을 제어함으로서 좋은 품질의 단결정 기판을 생산할 수 있다. 이에 따라 각종 결함 제어를 위해서 X-선, EPD, 레이저 편광법 등 다양한 방법으로 결함들을 측정하고 있다. 그 중에서도 X-선 토포그래피는 시료를 비파괴적인 방법으로 단결정의 결함 밀도와 유형 등을 파악하는데 매우 유용한 측정법이며, Lang 토포그래피로 대표되는 X-선 회절 투과법은 기판과 같은 대구경의 시료를 우수한 분해능으로 내부 결함까지 관찰할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구경 사파이어 단결정 기판에 내재하는 결정 결함을 확인 및 분석하기 위해 X-선 Lang 토포그래피(X-ray Lang Topography) 장비를 구축하였다. 그리고 4, 6인치 c-면 사파이어 단결정 기판의 (110), (102) 회절면의 X-선 토포그래피 측정을 통해 전위(dislocation), 스크래치(scratch), 표면데미지(surface damage), 트윈(twin), 잔류 응력(strain) 등의 결함의 유형을 식별 및 분석하였으며, 각각의 결함들의 토포그래피 이미지 형성 메커니즘에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 X-선 Lang 토포그래피(X-ray Lang Topography) 장비가 대구경 사파이어 단결정 기판의 결정 결함 평가에 폭넓은 활용이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

Influence of CSR Activities on Corporate Reputation Depending on Brand Equity (기업의 브랜드자산에 따른 CSR활동이 기업평판에 미치는 영향)

A summary of the effects of research on corporate reputation on corporate reputation according to corporate CSR activities is as follows. 1st. The hypothesis had a significant impact on brand recognition, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, but did not have significant impact on the brand image. 2st. Brand equity will have a positive effect on ethical responsibility. The hypothesis had a significant impact on brand recognition, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, but did not have significant impact on the brand image. 3st, the brand equity will have a positive effect on the benefit of the benevolent. The hypothesis had a significant impact on brand recognition, brand loyalty, and perceived quality, but did not have significant impact on the brand image. 4st, The theory that the influence of positive(+) will affect the company's reputation has a significant impact on both ethical and philanthropic factors. 5st. The ethical responsibility was found to have no effect on the usefulness of the brand between brand assets and corporate reputation. 6st. The philanthropic responsibility was partly attributable to the fact that there was a substitution between brand equity and corporate reputation. In sum, the company needs to prioritize its brand recognition before establishing its reputation, and the reason why it should be implemented is that the other elements of the brand equity should be evaluated with the presence of other elements of the brand equity, thereby ensuring continued compliance with continuous CSR activities. As a result, consumers expect to see the performance-based role of the company as a strategic and long-term perspective, as consumers want to see the CSR activity and the corporate reputation in a long-term manner, as opposed to the financial responsibility and legal responsibilities of the past, as opposed to the past.

A Study on Introduction of IoT Infrastructure based on BSC and AHP: Focusing on Electronic Shelf Label (BSC와 AHP를 활용한 IoT 인프라 도입 의사결정에 관한 연구: 전자가격라벨(ESL)을 중심으로)

  • The Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) is an alternative to the paper price label attached to merchandise shelves and is attracting attention as a retail IoT infrastructure that will lead the innovation of offline retail outlets. In general, when introducing a substitute product, the company tends to consider the financial factors such as the efficiency of the investment cost compared to the existing product or the reduction of the operating cost. However, considering only financial factors in the decision-making process, it may not properly reflect the various values associated with corporate strategy and the requirements of stakeholders. In this study, 8 evaluation items (Investment Cost, Operating Cost, Quality Level, Customer Management, Job Efficiency, Maintenance, Functional Expandability, and Store Image) based on BSC's 4 perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process, Learning & Growth), and using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to measure the priorities of evaluation items for domestic small supermarket employees. As a result of the research, priority was given in order of Customer, Learning & Growth, Internal Business Process, and Financial aspects among the evaluation items for adopting the price label, and the electronic price label was supported with higher importance than the paper price label. In contrast to the priorities of the financial aspects of most prior studies, the items of Learning & growth and customer perspectives have relatively high priorities. In particular, respondents classified by job group, The priorities of the 8 evaluation items were different among the groups. These results are expected to provide implications for both companies (retail outlets) and ESL providers (manufacturers and service providers) who are considering the introduction of ESL.

Physicochemical Properties of Rice Grain-added Soymilk (쌀알 첨가 두유의 이화학적 품질특성)

  • The objective of this study was to improve the sensory qualities of soymilk. For this purpose, soymilk was prepared by adding different types of rice grain, including cooked, puffed, and saccharified rice. Acceptable products could be obtained by addition of saccharified rice. The addition of saccharified rice had a positive influence on sensory qualities, especially mouth feel. Further, soymilk with saccharified rice was comparable in terms of physicochemical characteristics (pH, soluble solids, and viscosity) with commercial whole-bean soymilk. This result suggests that there are opportunities to develop a new market for soy-milk that incorporates health benefits and traditional beverages.

