  • 인구 밀집도가 높은 곳에서의 안전사고 대응과 이에 대한 예방을 위한 기술 및 해결 방안의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이를 위한 기존의 기술들은 지능형 CCTV 기반의 경고 알림을 울리는 방식과 스마트폰의 신호를 수집하여 유동인구를 측정하는 기술 등이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 군중 밀집 사고의 원인인 병목현상과 군중 난류 현상까지 대응하지는 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCTV로부터 수집된 영상 정보만으로 딥러닝 영상인식 기술을 이용하여 병목현상이 일어나기 쉬운 출입구의 유·출입 인구 카운팅과 광장의 밀집도 분석을 디지털 트윈 기반으로 실시하고 이를 통해 위험 상황 발생 시 출입구의 통제와 대피를 위한 안내가 가능한 시스템을 제시한다. 제시하는 시스템은 유동 인구가 많고 인구의 급격한 밀집으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 예방과 이를 해결하기 위한 통제 및 안내를 위한 대처 방법으로 활용할 수 있다.

Deep Learning Based Error Control in Electric Vehicle Charging Systems Using Power Line Communication (전력선 통신을 이용한 전기자동차 충전 시스템에서 딥 러닝 기반 오류제어)

  • In this paper, we introduce an electric vehicle charging system using power line communication and propose a method to correct the error by applying a deep learning algorithm when an error occurs in the control signal of an electric vehicle charging system using power line communication. The error detection and correction of the control signal can be solved through the conventional error correcting code schemes, but the error is detected and corrected more efficiently by using the deep learning based error correcting code scheme. Therefore, we introduce deep learning based error correction code scheme and apply this scheme to electric vehicle charging system using power line communication. we proceed simulation and confirm performance with bit error rate. we judge whether the deep learning based error correction code scheme is more effective than the conventional schemes.

Key Factors Affecting Students' Satisfaction and Intention to Use e-Learning in Rwanda's Higher Education (르완다 고등교육기관 학생들의 e-러닝 만족도 및 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인 연구)

  • This study aims to explore key factors which influence user's decision-making on the adoption of e-learning. We integrated UTAUT and Information Success Models to test that four independent factors affect student satisfaction to use e-learning in Rwanda's higher education. Data was collected by surveying students of University of Rwanda and Protestant Institute of Social Sciences (n=206). The analysis results showed that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy except for social influence have a significant effect on students' satisfaction. This can help university administrators understand the factors that influence students' adoption of e-learning and incorporate these results into Rwanda's e-learning design and implementation. In final, Rwanda's government can contribute to establishing the e-learning policy and allocating its relevant resources centered on student needs.

  • 본 논문에서는 CNN 기반의 소음을 이용한 원동 구동장치 진단시스템(PHM)을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 구동장치로부터 발생된 소리로부터 특징데이터를 추출하여 이를 학습한 후 실시간으로 구동장치의 상태를 진단하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 특정 장치에 종속되지 않고 학습할 데이터에 따라 적용 대상이 쉽게 가변 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 실제 적용될 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 예측외의 소음환경에 유연하게 대처하기 위해 딥러닝 모델 중 CNN을 적용한 시스템을 설계하였으며, 제안된 시스템과 이전 연구에서 제안된 DNN 기반의 기계진단시스템을 학습데이터의 환경과 다른 처리배제가 필요한 소음환경에서 비교 실험하여 제안된 시스템이 새로운 환경적응 성능향상에 대하여 우수한 결과를 얻었음을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스인 openpose skeleton tracking 기술을 이용하여 특정 운동 동작을 영상처리 기술과 딥러닝 기술로 인체 자세에 대해서 인지와 상황 판단하여 운동 동작에 대한 인식 결과를 도출할 수 있다. 먼저 입력받은 영상을 전달받아서 딥러닝 인식 시스템를 통해 인식 결과을 추출한 뒤 비교, 분석한 후에 사전 등록된 운동 동작 명칭으로 화면에 표시하여 이용자가 정확한 동작을 취할 수 있도록 지도하는 데 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 이 기술은 행동 인식부터 얼굴 인식, 손동작 인식 등에 다양하게 활용할 수 있다.

  • Today, as potential uses of the Internet continue to grow, e-learning in university an education course has taken on an important role. Accordingly, to provide good e-learning services, university officials attempt to develop high quality educational content in their courses. In this study, we investigate e-learning adoption by students using the extended technology acceptance model (TAM). In particular, trust in the online environment plays an extremely crucial role in student willingness to adopt e-learning. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the relationships of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and actual use on students' level of trust using a partial least squares (PLS) approach. This study suggests valuable implications for developing e-learning strategies and implementing e-learning.

