본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

This study tries to examine the impact relationship between the organizational justice perceived by the employees and the information system quality on the decision quality through absorption capabilities in order to find the factors that influences the corporate decision making in the rapidly changing market environment. With regards to this, 239 copies of survey data were collected subjecting the employees of the SMEs, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0. As the result of the study, the organizational justice and information system quality has individually shown a positive (+) effect on the absorption capability, and the absorption capability has shown positive (+) effect on the decision quality. Through this study, a theological foundation for the organizational justice and information system quality was prepared as a prerequisite for the absorption capacity, and this study targets to suggest a theological and practical implications which secures the competitiveness by increasing the decision quality of the SMEs through comprehensive analysis of the organizational justice and information system quality which motivates the human resource. Future study requires additional research regarding the information system quality and finds various studies on the performance part due to necesssary decision quality.

As digital economy era and knowledge society advent, division of the industry has been indistinctive and complex. This change of business environment has leaded todifficulty in operations of firms consisted of continuous decision making. To develop effective SDSS needs systematic strategic decision making process, efficient problem solving techniques, information of good quality, efficiently information system, and analysis ability of problem solver. This research develop SDSS framework combined strategic decision making process with various problem solving techniques for designing SDSS. Finally, this paper developed the technique recommendation system by selected the criterions of technique assortment.

In the existing fuzzy aggregation method, the operators such as t-norm, t conorm, mean operator, Yafer's operator and $\gamma$ operator are used to aggregate the values of membership functions. However, these methods have problems in that they do not reflect the decision situation properlyin the decision process. In order to solve these problems we suggest a situation assessment model(SAM) to reflect the decision situation in the decision proess. In the fuzzy decision environment, we propose a new aggregation method to reflect the decision situation using the result of SAM. We call it the aggregation based on situation assessment (ASA) method. It makes the stepwise aggregation with derection according to the decision situation. Moreover, we compare ASA method with the existing aggregation methods.

중소기업을 대상으로 지원되는 기술 및 시장정보는 주로 경영에 필요한 의사결정에 반영되어 경영성과로 실현되는 과정을 거치게 된다는 인식을 바탕으로 중소기업에게 밀착적으로 지원되는 기술 및 시장정보의 영향을 평가하기 위하여 정보활용도와 의사결정기여도라는 요인을 도입하고 이를 조사함으로써 밀착정보지원이 중소기업에 미치는 효과를 제시하였다.

이 토지 컨설팅 정보 시스템(Land Consulting Information System)은 토지에 건축, 형질변경 등 개발행위와 관련하여 구입토지의 선정에서부터 개발의사결정에 이르는 여러 가지 토지법률정보, 요구토지의 입지조건정보, 개발목적에 부합하는 토지의 분포정보, 매매나 세입 관련 부동산 정보 등 사람들의 다양한 요구조건과 의사결정 요소들을 컴퓨터 시스템을 통해 질의하고 검색, 분석함으로서 경제적이고 신속한 정보의 취득과 이를 통한 신뢰성 있는 개발과 구입의 의사결정정보를 제공하기 위한 목적에서 개발되었다. 시스템 기능의 인지도를 향상시키기 위해 'ALGOSA'라 별칭의 로고를 부여하였으며, 일반 개인은 물론 현존하는 전국의 수만 업체에 이르는 부동산사무소(공인 중개사), 측량설계사무소, 건축설계사무소, 전문토지개발회사 등 컨설팅 업체를 중심으로 시스템 보급의 필요성이 기대되며, 나아가 지방자치단체의 개발관련 인허가 부서에서도 이 시스템을 도입함으로서 개발행위 인허가 토지의 체계적 관리는 물론 불법 개발행위 단속과 객관적인 공시지가부여 기준제시를 위한 실제토지이용정보제공 등 폭 넓은 시스템 도입의 효과가 기대된다. 효과가 기대된다.

Social overhead capital (SOC) facilities are being threatened continuously by abnormal climate events that are increasing globally. For disaster response, rapid decision making on evacuation routes and other matters is critical. For this purpose, spatiotemporal information that combine data on disasters and SOC facilities needs to be utilized. This information is separately collected by government agencies and public organizations, and is not managed in an integrated manner. For rapid disaster response, an integrated management of separately collected disaster data and the creation of such information as the safety and damages on SOC facilities are required. To achieve this goal, it is essential to build inventories that integrate all the related information to support decision making indispensable for disaster response. In this study, a development plan for an integrated inventory management system based on the management and connection of inventories to support rapid decision making for disaster response is proposed. This system can collect and standardize data related to disasters and SOC facilities that are being managed separately and provide integrated information in line with the needs of users. The proposed system can be used as a decision making tool for proactive disaster response.

본 연구의 목적은 데이터마이닝 기법을 임상적으로 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 고혈압 환자의 특성과 치료에 따른 예후를 예측할 수 있는 지식을 발굴하고 이의 임상적용의 타당성을 검증하여 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하고 이의 유용성을 평가하는데 있다. 이에 연세대학교 의과대학 부속 세브란스 병원의 환자를 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 혈압조절상의 위험요인의 규명하고, 의사결정나무분석을 통해 치료약제별 혈압조절군과 비조절군의 특성을 도출하고 각 대상군을 결정짓는 규칙을 생성하였으며, 이를 활용한 의사결정지원시스템의 개발 및c 평가를 시행하였다. 그 결과 기존 임상이론만을 활용한 시스템의 처방에 의한 혈압조절군보다 데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 시스템의 처방에 의한 혈압조절군의 비율이 전체적으로 더 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 현실에 부합되는 고혈압 진료지침을 개발하고 적용, 평가하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이와 같은 의사결정지원 시스템을 운영을 통해 실제 임상 진료에 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과와 실증적 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.
