  • As a result of the this exploratory study the main results show that the factors affecting the satisfaction of non-face-to-face class learning of graduate students in Education were social presence, perceived easy to use, and information service quality. Secondly, the factors affecting the learning persistence were perceived usefulness and social presence, but perceived usefulness's influence was relatively small. Next, it was found that the subjective satisfaction of graduate students of education did not significantly affect their intention to continue learning persistence. Lastly, learning satisfaction and learning persistence had a positive effect on the intention to recommend to others. Through the this empirical analysitics study it demonstrate the factors such as attitudes, feelings, and friendliness toward non-face-to-face online classes perceived by graduate students in Education.

Subcategories of Advanced Directives questionnaire were knowledge, preference, experience for life-sustaining treatment and Advance Directives. The data was analyzed with the frequency and percentage using SPSS 24.0. 45% of Participants replied they knew the 'life-sustaining treatment' exactly. They preferred CPR 78.3%, mechanical ventilation 63.3% and blood transfusion 51.7% for their future special life-sustaining treatments. They did not preferred hemodialysis 8.3%, artificial respiration 6.7%, intensive care unit 6.7%, 8.3 percent of participants said that they well aware of Advance Directives. 86.6% of them hoped to write their Advance Directives. Despite such low awareness of the Advance Directives, the intention to write Advance Directives was high. • The purposes of this study are, 1) to explore the factors related to the family caregivers' preferences for service utilization both of the community-based welfare and health-care services, and 2) to examine the reasons why not want to use services analyzing a survey data obtained from family caregivers(n=1,000). Anderson and Newman's Behavior model was employed to examine the factors related to the preferences for service utilization. The main results are as follows. 1) Logistic regression analyses demonstrated that predisposing factor(such as age and relations with frail elderly) and enabling factor(such as economic status, secondary caregiver, informal informational support provider, etc) were significant predictor for caregivers' preference for service utilization. Contrary to an expectation, needs factor was negatively related to the preference for service. More specifically, the more they have service needs, the less they show their willingness to use community-based service both in welfare and health-care services except for care education program. 2) Caregiver identified 'family caregiving consciousness'(family should take care of frail elderly, elderly dislike be taken care of) as an important reason not want to use community services next to financial factor. These findings have several implications for policy making especially for 'public long-term care insurance' which was planned to start in 2007.

  • This study examines how economic factors such as income, parental support, perceived social status, and financial distress are associated with marital intentions among unmarried young adults in their 20's and 30's. Data were collected by an online survey, and a total of 567 people participated nationwide. Results from a hierarchical logistic regression suggest that (1) women's income was associated with their marital intentions, but not men's; (2) perceived social status was associated with marital intentions among both men and women; (3) men's expected parental support for marriage was associated with marital intentions; and (4) when three subfactors of the material values were included in the analysis, among women, it was found that the use of possessions to judge one's own success and that of others was positively associated with their marital intentions, and the belief that possessions and the acquisition of materials lead to happiness and satisfaction was negatively associated with their marital intentions. Further discussion is provided about the interpretation and implications of the results.

  • The participants were 102 students with digital broadcasting and media major.. A hypothetical model proposed included learning flow, school support as predictors, and satisfaction and learning persistence as a criterion. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that learning flow and school flow predicted significantly on satisfaction. And school flow, school support, and satisfaction predicted significantly on learning persistence. In addition, satisfaction mediated between learning flow and learning persistence, and between school flow and learning persistence. A constructive foundation for providing learning strategies in the successful engineering education would be proposed on the basis of the current results of this study.

  • This study is to conceptualize nurses' satisfaction, patient satisfaction about nurses and hospital, and patients' revisit and recommendation intention as linear structural equation model, and then, identify the significance of the path coefficient and goodness of the research model. Data were collected from 2,079 nurses and 6,776 patients in 5 university hospitals. The results were as follows: The research model was generally found to be good in terms of goodness of fit. The significance of the path coefficients are as follows. 1)A nurse's satisfaction has great influence on a patient's satisfaction about nurses, 2)A patient's satisfaction about nurses has influence on patient's satisfaction about the hospital, 3)A patient's satisfaction about the hospital has great influence on patient's revisit intention, 4)A patient's satisfaction about the hospital has great influence on patient's recommendation intention. These results will provide basic data for the hospital managers practicing customer satisfaction strategies in their health care marketing.