Factors Influencing Performance of e-Learning in Hair Salons (헤어 살롱의 이러닝 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • This study aims to provide self-development opportunities to hair salons service workers through e-learning and provide the foundation of sustainable hair salons management by cultivating good talents to hair salons service business executives. In particular, the factors affecting e-learning achievement are identified according to learner characteristics to see whether these factors affect the satisfaction of e-learning learners and also affect the performance of management. The results of the study are summarized as follows. As a result of hypotheses testing on the relationship between e-learning learning environment and e-learning satisfaction, it was found that the higher the level of e-learning content quality is, the higher the satisfaction of e-learning is, the higher the satisfaction of e-learning is, and that the higher the quality level of the support infrastructure is, the higher the satisfaction of e-learning is. The results of the hypotheses testing on the moderating effect of learner factors showed that the influence of the quality of the support infrastructure on the e-learning satisfaction differs according to the level of the learner's goal consciousness. However, it was found that the influence of content quality on e-learning satisfaction according to the level of the learners goal awareness, the influence of content quality on e-learning satisfaction according to the level of the aggressiveness of the learners learning attitude, and the influence of the quality of the support infrastructure on the e-learning satisfaction according to the level of the aggressiveness of learners learning attitude were found to identically demonstrate no moderating effects. The results of hypotheses testing on the relationships among e-Learning performance show that the higher the satisfaction of e-learning was, the higher the customer orientation was, and the higher the satisfaction of e-learning was, the higher the contribution of management performance was, and the higher the customer orientation was, the higher the contribution of management performance was. The implications of this study are as follows. First, the actual path of realiting e-learning performance could be identified that is this study provided organizational decision makers involved in the hair salons service operations with practical guidance for the introduction and expansion of successful educational systems. Second, the e-learning environment derived from the theoretical background is different from the e-learning environment required by the learners.

  • The results indicate that direction of online reviews have a significant effect on both information reliability and product attitude. In addition, consumers' shopping experience also shows a moderating effect between the direction of online reviews and the dependent variables. Furthermore, product type also shows a moderating effect on the information reliability, yet not on the product attitude. In clarify the relationship between the satisfaction and success of smart-learning smart learning and learner analyzes the main factors that affect the learning flow results, The smart learning variety of properties, personalization, complexity affects the learning flow variety, personalization, ubiquity affects the interaction, It was analyzed by a useful impact on the learner interactivity and immersive learning outcomes. This gives the implications of the smart learning attributes are important in order to maximize the learning experience for smart learning.

Design of Flipped Learning using Blog (블로그를 사용한 플립러닝 설계)

  • A variety of experiments are being conducted with the advent of Learning Model for flipped-learning. In order to apply flipped-learning as a method of teaching, most of them require a pre-prepared learning video. In this case, there is the burden to create the samples of a 13 weeks, except for the mid term and the final exam in college. These systems also make it difficult to change learning content. In this paper, we suggest using blogs to improve the characteristics that existing flippling systems are less adaptable to environmental changes. A blog can be a good thing for learners who are comfortable with the Internet, In this study, we experiment with flipped-learning, which applies blog to one subject. As a result, we would like to evaluate the meaningful learning effects of this study.

The Educational Implementation of e-Learning System Applying the Theory of Motivation - With Focus on "Interest" and the "Self-Determination Theory" (동기 이론이 적용된 e-Learning system의 교육적 실천: 흥미와 SDT를 중심으로)

  • This study examines and measures the enhancement of intrinsic motivation in learners who have been part of the e-Learning system (www.englishbuddy.kr) for elementary-level English learning, developed based on the systematic application of the motivation theory as dictated by 'interest' and 'self-determination' and put into practice at 3,100 private tutoring institutions. According to the survey conducted on 328 learners in the e-Learning system inspired by the motivation theory and on 150 learners in other English programs, the former was found to have stimulated 'interest' and satisfied 'psychological desire' in the learners, leading to the development of 'specific strategies to motivate learners.' The study has clearly identified how learners are better motivated in the e-Learning environment, demonstrating its contributions to advancing e-Learning, building a practical e-Learning system based on a systematic motivation theory defined by 'interest' and 'self-determination,' and applying the system to some 16,000 learners at 3,100 private tutoring institutions.
