In this study, the relationship between ego-resiliency, career consciousness maturity, and job-seeking stress of nursing students was investigated. For this study, data were collected from October 22 to November 21, 2021. Therefore, general characteristics, job-seeking characteristics, ego-resilience, career consciousness maturity, job-seeking stress were investigated by applying a structured questionnaire targeting 187 nursing students. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression data were analyzed using program IBM SPSS21.0. In the study results, ego-resilience had a positive correlation with career consciousness maturity, and career consciousness maturity had a negative correlation with job-seeking stress. The factor affecting job-seeking stress was the maturity of career consciousness, and the influence was 43%. Based on the research results, It is necessary to develop and apply job-seeking support programs in education so that nursing students can reduce job-seeking stress and make positive career plans.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship and direct and indirect effects among high school students' self-esteem, democratic parenting attitude, school adaptation, and human rights awareness. The subject of this study is panel data of a total of 3,456 high school students who responded to a study on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Children and Youth of the Korea Youth Policy Institute. Data analysis was statistically processed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The results of this study showed that high school students' self-esteem had a direct effect on democratic parenting attitudes, school adaptation, and human rights awareness. It was confirmed that the self-esteem of high school students had an indirect effect on human rights awareness through democratic parenting attitudes and school adaptation as a medium. In conclusion, in order to improve high school students' human rights awareness, school of social work is needed considering the causal relationship of all variables.

This study attempted to understand the effect of subjective class consciousness on the quality of life of female elderly people and to verify the multi-mediated effect of expectation of living standards and depression. To this end, an analysis was conducted using the SPSS Process Macro for 8,070 female elderly people aged 55 or older in the data of the "2018 Aging Research Panel Survey 7" of the Korea Employment Information Service. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the higher the subjective class consciousness of the elderly women, the higher the quality of life. Second, the higher the subjective class consciousness of the elderly women, the higher the expectation of living standards and the lower the depression. Third, in the relationship between the subjective class consciousness and quality of life of female elderly, when expectations and depression of living standards were simultaneously put into the regression equation, both variables were found to have significant mediating effects. Based on these research results, practical and policy implications for improving the quality of life of the elderly women were discussed together.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sense of community on the quality of life of local residents and the mediating effect of residential satisfaction in the process to improve the quality of life. To this end, as a result of 1:1 survey through a face-to-face survey of 480 local residents in G, Gyeonggi-do, a total of 468 samples were finally analyzed excluding insincere answers. The analysis method was SPSS WIN 25.0, and the mediation model was verified using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, first, sense of community was found to have a positive (+) effect on quality of life and residential satisfaction. Second, residential satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) effect on the quality of life. Third, residential satisfaction was verified as a partial mediation in the relationship between sense of community and quality of life. Based on this study, the importance of the effect of residential satisfaction in the process of local residents' sense of community affecting their quality of life and practical measures to improve the quality of life were presented.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of sexual attitudes, sexual stereotypes, and self-esteem on gender egalitarianism among nursing students. This study was based on a questionnaire administered to a total of 174 nursing students. Data were collected from October 15 to November 31, 2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. The results of the study showed that the gender egalitarianism of the subjects differed statistically according to sex (t=-3.091, p=.002). Gender egalitarianism had a negative correlation with gender stereotype (r=-.811, p<.001) and a positive correlation with self-esteem (r=.345, p<.001). Gender stereotypes (β=-.787, p<.001) were the most influential factors in the gender egalitarianism among nursing students, with an explanatory power of 65.4%. Hence, educational measures should be taken to reduce gender stereotypes to improve the gender equality awareness of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism among nursing students. Data were collected among 192 nursing students in G city, from May 20 to 27, 2021. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correation coeffcient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The average score for Consciousness of biomedical ethics was 3.28±0.41 and nursing professionalism was 3.32±0.85. nursing professionalism showed a positve correlation(r=.55, p=.000) with Consciousness of biomedical ethics, Models including the variables, Organ transplant, Euthanasia, explained 37%, 16.5% of the variance in the nursing professionalism. Based on the outcome of this study, steps should be taken to design intervention program that emphasize a improve nursing professionalism for nursing students.

This study explored the influence of servant leadership of directors on role performance of teachers in nursery school with examination of how perceptions of an organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers intermediate the relationship between servant leadership and role performance of teachers. The data were collected from 501 teachers in nursery school working in Seoul and Gyung-gi-do and data analysis was done through structural equation modeling using AMOS 24.0. The study results show that the servant leadership of directors was positively related to the role performance of teachers, and organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers were found to mediate the relationship between servant leadership of directors and role performances of teachers. In addition, he servant leadership of directors influenced the role performance of teachers through organizational culture and teaching ethics.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of human rights awareness and types of employers on the service quality of long-term care facilities for the elderly. In this relationship, the study is also to analyze the mediating effects of self-efficacy. The results showed that human righrs awareness had significant direct effects on the service quality, while types of employers did not. Additionally, the mediating effects of self-efficacy was found to be partially significant; mediating effects of self-confidence and task-preference as sub-factors of self-efficacy were significant beween human rights awareness and service quality. Based on the results, it was suggested to develop an education system that raises human rights sensitivity and to secure professionalism through continuing education on human rights.

The purpose of the present study was to see through literature review if Korean formal schooling plays role in enhancing community spirit on the part of students. Seen as quite relevant to community spirit, moral schooling, students' volunteer activities and their evaluation of the Korean society were examined. Results indicated that Korean schooling orients itself to instrumental functions for personal goals rather than heightens community spirit of students. Moral schooling remains formal and superficial, and students' volunteer activities are mandatory in nature for getting good marks. Further, students' evaluation of their school, Koreans and the Korean society are quite negative. In conclusion, methods for enhancing community spirit were discussed.

The purpose of the study is to understand the impact of nursing college students' awareness and self-esteem on nursing professionals. The research design of this study is a descriptive investigative study using convenient samples. The data collection collected structured questionnaires and Google's online survey methods for first- to fourth-year nursing college students at three universities in North Chungcheong Province. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS window 25.0 program as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA, and post-test as Scheffétest, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The study found that 21.7% (==-.181, p<.001), 2.8% major satisfaction, and 24.5% (β=.420, p<.001), so it is recommended to use it as basic data to establish a curriculum and teaching learning strategy to improve major satisfaction.
