Pulse Oximeter is used two different wavelength light sources. Two signals measured by light transmission in the body parts. SPo2 is calculated from the measured signal. These optical methods is have the light absorption properties of oxygen in the blood. SPo2 is to be called vital signs of $5^{th}$and important in modern medical. But, exist pulse oximeter was used just user for viewing the SPo2. That was a lack of used communication Monitoring function. In this paper using the Bluetooth feature on the exist pulse oximeter to communicate with the outside of the Gateway for design medical devices standards protocol IEEE 11073-10404 built-in pulse oximeter. Also user can be monitoring the U-Health Gateway through the pass SPo2 information.

In Republic of Korea, there are considerable vulnerability in electrical stimulating swallowing-assist equipments even though they are professional medical equipments and have high penetration rate with heavy frequency of use. Therefore, in this article, we developed Device Management and Safety Diagnosis Manual for Electrical Stimulating Swallowing-Assist Equipments system. For achieving this, we collected and analysed international standard data from international organizations like International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC). After literature reviews, we build maintenance worksheet and equipment procedure manual for electrical stimulating swallowing-assist equipments according to evidences we collected. These manual and protocol would be used as standard process and contribute to sustain accuracy, effectiveness of the devices, also decrease failure rate and assist to save medical documents.

These days, with increasing interest about the health care, research about standard for transmitting/receiving data of health device has been actively conducted. Standardization and testing / certification is underway through the IEEE 11073 PHD, Health Level Seven and the Continua Health Alliance, it'll continue to be more research and experiments in the future. In this paper, we introduce the IEEE 11073 PHD standards for exchange of remote health information and the Bluetooth Health Device Profile(HDP) for health device profile of the Bluetooth technology, also we conducted experiments about exchange health information between health device and smart device which are adapted the IEEE 11073 PHD and Bluetooth HDP. Transmitting/receiving of the IEEE 11073 PHD standard protocol using the Bluetooth HDP profile between health device and smart device can be known by this experiment, and it expect to implement variety of remote medical services through health device supporting these standards in future.
