A Road Sign Framework Development for Rural Highway System (지방도 도로표지의 안내체계개선(안내지명 선정을 중심으로))

  • 주간선도로의 ITS 사업 등 동적정보의 제공이 최근 도로이용자에게 제공되고 있으나, 지방부의 정적인 정보를 제공하는 도로표지는 아직도 안내기능이 취약한 것이 사실이다. 지방부 도로를 대표하는 지방도는 연장에 있어서 모든 도로를 통해서 최장이며 고속국도, 국도, 국가지원지방도와 함께 복잡한 도로망을 형성하고 있다. 즉, 도로의 대종을 차지하는 지방도는 아직도 정적정보제공기반도 취약하다는 것이며, 증가하는 수요에도 불구하고 길 찾기의 기능이 가장 미흡한 도로가 지방도이다. 이러한 지방도의 경우 같은 위계의 지방도 간에도 노선연장 및 지역적 차이가 크며, 노선의 연속성 또한 미약하다. 이러한 지방도 도로안내체계의 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 노선별 적절한 안내지명을 선정하고, 선정된 지명을 통해 도로안내 및 표지간의 연계성을 유지하기 위한 도로표지시스템을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이동에 있어 중추적 기능을 수행하는 도로가 아닌 지방도는 장거리 통행을 위한 위계 높은 도로와의 연계가 필수적인 만큼 본 연구에서는 도로표지규칙의 지방도 안내지명 선정에 대한 선정원칙을 재검토하고, 지방도의 적절한 안내지명 선정을 위해서 타 노선과의 연계유형을 분석하였다. 분석결과 9가지의 유형을 도출하였고, 도출된 노선연계 유형을 기반으로 노선별 거점을 선택하는 것으로 하였다. 한편, 안내지명에 대한 설문을 실시하였고, 그 결과 각 노선별 거점을 중요지와 주요지로 구분하여 정의, 선정하여 안내를 위한 기본 틀을 제시하였다. 제시된 안내지명서정요령 및 틀을 통해 지방도내의 및 지방도와 기타도로와의 연계성이 더욱 고조되고, 안내체계의 효율성의 증대가 기대된다.

조직관리와 직무만족: 한국의 교육기관에 대한 위계적 선형모형(HLM) 분석

  • 본 연구는 조직관리자의 조직 내부 및 외부관리 노력과 관리경력 등 관리자의 개인적 특성이 조직구성원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 분석을 실시한다. 층화군집추출로 표집된 한국의 150개 중학교에 대해 3년간 학교, 교장 및 교사 조사를 통해 얻어진 다중원천 자료에 근거하여 위계적 선형모형(HLM)분석을 실시한 결과, 조직관리자인 교장의 관리경력 등 개인적 특성과 함께 교장의 내부관리 노력과 상부기관 및 학부모 등 주요 이해관계자에 대한 의견수렴 등 외부관리 노력이 모두 교사들의 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 결과는 선행연구에서 제시하는 개인 및 조직수준 직무만족 설명변수들인 교사의 인구통계학적 특성, 직무동기, 자기효능감, 학교유형, 조직규모, 소재지역, 학교자원 등을 모두 통제한 상태에서 나타났다는 점에서 최근 공공관리 문헌에서 주목받고 있는 관리가 중요하다(management matters)는 주장의 한국적 맥락에서의 타당성을 지지하고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 관한 연구로 호텔기업에서의 조직문화 유형에 따라 LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) 상사와 구성원(종사원)과의 차이가 있는지를 검증하고, 조직문화 유형에 따라 경영성과에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 검증하고 마지막으로 조직문화 유형별(관계지향, 위계지향, 혁신지향, 과업지향) LMX가 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법(documentary study)와 실증적 연구방법(empirical)을 병행하였다. 회수된 설문지를 분석하여 호텔기업의 조직문화 유형별 LMX와 경영성과에 대한 방향과 시사점, 개선방안을 제시하고 한다.

Studying Life Zone Determination and Classification of South Korea for Providing and Operating Living SOC Facilities in the Post-COVID-19 Era (코로나-19 이후 시대에 생활SOC 시설의 설치·운영을 위한 우리나라 생활권의 설정과 유형 구분 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish a life zone class suitable for Korean characteristics in the post-COVID-19 era and to classify the types for the installation and operation of living SOC facilities. Method: The concept of the life zone was established through policies and previous studies related to the life zone, and data in various fields such as population, employment, transportation, economy, and education were classified using the z-score technique. Result: Korea's life zones can be classified into metropolitan life zones, regional life zones, urban life zones, village life zones, and neighborhood life zones, and depending on their roles, they can be classified into central life zones, workplace-residential balanced life zones, residential life zones, industrial life zones, and low-density life zones. Conclusion: The results of this study show that proper life zone establishment and proper living SOC supply can prevent the decline of underdeveloped areas and contribute to balanced regional development

