Several practical prior distributions are derived using the maximum entropy principle. Also, an interactive method for estimating a prior distribution which uses the minimum cross-entropy principle is proposed when there are many prior informations. The consistency of the prior distributions obtained by the entropy principles is discussed.

통계학이란 미래에 대한 예측을 하고 이에 대비하여 합리적인 의사결정을 내리는데 도움을 받을 수 있는 학문이다. 최근 다변량 통계분석은 관찰이나 실험의 대상이 되는 하나 이상의 변수들을 동시에 분석할 수 있는 매우 실제성이 높은 분석방법으로 통계학, 경영학, 사회학, 심리학, 생물학 등 여러 전공 분야에서 복잡하고 다양한 자료 분석에 폭넓게 활용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 다변량 분석 방법 중 컴퓨터와 통계 분석 소프트웨어의 발전으로 인하여 최근에 활발히 연구되고 있는 군집방법의 역사와 여러 연구분야의 실제자료분석에 응용할 수 있도록 군집분석을 6가지로 나누어서 분류하였고 그 방법론을 제시하였다.

The content of this paper is concerned with the pricing decision model when the new telecommunication service enter into market. The pricing decision model of firm level is based on the problems of the previous service pricing model that are abstracted from the literature survey. We suggest a new pricing model and prove the model's fitness using the way of empirical simulation study. We empirically apply the proposed model to obtain the price level of such a new service as the convergence service between mobile communication service and broadcasting service. finally, we prove that the proposed model is successful because we get the new . service price based on the pricing decision model suggested in this paper.

As cloud services and deployment models become diverse, there are a growing number of cloud computing selection options. Therefore, financial companies need a methodology to select the appropriated cloud for each financial computing system. This study adopted the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to classify factors for the introduction of cloud computing in financial companies. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the evaluation items are layered into the performance perspective and the cloud consideration factor and a comprehensive decision model is proposed. To verify the proposed research model, a system of financial company is divided into three: account, information, and channel system, and the result of decision making by both financial business experts and technology experts from two financial companies were collected. The result shows that some common factors are important in all systems, but most of the factors considered are very different from system to system. We expect that our methodology contributes to the spread of cloud computing adoption.

전력산업은 환경문제로 인해 사업수행이 점차 어려워지고 있으며, 전원개발계획 수립을 위한 의사결정 단계에서 환경외부성을 고려하는 문제가 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 전력계획수립의 초기단계에서 환경문제를 통합하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 다속성 효용이론(Multi-Attribute Utility Theory: MAUT)을 적용하여 환경영향의 다속성 지수를 구성하는 접근방법을 제시한다. 먼저 연구배경과 제안된 방법론을 개괄적으로 살펴본 후, 기술적인 판단과 가치 판단에 근거한 지수구성에 요구되는 제반 가정 및 단계를 소개한다. 다음으로, 우리 나라의 전력산업에 대한 실증분석을 통해 다속성 지수를 도출한다. 마지막으로 환경지수와 화폐 간의 트레이드-오프(trade-off) 관계를 분석하여 환경의 사회적 가치(societal value)를 도출하고 연구결과의 유용성에 대해 설명한다.

요구공학에서 추적성은 최상위 설계요건과 하부 컴포넌트 설계도면과의 논리적인 연관성을 극명하게 나타내는 지표이다. 핵연료주기 시설인 파이로 시스템의 신뢰성을 증진시키기 위해 데이터 분석 및 의사결정 방법을 제안한다. 샘플 데이터를 입력하여 실험한 결과 파이로시스템의 최상위 설계요건부터 컴포넌트 설계도면까지 요구사항을 충족시킴으로써 추적성의 논리근거를 마련하였다.

This study focuses on the evaluation of an article about the AHP methodology in project area at 2001 edition. It is titled, "Application of AHP in project management," by K.M.A.S-S. Al-Harbi. This paper presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision making method in project management. The evaluation by each section is based on the model by Fred Pyrczak (2008) in Evaluating Research in Academic Journals. This paper has an implication that evaluation method can be shown by quantitative numerical value.

This paper deals with the operation of air taxis, which is one of the latest innovative technologies aimed at solving the issue of traffic congestion in cities. A key challenge for the successful introduction of the technology and efficient operation is a vertiport location problem. This paper employs a discrete choice model to calculate choice probabilities of transportation modes for each route, taking into account factors such as cost and travel time associated with different modes. Based on this probability, a mathematical formulation to maximize the utilization rate for air taxi is proposed. However, the proposed model is NP-hard, effective and efficient solution methodology is required. Compared to previous studies that simply proposed the optimization models, this study presents a solution methodology using the cross-entropy algorithm and confirms the effectiveness and efficiency of the algorith through numerical experiments. In addition to the academic excellence of the algorithm, it suggests that decision-making that considers actual data and air taxi utilization plans can increase the practial usability.

CALS/EC의 도입ㆍ활용은 생산 및 유통비용의 감축과 업무처리시간 단축 및 조직간 정보교환의 원활화를 통해 산업 및 국가경쟁력 향상에 기여하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이제 제조업이나 서비스업을 막론하고 세계화의 추세에 맞춰 국제적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업으로 성장하기 위해서는 CALS/EC의 도입이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 우리나라와 같은 CALS/EC 후발국의 입장에서 볼 때, CALS/EC 도입 환경이 제대로 성숙되어 있지 못한 채 구체적인 도입 유형 및 방법론 등에 대한 연구가 취약하여 도입 관련 의사결정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 결국 CALS/EC 도입 의사결정에 수반된 도입 목적의 파악 및 효과 측정방안, 대상요소기술의 선택, 적용 대상분야의 산정 등에 관한 구체적인 대안제시가 실무적으로 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 위와 같은 문제점을 인식하고, CALS/EC 도입과 관련된 의사결정을 위한 기반연구를 수행함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 CALS/EC가 그 유형별로 고유한 특성이 존재한다는 전제하에 우선 CALS/EC의 유형별 분류체계 정립을 시도하였으며 각 유형의 차별성을 부각하는 유형별 특성 모형을 개발 제시하였다. 다만 본 연구의 결과물을 근거로 수립될 구체적인 유형별 도입방법 및 절차는 후속연구에서도 다루기로 한다.
