This study aim to arrange ISD from the competency context and from the Dual major base of junior colleges related to Dept. of Administrative Professional. By analysing the curricula of the Korean capital area junior colleges of secretarial service, extracted some ability factor and classified it on the basis of NCS and competency grouping. From this, the basic direction of Standardizing Competency can be determined and it applied to develop ISD. Thus the Multi ground base of ISD can be constructed which served on developing a convergence human resource. It may give an implication and practical methodology for the junior colleges of secretarial service related Dept. to make a framework for developing a multi ground based ISD which can be designed from the multiple competency and from more than two complex major.

현재 국내외적으로 가뭄, 홍수 등 물 관련 재해 발생 규모가 커지고 빈도 또한 많아지고 있으며 이러한 자연재해 및 이상현상으로 인해 체계적인 대응을 위한 수재해와 관련된 연구들이 지속적으로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 수재해 관련 연구를 수행함에 있어 많은 물관련 자료들이 필요하며, 이러한 자료들을 각 연구자별로 수집하여 수행하게 되는데 자료를 수집하는데 소요되는 시간 및 요구되는 정확도를 확보하지 못하는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 이처럼 강수량, 기온 등과 같은 기초데이터와 수위, 유량 등 물관련 데이터 등 연구 수행지원을 위한 체계적인 데이터 활용 및 체계 구축관련 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 수재해 관련 정보시스템에서는 데이터 연계 구축 항목으로 위성, 레이더 등 광역 관측 장비를 이용한 관측데이터와 관련 연구를 수행하는 기관의 데이터를 제공할 예정이다. 제공할 항목은 홍수, 가뭄 등 자체 생산된 수재해 관련 데이터와 공개된 데이터를 가지고 있는 미항공우주국(NASA) SEDAC(Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center)에서 제공해주는 약 51개의 토지이용도, 수재해, 물 등의 데이터가 있으며, 미국해양대기관리처(NOAA)에서 주제도별 데이터로 가뭄정보, 기온, 월평균강수, 월 총강수량 등이 있다. 자체 수집된 데이터를 UX기반의 형식으로 제공하며, 또한, 관련기관의 물관련 데이터를 해당 홈페이지 제공 및 연동 등의 방법과 데이터 DB화를 이용한 서비스 제공 방안 등으로 수재해 정보 서비스 사용자의 유연한 데이터 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 기초데이터를 사용자의 경험을 통한 UX디자인으로 수재해 정보 서비스를 구축할 예정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광역 관측 장비인 위성으로부터 생성된 강우와 증발산량, 토양수분량 등과 고정밀소형레이더 기반의 도심 내 국지호우를 예상할 수 있는 강수량 등을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, NASA와 NOAA의 데이터를 활용하여 물관련 연구 및 수재해 관련 연구 등에 도움을 주기 위해 기초조사 및 데이터 제공방법을 제시하였다. 국가 물 관련 재해 데이터를 관련 사용자들이 기초조사 및 분석할 때 쉽게 접근하며 사용할 수 있는 데이터 활용 방안연구에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료되며 관련 연구를 진행할 때 데이터 수집의 시간을 단축시키며 필요한 데이터의 정확도를 높일 것으로 판단된다.

The Army, which is dreaming of a military leap forward through the fourth industrial revolution, needs to also consider the side effects and adverse functions of the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, this study conducted an analysis of whether it was consistent with the global technological trend of normal 'military security'. This paper focuses on the countermeasures that could result from 4th industrial revolution by utilizing the text-mining technique and social network technique of big data. 1. The AR/VR-based education and training system is expected to contribute greatly to accident prevention and budget reduction as well as practical training effects similar to the battlefield environment. Research to use AR/VR for learning is ongoing, and technology can be improved without experiencing failures that can occur in the real world. Major advanced countries in defense recognized the advantages of AR/VR technology early on, and developed and utilized systems using them in various fields, from mastery of individual weapon system operation to comprehensive combat training systems, war history education, and post-traumatic stress treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the cases of AR/VR application education and training in advanced defense countries and to draw implications for the South Korean military.

