The purpose of the study were first to propose and determine the influence of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior related to clothing would be mediated by consumer's clothing involvement and second to examine whether sensation seeking tendency is applicable variable on segmenting market expecially using underlying factors of sensation seeking tendency. A questionaire was developed and data were collected from 342 women ranged in age from 0 to 34 years. They were conveniently selected as a proper sample for applying and examining sensation seeking tendency. Arousal seeking tendency scale(Mehrabian & Russel 1974) was selected for operationalizing sensation seeking tendency and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency were also investigated. The influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeing tendency was not. Artistic sensation seeking tendency had little effect on clothing involvement and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeking tendency was not. This study, the second in two part series, focuses on effect of product involvement and consumer knowledge on consumers' perceptions of six dimensions of clothing price: price -quality schema, prestige sensitivity: sale proneness, price mavenism, value consciousness, and price consciousness. Additionally, correlation between product involvement and consumer knowledge was examined. Multi-item measures of six dimensions of price, product involvement, and consumer knowledge were included in the questionnaires. The subjects were 264 college students living in Seoul, Korea. The data were collected by self-administered questionnaires and analyzed by factor analysis, regression analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS PC. In addition, two focus group interviews were conducted to obtain qualitative data for the result interpretation. Results of this study showed that the degree of consumers' product involvement significantly affects consumers' perceptions of each price dimension except price consciousness dimension. Consumers' knowledge about clothing has a significant effect on consumers' perceptions of all price dimensions. Dimensions of product involvement and consumer knowledge were partially correlated. Marketing implications based on these results were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of clothing involvement, store and brand loyalty orientation on the information search behavior. The study subjects comprised 298 females living in Seoul and Kyung-gi area. The data were analyzed with factor analysis, regression, cluster analysis, ANOVA and correlation analysis. Clothing involvement and information search behavior consisted of various factors. Clothing involvement, store and brand loyalty influenced information search behavior. Fashion and clothing involvement was the most important factor which influenced all loyalty and information search behavior(i.e. brand and store loyalty, personal and nonpersonal information search behavior). According to store and brand loyalty factors, female consumers classified into three groups : low loyalty, brand loyalty and store loyalty group. Three groups showed different clothing involvement, information search, clothing purchasing behavior and demographic variables. Therefore, loyalty orientation is the important factor which can describe the consumer behavior more effectively.
Even though self-confidence is a personal factor of a people, it works as behavioristic factor in consumer behavior. In this study, the influence of consumer self-confidence on clothing purchase behavior was investigated. A total of 284 data sets were analyzed after collecting questionnaires from college students in Seoul using convenient sampling method. For data analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance, reliability test and factor analysis were performed by SPSSWIN program. The results were as followed. First, the clothing purchase places were affected by the consumers' level of self-confidence. The more confident consumers preferred internet shopping and Dongdaemun market to large-scale shops. The discount stores were selected by the less confident consumers. Second, information search was one of the main reasons to visit internet shopping mall by the more confident consumers. Third, the more confident consumers showed the higher level of clothing involvement than the less confident consumers. Finally, unplanned purchases, such as pure impulse buying and reminder buying were more likely to occur by the more confident consumers with less purchase conflicts.

This research aimed to examine an advertising location according to consumer involvement about internet search advertising and advertising effect according to advertising forms. This research carried out a questionnaire survey from May 25, 2011 for seven days with the target of men and women at the age of 20s-30s who tried search advertising in Seoul and capital area, and 519 copies were used for final analysis. For analysis of collected materials, the reliability test, factor analysis, $t$-test, regression analysis and ${\chi}^2$ test were executed by using statistical package SPSS 16.0. The results are as follows. First, it appeared that consumer's clothing involvement, advertising involvement, advertising location and advertising forms had an influence on site attitude and clicking intention. Consumers of high clothing involvement, high advertising involvement and upper end advertising appeared to have high site attitude and clicking intention. Second, all consumers of the low and high clothing involvement and upper end advertising appeared to prefer the upper end advertising. It appeared that consumers of low advertising involvement prefer lower end advertising, and consumers of high advertising involvement prefer the upper end advertising at an advertising location according to clothing involvement. Accordingly, it is important that the search advertising exposes advertising in the upper end, and that should use an advertising phrase capable of giving trust to consumers. As the text advertising had high site attitude and clicking intention in the advertising forms, consumers should pay attention to the advertising phrase.

Consumer may perceive needs of certain product information online rather than the number of pieces of information available for decision making. In addition, consumers may seek information that is more relevant to apparel category. Moreover, involved consumers intensify information seeking and seek certain information. The purpose of this study is to identify the perceived importance weight of each information cue when shopping apparel via the Internet, to investigate the differences of the perceived importance weight of product information cues in product category, and to examine the relationship between apparel involvement and the perceived importance weight of product information cues. This study employed a single-factor within-subjects design experiment that simulated online purchase situation for two product types, Jeans and a Shirt. A total of 125 college students participated in this study. Results indicated that selected information such size available, price, style, color description, item measurement, stock available, and item quality (in sequence) can be considered as global cues to judge product quality and influence purchase decision regardless of product category. The significant multivariate effects for product category on the perceived importance weight of product information cues were found. Personalization, fiber content, and fabric structure were product specific information cues. Consumers' product involvement significantly influenced the perception of information weight. Therefore, product information can be personalized based on consumer involvement
