오늘날 멀티미디어 기술 발달과 더불어 멀티미디어의 활용 범위가 점차 넓어지고 있으며, 인터넷과 모바일 서비스를 이용하여 실시간으로 영상 및 정지영상을 재생할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 멀티미디어 발달과 함께 유해정보 규제 방안이 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 방식과 다른 유해사이트 정보 수집의 한계성을 극복하는 방법으로 클라이언트에서 수집된 정보를 이용하여 유해 정보를 차단하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 MPEG-4 객체 기반을 이용한 방법으로써 영상을 객체 단위로 구분하고 부호화 정보를 이용하여 유해정보를 차단하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 음란유해콘텐츠를 기술적으로 차단하기 위해 신호처리 기법에 기반한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 지금까지의 기술적인 방법 등이 목록기반과 단어기반에 기초한 방법이기 때문에 음란콘텐츠가 제대로 차단이 되지 않은 경우가 많았다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 신호처리에 기반하여 음란 유해 콘텐츠를 차단하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험에 의해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

정보 통신 기술은 무수히 많은 사회적 공헌을 이루어냈지만 유해 정보 범람이라는 사회적 문제를 야기한 주체이기도 하다. 유해 정보 범람이라는 부작용을 해결하고 깨끗한 인터넷 환경을 조성하기 위해, 인터넷 환경의 유해 정보의 특성과 유해 정보를 차단하기 위한 현재 기술 수준을 분석하고 향후 기술 개발 발전 방향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Change is doing our life more conveniently and abundantly by knowledge information society, but side effect and that is happening considerable and gropes solution in reply that did not expect in advance is urgent real condition. It can be called one of representative dysfunction of information-oriented society that human nature is revealed in open state to great many objectionable material and poisonous information such as violence kind that teenagerses who do not grow are gotten abroad through Information network system yet. So, to solve these fallacy, word-weighting process, where several harmful words which can be optained in internet site are discriminance and weighted, is utilized by using AC machine. At the result, the isolation rate of harmful site rose up to 90%, which means this process is greatly efficient.

본 논문은 유해콘텐츠를 접속하는 동기를 통하여 이를 효과적으로 차단하기 위한 전체적 방법에 대한 제시를 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠의 접속 동기를 분석한다. 또한 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠를 접속하는데 있어 가장 큰 요소인 스팸메일에 대해 실태 파악 및 분석을 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 스팸메일이 증가하는 이유, 스팸메일 발송자가 전자우편을 수집하는 방법 그리고 각종 스팸메일 방지 방안 및 스팸 방지 기술에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 또한 수신측에서 행해지고 있는 스팸메일 차단에 대해 여과를 안 하는 이유 등에 대해 조사함으로써 스팸메일 차단에 대한 연구 방향을 잡기 위한 기초 자료로 삼고자 하며 이를 기초로 이메일을 수집 단계에서부터 차단이 이루어 지게 하기 위한 종합적 차단 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

음란 유해 사이트는 70만개에 육박하고 있으며 초등학생들에게도 매일 평균 2개씩의 음란 사이트 안내에 대한 메일이 가고 있는 등 이에 대한 사회적 대응이 필요한 시점이 되었다. 특히 한글로 된 음란 유해 사이트가 세계 2위이며 그 증가율은 세계 1위인 상황이기 때문에 더 더욱 이를 차단하기 위한 기술적 방법론이 개발되어야만 하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 신호처리기법에 기반한 음란 유해 사이트 차단 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 전체 시스템중 본 논문은 영상에 기반하여 음란 유해 사이트를 차단하는 방법을 제안하고자하며 실험에 의해 본 논문의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

As internet activates, web sites that supply images harmful to the emotion of youth are overflowing rapidly. Chances that the youth approach to the harmful sites are increasing, and then the emotion of youth is damaged seriously. In this paper, we present the system that distinguish harmful ones from images in the web documents of user-accessed URLs and output the document after blocking images harmful to the youth. As the results of the experiments about performance of the web-images blocking system, we found the utility factor of blocking harmful images of the proposed system is 89.6％ in the full nudity 70.1％ in the half nudity, and the error rate is 2.4％ in the face images.

Problems related to information overload and harmful information have already expanded to national social problems as well as personal problems. This study explores the causes of Internet addiction, exposure to harmful information, malicious comments, fake information/information manipulation, and new alternatives that have recently been felt as social problems. Assuming that existing technologies/policies were not applied effectively, psychological cause analysis was performed for the fundamental problem approach. As a result, internal problems such as obsession with knowledge/understanding of wrong information/black and white stereotypes and prejudice were analyzed as main causes. Each proposed solution aims to help improve national technology/policy regarding internet addiction and blocking harmful information.

A intercepting program of Black List Filtering System is widely used for blocking the harmful information in the internet. Hut The Black List Filtering System give rise to reduce the performance of Client PC. In this thesis the author proposes the good way to solve a problem of the Black List Filtering System. Keep to the point that is puting the black List into The Black List Serve on Client/server Environment and building Black List into Client PC in use of revisiting pattern of web-user. The best effect that tried to Solve the problem in the experiment concerning the thesis is presented not only to maintain the performance of Client PC, but also to improve the speed of performance of Client PC.

유해한 이동코드는 웹 환경에서 흔히 발견될 수 있으며 시스템에서 적재되어 시스템 자원을 독점한다거나 부적절한 방법을 자원을 탐직하는 등의 불법적인 활동을 한다. 따라서 이러한 유해 이동 코드를 차단하기 위한 여러 가지 방법 즉, Firewall이나 Code Signing, SandBox, Playground등과 같은 보안 메커니즘이 제안되어졌으나, 이러한 보안 메커니즘들은 이동 코드들에 대한 유해성 여부를 판단할 수 없고 또한 제한적인 실행으로 이동 코드의 효율성을 저하시키는 단점들을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유해한 이동 코드를 진단.분석하고 이동 코드 실행을 탐지.차단 할 수 있는 탐지 소프트웨어를 개발하고자 한다.
