Ultrasonic testing for welds is widely used to ensure the integrity of facilities in NPPs. Automated ultrasonic testing(AUT) is more consistent than the manual ultrasonic testing(MUT). It can scan welded parts, examines the scanned images, and saves the results as data files. AUT in NPPs is making use of commercial systems, and there has been some difficulties in calibration of the system. An AUT system is developed. It comprises of pulser/receiver, scanner and a control program(SonicWizard). The performance demonstration for piping welds in NPPs and the piping wall thickness measurement on site were conducted to verify this system. The test results of the ultrasonic testing system developed is satisfactory and effective.

비파괴검사 기술의 레벨 향상과 안정화를 통한 시간적 재현성이 있는 비파괴검사 결과의 확보를 위해서는 비파괴검사 기술자의 자격 인정 및 인증(nondestructive testing qualification and certification of personnel)제도의 확립이 매우 중요하다. 비파괴검사 결과에 대한 유효성은 비파괴검사을 실시하는 사람의 능력이나 비파괴검사에 대한 책임을 지고 있는 사람의 능력에 크게 의존한다. 1974년부터 원자력 선진국들이 중심이 되어 수행된 PISC 프로그램(program for inspection of steel components) 및 EPRI 등에서는 순회시험 (piping inspection round-robin: PIRR trial) 결과 기존 비파괴검사 방법은 모의 시험편에 있는 상당히 큰 결함도 탐지하지 못하거나 정확한 결함크기를 측정하는데 실패한 경우가 있으며, 검사자의 기량 또는 신체조건에 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다[1]. 국제표준화기구(ISO)의 비파괴검사 기술자의 기량인정 및 인증에 대한 국제규격안 DIS(draft international standard) 9712에서는 비파괴검사를 기획 실시 감독 감시 평가를 하기 위한 적절한 이론적 및 실무적 지식을 필요로 하는 기술자의 능력을 평가하고, 문서화하는 방법을 제공하는 절차를 제시하고 있다. 국제표준화기구에 의한 비파괴검사 기술자의 기량인정 및 인증에 대한 국제통합을 추진하는 동기는 제 3자에 의한 체계적인 인증시스템을 가지고 있지 않은 나라와 새로운 NDT 방법에 대해서 인증제도를 적용할 때 세계적인 공통성을 갖도록 유도하기 위함이다. 현재, 우리나라 비파괴검사 기술자의 기술자격 인증제도는 국가기술자격법에 의거하여 한국산업인력공단에서 주관하여 기술사, 기사, 산업기사, 기능사로 구분하여 실시하고 있다. 국제표준화기구의 비파괴검사 기술자의 자격과 인증에 대한 국제 통합화(안)[2]이 거의 마무리 단계에 있고 일본을 비롯한 많은 나라가 국제규격을 기초로 한 새로운 인증제도를 발족시켜 거의 시행 단계에 있다. 반면 국내에서는 한국비파괴검사학회(KSNT)에서 비파괴검사 기술자의 자격인정 및 인증제도의 개선방향이 제시된 바 있고 [3], 표준화위원회에서 나름대로 준비를 하고 있으나 아직 구체적인 실천단계에와 있지 못하다. 본 고에서는 최근 대폭수정 보완된 ISO/DIS 9712 국제규격(안)을 회원들에게 소개하고, 우리나라의 향후 대응방안에 관한 회원 여러분의 의견 수렴에 도움을 주고자 ISO/DIS 9712(1997)를 번역하여 제공한다.

In this paper, we propose a method to analyze security vulnerabilities of MS word-processor by checking the validation of its input files. That is, this study is to detect some vulnerabilities in the input file of the word processor by analyzing the header information of its input file. This validation test can not be conducted by the existing software fault injection tools including Holodeck and CANVAS. The proposed method can be also applied to identify the input file vulnerabilities of Hangul and Microsoft Excel which handle a data file with a header as an input. Moreover, our method can provide a means for assessing the fault tolerance and trustworthiness of the target software.

부정행위 탐지는 개별 사용자의 행동 기록과 그 사용자와 유사한 프로필을 갖고 있는 사용자들의 행동 기록을 바탕으로 행동 패턴 혹은 행동 규칙을 찾아내, 이 패턴/규칙과의 비교를 통해 현재 행위가 부정한 것인지를 결정하는 방법을 주로 사용한다. 그러나, 특정 사용자의 행위패턴이 급격하게 바뀌는 경우, 과거의 기록을 바탕으로 생성된 패턴의 유효성은 보장받을 수 없다. 더구나 기존 기록과 상이한 행위에 대한 새로운 패턴이 생성되기 위해서는 계속해서 그런 행위가 쌓여야만 하고, 그 쌓이는 양은 기존 패턴의 견고성에 비례된다. 또한 동일 사용자에게 털러 패턴을 적용시키는 방법 역시 패턴간의 충돌이 일어나는 등의 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 시간 논리(Temporal Logic)를 적용하여, 과거의 패턴의 유효성을 검증하고 신규패턴을 빠르게 찾아내는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose a development of high speed inspection system which allows the inspection of width, definition and flaws in lead-frame using CCD camera. This system consists of the parts of lighting, inspection, lighting control, GUI and more and developed techniques used are lighting control, fast inspection algorithm and advanced measurement technique for improvement in resolution. The effectiveness in proposed method is proved by conducting field tests.