A Study on Urban Flower Landscape Type Classification - Focused on Literature and Expert FGI - (도시 화훼경관 유형화에 관한 연구 - 문헌 및 전문가 FGI를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify types of urban flower landscape. As a result of the study, first, through literature and case review, it was found that the four elements of place element, form element, natural element, artificial element, should be included in the sentence and key expression for defining the concept of flower landscape. In contemplating these four elements, a newly reconstructed concept of flower landscape was presented. This is expected to be the basis for the flower landscape integration theory. Second, flower landscape was defined as a genre and a unit of urban landscape. In addition, in order to build a system of flower landscape as a specialized area, after considering the concept, characteristics, and functions of a large category of urban landscape, its hierarchical categories with flower landscape were newly arranged. Thus, the flower landscape as an urban landscape was suggested. Third, in order to provide rational selection materials to consumers through type classification, related theories were investigated by expanding not only to the flower field, but also to the urban planning and urban ecology fields. 41 elements for the type classification were extracted, and 4 core elements were derived through the clustering process. Based on the 4 elements as the classification criteria, through the opinion verification from the FGI with experts, 9 types of middle-classification and 30 types of small-classification were derived. As a follow-up research suggestion, if a valid type is additionally established through a monitoring in the type application process, and more specified application types are developed and organized by expanding second-level classification hierarchy to the third-level hierarchy, this will lead to great studies improving the system of the types.

A Comparative Study on Cognition Difference of Maritime Polices' Organization Culture (해양경찰공무원의 조직문화에 관한 인식차이 연구)

  • Maritime police recognize that the organizational culture of various acting as a member of the organization. Also, marine policing and security activities to determine the number of build. The overall culture of maritime police who share the organization sub-culture may take place. Maritime police organizational culture and a variety of types of group culture, hierarchical culture, development culture, rational culture examined the differences in perceptions. Maritime police aware of the general results of the analysis are as follows; First, the maritime police officers of the age group of 20 was the highest recognition in hierarchy culture and rational culture. Second, the maritime police officers of the rank of captain was the highest recognition in development culture and rational culture. Third, differences in the perception of organizational culture by recruitment analysis show the difference in cultural groups showed, in particular, the special recruitment group of police officers, and maritime police culture can be seen tend to appear low.

Exploring Predictors Affecting Children's Character Development Using Hierarchical Linear Modeling: Focusing on Effects of Child Care Teachers' Emotional Support (위계적 선형모형을 이용한 유아 인성 발달 영향 요인 연구: 교사 정서적 지원의 영향력을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of child care teachers' emotional supports in individual classrooms on children's social skills, including self-control, assertion, cooperation, and responsibility that were related to their character development. Data were collected in a purposive sample involving 32 teachers working with 646 children at age five and 555 parents of the children. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used to analyze a two-level model. The results showed that there were significant differences among classes with data reported by teachers but characteristics such as teachers' education and work experiences, child-teacher ratio, and type of child care centers as well as teacher's emotional supports did not explain the differences. Children's age and gender, which were predictors at the individual level, significantly explained their level of social skills reported by parents as well as teachers. The findings implied that other predictors influencing differences among classes should be explored in future studies.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors on wage of the Disabled. This study attempts to identify organizational effects on wage of the disabled. Then, this study adopts hierarchical linear model for the study purpose. Data used for this article is the survey on the vocational rehabilitation facilities in Seoul. The results are as follows. First, wage of the disabled is different from organizations as well as individuals. So, there are necessities in the consideration of organizational effects and the application of hierarchical linear model. Second, effects on wage of the disabilities controlling individual factors such as age, educational level, period using the facilities, sex, whether or not beneficiary, type of disability are different from organization. Finally, there are interaction effects of type of disability and organizational character variables. The implications of these findings are as follows. First, more political concerns should be given on the management of vocational rehabilitation facilities. Second, it is needed to concern about vocational rehabilitation of the mentally disabled.

Biotope Type Classification based on the Vegetation Community in Built-up Area (시가화지역 식물군집 특성에 기초한 비오톱 유형분류)

  • This study aims to classify the biotope types based on the vegetation community in built-up areas by different land use and to map the plant communities. By classifying biotopes according to a taxonomic system, the characteristics of a biological community can be well-represented. The biotope classification indexes for the target area include human behavioral factors such as land use intensity, land-use patterns and land-cover types. The type classification was divided into four hierarchic ranks starting with Biotope Class, next by Biotope Group and Biotope Type and lastly by Biotope Sub-Type. The Biotope Class was first divided into two areas: the areas improved by humans and the areas unimproved by humans. The improved areas were again divided into permeable and non-permeable regions on the Biotope Group level. In the Biotope Type level, permeable paving areas were divided into areas with wide gap pavers and those with narrow gap pavers. The differential species of each biotope type are Lindera glauca, Conyza canadensis, Mazus pumilus, Vicia tetrasperma, Crepidiastrum sonchifolium, Zoysis japonica, Potentilla supina and Festuca arundinacea. The results of this study suggest that the biotope classification methodology, using a subjective phytosociological approach, is a useful and valuable tool and the results also suggest the possibility of applying more objective and scientific methods in mapping and classifying various environments.