The development of information and communication technology in the 21st century has increased operational efficiency by providing hyper-connectivity and hyper-intelligence in the control systems of major infrastructure, but is also increasing security vulnerabilities, exposing it to hacking threats. Among them, the electric power system that supplies electric power essential for daily life has become a major target of cyber-attacks as a national critical infrastructure system. Recently, in order to protect these power systems, various security systems have been developed and the stability of the power systems has been maintained through practical cyber battle training. However, as cyber-attacks are combined with advanced ICT technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, it is not easy to defend cyber-attacks that are becoming more intelligent with existing security systems. In order to defend against such intelligent cyber-attacks, it is necessary to know the types and aspects of intelligent cyber-attacks in advance. In this study, we analyzed the evolution of cyber attacks combined with advanced ICT technology.

This paper is a study of TPS Migration to a multi-purpose ATS which is used for functional testing of Avionics parts. The dedicated ATS used for the performance test of avionics parts has a lot of difficulties in domestic MRO companies that carry out maintenance of high-level avionics ranging from tens of thousands won to several hundreds of billions won. For this reason, in this paper, I have studied the procedure of TPS migration to use the wire-harness in generators used in A aircraft, which is a maintenance product using a dedicated ATS, as a general-purpose ATS. Through the proposed study, We confirmed the 100% performance verification after the TPS migration from the proprietary to the general purpose. It is possible to expand infinitely through the standardization of the procedure.

블록체인을 포함하는 분산원장기술은 신뢰할 수 없는 네트워크 상에서 공동으로 거래 정보를 검증하고 기록, 보관함으로써 원장의 무결성과 신뢰성을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 분산원장기술을 이용한 제반 응용시스템이 실세계에서 적용되고 확산되기 위해서는 거버넌스 체계가 구축되어야 한다. 일반적으로 거버넌스란 특정 조직내에서의 지시와 통제활동이라고 할 수 있는데, 분산원장시스템의 경우, 다양한 조직 또는 시스템을 포함하고 있으며 거버넌스 체계도 분산 또는 탈중앙화된 형태로 존재하므로 기존의 조직 거버넌스 체계와 다른 특성과 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO TC 307에서 진행하고 있는 분산원장시스템 거버넌스 표준화 활동을 소개하고 향후 전망과 대응방안을 검토한다.

In this paper, we propose an approach to get the requirement of drone acquisition for the efficient dronebot combat system using brute force algorithm. We define parameters, such as width, depth, and important surveillance area for the surveillance mission in the Army battalion and company units based on real military operation environment and brute force algorithm with 4 steps including first, next, valid, output is applied to get the requirement of drone acquisition and each drone's path planning using computer simulation. As a result, we could get the requirement of drone acquisition and each drone's path planning, the Army could utilize our proposed approach in the Army dronebot combat system. In the future research, we will study on the reliability of our proposed approach to get the requirement of drone acquisition for the efficient dronebot combat system.

The purpose of this study is to review systematically the literatures on the research of the elderly speech signal processing based on the domestic gender innovation and to introduce the utility and innovation of the gender analysis methods. From 2000 to present, among the 37 research papers published in the Korean Journal, 25 papers were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. And gender analysis methods were applied to gender research subject and design. Research results show diversity of research field and high gender recognition of R & D team are needed in research and development of engineering of gender innovation perspective. In addition, government-level regulation and research funding should be systematically applied to gender innovation research processes in the elderly voice signal processing and various gender innovation projects. In the future gender innovation in the elderly speech signal processing can contribute to the creation of a new market by developing a voice recognition system and service that reflects the needs of both men and women.

This study aims to systematically review literature on organizational socialization in the field of nursing. The keywords of 'organizational socialization' and 'nursing' were combined with the AND operator, and the author analyzed the total of 26 journal articles published between 2010 and 2020. The number of journal articles on organizational socialization has increased since 2016, and all the articles took an descriptive study approach. It was found that the variables of resilience, role stress, perception of justice, bullying, professional self-concept, and organizational climate could affect organizational socialization, and the variables of intention to leave, intention on retention, resilience, and organizational commitment could be affected by organizational socialization. The result of this study can be used for guiding organizational socialization research in nursing.
