This study not only examines the intermediating process of the association between ethical leadership and safety behavior, but also tries to find a factor which moderates the positive influence of ethical leadership. To achieve it, this paper tried to identify the mediating effect of employee's psychological safety between ethical leadership and safety behavior, as well as the moderating influence of moral identity in the ethical leadership-psychological safety link. By utilizing 3-wave survey data from 227 employees in Korean companies with conducting structural equation modeling(SEM), this paper found that ethical leadership had a positive influence on safety behavior through mediating effect of psychological safety. In addition, employee's moral identity positively moderated the positive impact of ethical leadership on psychological safety.

The purpose of this study is to derive theoretical and policy implications by specifying the meaning of proactive administration through the review of theories related to previous studies and analyzing the effect of ethical leadership and job autonomy on proactive administration. To verify the hypotheses, an analysis was conducted on 275 surveys after a pilot-test. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the ethical leadership and job autonomy had a significant influence on proactive administration. This suggests that the higher ethical attributes of the leader, the higher the job autonomy of the person in charge when performing the works, the higher the possibility of proactive administration proactive administration being realized. In addition, it was found that the ethical climate had a moderating effect between job autonomy and proactive administration, but the moderating effect did not appear between ethical leadership and proactive administration. This result means that if the ethical climate is high, it is highly likely to positively accept autonomous actions for works, which can have a greater influence on proactive administration. However, although it did not have a moderating effect, each variable of ethical leadership and ethical climate had a significant influence on proactive administration, confirming that proactive administration has a significant relationship with ethical aspects within the organization.

This study is to identify that the efforts of business ethics build customer loyalty, and it makes customers lead to purchase behavior in the viewpoint of grasping convergence effect. The survey has proved that ethical management influences consumers' purchase behaviors, and consumers' image perception and trust on corporate play parameter role in that process. This results imply that corporate's ethical management gives increase in revenue and reputation to corporate. So managers must recognize business goes on when the social legitimacy is approved by the public, and make efforts to arrange systems and programs to foster ethical management. In the future study, it is required that an analysis to differentiate target range and level of implementation of ethical management and research associated with ethical issue of high public interest.

This study identifies the relationships between professional values, bioethics and death ethic perception in Korean nursing students. The study included 284 nursing students. Data was obtained through convenient sampling, adopting a cross-sectional design methodology. Professional values among nurses were significantly different according to occupational view (p<.001), ethical perception (p<.001) and ethical values (p<.001). Death ethic perception was significantly different based on ethical education (p<.05) and ethical values(p<.05). Positive correlations were found between nursing professional values, bioethics and death ethic perception, death ethic was significant predictors of professional values with an explanatory power of 15.0%. The findings of this study may assist in providing a detailed understanding of values among Korean nursing professionals, bioethics and death ethic perception.

Recently, as DNR prevails more and more in Korea, discussions regarding meaningless medical life-sustaining-treatment (LST) intensified. Some of the Supreme Court decisions are even discussed in mass media, causing public debates. These cases tell us that, as life-sustaining medical technologies are highly developed, more sociological and policy-related analyses are needed on them. Firstly, this study will review 40 previous studies that analyze recent discussions in Korea about LST. Secondly, this study also shows that in bioethical and policy-related perspectives, governance about LST calls for a new implications regarding thanatoethics and thanatopolitics. In this new theoretical framework, death with dignity (DwD) can be understood as a process of giving back the thanatopower to the subject who chooses his way of ending based on his sound and free will. Thirdly, some of the new LST or resuscitation technologies such as automated external defibrillators (AED) are developed in RRI framework. However, if subjects themselves choose not to apply those technologies on them, as in the case of DNR (do not resuscitate) vows, meaning of developing such technologies are to be questioned. But currently such questions regarding the limitations of RRI are seldom asked. I argue that in order to properly apply RRI framework on existing technology, we also need to consider these points.

The purpose of this study is to propose plans of accounting transparency enhancement for Korean firms' sustainable growth and moral management. Moral management is not optional but essential strategy under global competitive circumstances. It has been proved that sustainable growth was possible through moral management. The plans of accounting transparency enhancement obtained from this study are as below. The implementation of early childhood education on the role and function of accounting, including contents related accounting ethics in university business curriculum or accounting curriculum, including contents related accounting(management) ethics in various accounting qualification examination, building and utilization of systematic knowledge base on accounting fraud, strengthen supervision for implementation of stable and reliable K-IFRS, improving public ethics through strengthening ethical awareness, devotion of community leaders for the nation and society etc.

Organizational performance is directly associated with leaders' behavior and the importance of various leadership types are continuously emphasized. Various of leadership types are possessed of different roles and influences. Nowadays, Chinese organizations continue to reinforce social responsibility and demand ethical elements for continuous development of organization and performance improvement. It shows that the importance of ethical leadership is emphasized among Chinese organizations. Based on this phenomenon, this research focused on identifying the role of ethical leadership and verifying the level of performance. According to the current situation that requires innovation in relation to performance, we focused on the employees' innovative behavior. Furthermore, we also verified serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior on the relationship between ethical leadership and innovative behavior. This research focused on 336 employees in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises to conducted a survey and the data were used in empirical analysis. The results showed ethical leadership had a positive influence on innovative behavior. In additon, the serial multiple mediating effects of trust in leader and voice behavior were verified. Overall, this research focused on exploring performance that can be achieved through ethical leadership and finding the ways to improve performance. Finally, the future research related to ethical leadership and performance was presented.

The purpose of this research is to arouse attention to the importance of eliminating the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena on the Essence' in advertising expression by interdisciplinarily applying ethicality. This research shows that when advertising expression is planned and executed without enough consideration of ethicality, short-term effectiveness to reach goals can be increased, but it is easy to induce an unintended 'Shadows' Boomerang Phenomena'. This research also proposes that such processes arouse consumers' ethical defense mechanisms, possibly causing the 'Shadow Encroaching Phenomena' in the end. In conclusion, this research proposes the following. First, the pursuit of commercial profit in a capitalistic society must be done under the premise of securing a consensus of ethicality in a common society. Second, under the premise of an integrated process of education, sharing, execution, and confirmation of ethicality, companies can achieve both the micro-practical goal of profit pursuit and the macro-environmental goal of ecological sympathy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness towards academic misconduct in nursing students. A descriptive survey was performed from November to December in 2015 with self-reporting questionnaires for awareness toward academic misconduct. Participants were 355 nursing students who was in attendance at department of nursing in three university. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, nursing students' average point of awareness towards academic misconduct is about 1.71 out of 4. The study showed that irresponsibility on the class was the lowest level, on the other hand, disrespectful behavior in patient care was the highest among awareness towards academic misconduct. This has significant differences according to the their interpersonal relationship and motivation of admission. This study may provide basic data for enhancement of nursing students' recognition of academic improvement in academic integrity. Further studies should be needed to assess academic integrity policies, violations, and the results of the measures in nursing students.

This study attempted to test not only the influence of transformational leadership(TFL) on employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior(UPB), but also the mediating effect of organizational identification(OID) between TFL and employees' UPB. This study employed two research methods: literature review and empirical testing of the developed hypotheses. Data were collected through online questionnaire instruments from 229 employees working at companies in Korea. To test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was employed. The model is shown as adequately fitting to the data. The results showed that there was not a positive and statistically significant relationship between TFL and employees' UPB, and OID played as a mediator in the relationship between TFL and employees' UPB. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of TFL is linked to employees' UPB through OID.