Perceptions on Environment and Environment-Friendly Agricultural Products of College Students in Seoul and Incheon Area (경인지역 대학생의 환경과 친환경농산물에 대한 인식)

  • This study was performed in order to investigate perceptions on environment and environment-friendly agricultural products, knowledge level and opinion about these products. The subjects were 387 college students in Seoul and Incheon area. This survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaire. The statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 12.0 program. Male subjects were 53.2% and female subjects were 46.8%. 52.9% of the subjects have knowledge about environment-friendly agricultural products. Also 50.9% of the subjects knew certification label of environment-friendly agricultural products whereas 13.4% knew certification authority of environment-friendly agricultural products. The average scores of 'image of environment-friendly agricultural products', 'attitude towards environment', 'attitude towards agrichemical' were $3.84{\pm}0.68,\;3.51{\pm}0.73\;and\;3.58{\pm}0.87$, respectively. In regard to 'image of environment- friendly agricultural products', the scores were significantly affected by gender (p<0.05), self-recognition of health status (p<0.05) and self-knowledge about environment-friendly agricultural products (p<0.001). In regard to 'attitude towards environment', the scores were significantly affected by self-recognition of health status (p<0.05), self-knowledge about environment-friendly agricultural products (p<0.001), and information about environment friendly agricultural products certificate authority (p<0.01). In regard to 'attitude towards agrichemical', the scores were significantly affected by gender (p<0.001), self-recognition of health status (p<0.05), supplements for health (p<0.05) and self-knowledge about environment-friendly agricultural products (p<0.001). Therefore, various education programs on environment-friendly agricultural products are necessary for college students to make right food choices.

Quality Characteristics of Madeleine Added with Organic Ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer) Leaf (유기농 인삼 잎을 첨가한 마들렌의 품질 특성)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of madeleine added with different concentrations (0, 1, 3, 5, and 7%) of organic ginseng leaves. The study results found that the pH and moisture of madeleine with control were higher than those of the samples. On the other hand, specific gravity of madeleine was highest at 7% leaf content (1.04). The loss rate of madeleine was not significantly different among the samples. The Hunter L, a, and b values of crust decreased as the concentration of organic ginseng leaves increased. The Hunter L and a values of crumb decreased as the concentration of organic ginseng leaves increased, whereas b values of crumb increased. The hardness of madeleine increased after addition of organic ginseng leaves, whereas adhesiveness, chewiness, gumminess, and cohesiveness of madeleine decreased. 2,2'-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity of madeleine was significantly elevated with increasing content of organic ginseng leaves (P<0.05). In a sensory evaluation, healthy image and color were highest at 3% leaf content, whereas moistness, softness, and chewiness decreased as the concentration of organic ginseng leaves increased. The flavor and overall acceptability of madeleine added with 3% organic ginseng leaves were higher than those of both control and other samples. Therefore, the results suggest that 3% organic ginseng leaves addition to madeleine could be helpful for improving physical quality and taste.

Contrast Enhanced Cerebral MR Venography: Comparison between Arterial and Venous Triggering Methods (조영 증강 자기공명정맥 촬영술에서의 동맥과 정맥 triggering 방법의 비교)

  • Purpose : To compare the arterial and venous detection sites of triggering methods in contrast-enhanced-MR-venography (CE-MRV) for the evaluation of intracranial venous system. Materials and Methods: 41 healthy patients underwent CE-MRV with autotriggering at either the cavernous segment of internal carotid artery with an inserted time-delay of 6 seconds (n = 20) or the superior sagittal sinus without any timedelay (n = 21). 0.1 mmol/kg gadolinium-based contrast material ($Magnevist^{(R)}$, Schering, Germany) was intravenously injected by hand injection. A sagittal fast-spoiled-gradient-echo-sequence ranging from one ear to the other was performed (TR/TE5.2/1.5, Matrix $310{\times}310$, 124 sections in the 15-cm-thick volume). 17 predefined venous structures were evaluated on all venograms by two neuroradiologists and defined as completely visible, partially visible, or none visible. Results: The rate of completely visible structures were 272 out of 323 (84%) in the arterial triggering CE-MRV and 310 out of 340 (91%) in the venous triggering CE-MRV. The venous triggering CE-MRV demonstrated an overall superior visualization of the cerebral veins than the arterial triggering CE-MRV (Fisher exact test, p < 0.006). Conclusion: CE-MRV using venous autotriggering method provides higher-quality images of the intracranial venous structures compared to that of arterial.