In this study, the parameters of Polysomnography (PSG) test, such as total sleep time, snoring time, had been analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of a developed anti-snore pillow. The developed anti-snore pillow is made up of two polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) vibration sensors, pumps, valves, and air bladders. The two PVDF sensors inside the pillow can acquire the sound signals and the algorithm was perfectly designed to extract snoring by removing unwanted noise accurately and automatically. Once the pillow recognizes snore, a pump inside the hardware activates, and a bladder under the neck area inside the pillow will be inflated. The PSG test was used and two volunteers were participated for the study. The parameters of the PSG results were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the anti-snore pillow. The total sleep time of each volunteer was similar on each phase of test, but the snoring time and the longest snoring episode were significantly decreased with the use of anti-snore pillow. The overall results showed excellent possibilities for reducing snoring for the person who snores during sleep by using the anti-snore pillow. The effectiveness of the anti-snore pillow can be evaluated by the PSG test. Moreover, the relationship between each parameter of PSG test and the quality of sleep will be used for further researches.

지식기반 사회에서 조다 효율적인 정보이용을 지원하기 위해 디지털 도서관 시스템인 MIRAGE 가 구현되어졌다 인터넷이 비약적으로 성장하고, 접속하는 사용자의 수가 증가함에 따라 MIRAGE 시스템에서 관리하는 링크정보를 폭발적으로 증가하게 되었다. 따라서 링크정보를 검색한 경우 웹 정보 객체간의 다양한 링크정보를 이용하여 사용자 중신의 서비스를 제공하도록 요구 되어지고 있다. 여기서 제안하는 링크서보를 링크가 가지는 유용한 정보를 체계적으로 분석하고 관리하여 검색에 사용함으로써 효율적인 검색 서비스가 가능하도록 제공하고 있다. 사용자는 자유롭게 웹상의 정보에 대해 링크정보를 만들고, 만들어진 링크정보는 데이터베이스에서 관리가 이루어진다. 하지만 웹상의 링크정보는 삭제가 되기나 변경이 뵉 경우가 있다. 여기에서는 시스템의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해서 링크서버는 따로 링크정보의 유효성을 주기적으로 검사를 하는 에이전트를 두고있다. 에이전트는 데이터베이스에 저장 되어진 링크정보가 항상 유효하도록 주기적인 검사를 통하여 항상 신뢰할 수 있는 링크서버가 농작이 되도록 지원을 하고 있다.

It is common that a junk mail has an inconsistency of mail addresses between those of the mail headers and the mail recipients. In addition, users easily know that an email is a junk or legitimate mail only by looking for the title of the email. In this paper, we tried to apply the filtering classifiers of mail address validation check and the combination method of title-content weighting to improve the performance of junk mail filtering system. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we performed an experiment by applying them to Naive Bayesian classifier. The experiment includes the unit testing and the combination of the filtering techniques. As a result, we found that our method improved 11.6% of recall and 2.1% of precision that it contributed the enhancement of the junk mail filtering system.

본 연구목적은 한국어판 실어증감별진단검사를 이용하여 2회 이상 경과를 검토할 수 있었던 Broca실어의 3증례에 있어서의 개선경과를 초회평가시의 실어증 중등도가 거의 같은 일본의 장기 관찰예와 비교하여 장애 pattern의 검출 및 개선경과의 추적에 있어서의 한국판 실어증 감별진단검사의 유효성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 신경학적으로 안정되어있는 실어증환자의 경우 중증도별로 보면, 언어과정 전반의 득점 profile은 유사성이 높았으며, 치료경과에 양국어의 일반성과 특수성이라고 하는 면에서는 금후 한층 더 상세한 토의가 요구되었다.

XML 전용 데이터베이스 시스템의 등장 및 갱신 연산 지원되면서 갱신 연산의 유효성 검사 및 효율적인 갱신 연산의 충돌 감지 기법의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 필요성은 잘 정형화된 XML 문서와는 달리 스키마의 제약사항을 준수해야 하는 유효한 XML 문서 환경에서 절실히 요구된다. 특히, 효율적인 갱신 연산의 충돌 탐지 기법은 질의 컴파일러의 질의 최적화 및 트랜잭션 관리의 높은 병행수행 목적을 달성하는데 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문은 판독-갱신 및 갱신-갱신 연산 사이의 충돌을 정의하고, 유효한 XML 환경에서 효율적으로 충돌을 감지하는 기법을 제안한다.
