The technique of developing Digital Contents have still not be a standard, and it is cause some problems in the Digital Contents's creating, circulation and consumption, So solve the problem, MPEG suggest MPEG-21 framework. In the standard, The IPMP take charge of the Digital Contents's protection and management, and also it is the same as the rights expression language REL and the dictionary defining the word of REL. But. the study of the IPMP is later than the study of REL and RDD, such as the other study of the MPEG-21 standard. So, there is few system based REL and RDD. In this paper, in order to management and protect contents right. So facing the latest standard, we designed and implementation the Tool Server and the License Server based on REL/RDD.

Recently, In order to provide ubiquitous service, we develop each middleware and interface for sensors networks, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and GPS(Global Positioning System). We use GPS for the location-based services, RFID for identifying the distribution logistics services, sensor networks for collecting the context data such as temperature, humidity, barometric pressure. Recently, there is increasing the need of integrated interface for using these sensor elements complexly in agriculture and livestock, construction, medical applications and, etc. This paper developments a integrated common interface for supporting efficiently process of sensing data using RFID, GPS and sensor network. This interface have the filtering function, parsing function, queuing function, interface management function, access function and, etc. We present the integrated frame structure combined with the collected context data in GPS, RFID and sensor networks and, support the open interface for providing complex ubiquitous application systems. Therefore, this interface will be efficiently used the system using RFID, GPS and sensor network, and supported many ubiquitous application services.

The porous media of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is made of deformable materials. The shape of cross sectional area in air plate channels has been changed by structural deformation of the porous media. The uniform mass flow rate and pressure are major factors for safe and efficient operation in the PEMFC. Two kinds of models are provided for the flow analyses. Deformable and undeformable porous media are considered for numerical analysis and experiment of the air plate model. The numerical flow analysis results with deformable and undeformable porous media has some discrepancy in pressure distribution. The pressure differences are measured in order to compare with numerical analysis results. Pressures are measured between inlet and outlet of the air plate. The numerical analysis and experimental results show similar pressure distribution. It is shown that the pressure drops in the two approaches are well matched each other. It is proven that the consideration of structural deformation is required in the numerical analysis/experiment for the PEMFC design.

Since MPEG-21 IPMP has been working on International Standardization activity such as one of DRM systems from 1997, the standardization is recently re-started even though the activity was interrupted. According to the MPEG Brisbane meeting, the CfR of MPEG-21 IPMP will be determined on the next Hawaii meeting, therefore they will announce the CfP. However the CfP announced in MPEG Hawaii meeting but the CfR didn't announce because of unfinished requirement document job. Finally. the proposed techniques will be submitted till June 2004. In this paper, we explained the requirement of standardization based on a broadcasting circumstance and implemented the system of MPEG-21 including the architecture and IPMP systems, then we showed all functionality within the other MPEG-21 elements engines. In case of multimedia stream broadcasting system, it is a real-time processing system, the implemented MEPG-21 Architecture can be shown the use of Digital Item In the MPEG-21 terminal and additional MPEG-21 element engines.

This work focuses on the implementation and optimization of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System(AS/RS) which is associated with Logistics Information System(LIS). We survey literature and present a case study for the optimization of Logistics System. In the case study, we examine the adaptation and implementation of AS/RS after we analyzed the processes of the company. Logistics Information System is an important component to keep up with the competitive advantage in the global business environments. The company in the case applies LIS to its efficient physical distribution management. AS/RS leads to some benefits; maximized storage space, increased productivity, reduced labor costs and human error, and improved accuracy. AS/RS is found especially effective when working with narrow aisles and extremely high racks.

With the development of Information and communication technology the demand for intangible products, in this case contents; are increasing rapidly. However, the market for paid contents is relatively un-vitalized and especially the market for business contents, needed for promoting business or work; is even more stagnant. Existing studies seek to vitalize the paid content market by proposing business models from the supplier's aspect. This study carries out a qualitative research, to discover the causes for market non-vitalization of business content from the user's perspective; by conducting in-depth interviews with 125 customers of business contents targeting office workers and independent businessmen. Through the answers of in-depth interviews, in regards of reasons for purchasing/non-purchasing business contents and problems of business content market; the result indicated that value, trust, and quality are the factors that have direct influence on the purchase. The study proposes resolution to all the problems indicated in three influential factors and derived the responsibility of each paid content market participants; the supplier, related government institution, and user.

Today, many learned societies are very interested in publishing international journal, especially for titles from non-English speaking countries. In Korea, there is not many studies on publishing international journals except for some cases trying to internationalize domestic journals. This study analyzed international factors of domestic 143 titles offering DOI by KoreaScience. The analysis showed that many of these journals have low impact factors and editorial board without a lot of foreign scholars. Some titles don't have online submission platform or English websites. It is recommended that domestic journals should reinforce international factors including global distribution with visibility to be considered as reputable international journals.

In these days, application cases of national or international standards in the field of geo-spatial information based on information technology are being increased. Especially, demands regarding distribution, dissemination and interoperability of contents using geo-spatial images and these information resources are also on the increasing stage, so that standards as core elements supporting these trends are getting to be emphasized. However, interests on standards of geo-spatial image information processing including remotely sensed images and efforts for development and application of these standards are not enough, domestically. In this study, international standards for geo-spatial image information in ISO and OGC as well as the domestic status were reviewed with the summaries concerned. Comparison with international and domestic standards shows that most national standards were partly modified and translated with international ones, but there are rare cases of application plans or studies concerned in this field. If these situations are continued, industrial stack or applications of technologies regarding standards are getting lesser. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze some problems and to study strategy to overcome them, and the result of this study could be used for the initial works.

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze color image scale when viewing the public objects installed in Kongju National University and the installation environment, and preferred colors and color image scale in the color planning. The research was conducted with the analysis of the sculpture installed in the school and the questionnaire for the students. As a result of the study, suggestions were made for points to be considered for user's perception of environmental sculptures in the school and when constructing the sculpture. This study approaches the color of the public environment sculpture installed in the school academically, and proposes factors to be considered in the color planning stage in the future. Therefore, it is expected that this study will provide appropriate guidelines for the installation and planning of the sculpture in the school.

Retail firms have begun to pursue the marketing strategies, which stimulate consumers' sensibility and lead people to purchase their products. The visible effects of visual merchandising (VM) arouse consumers' interest and play an effective role in having busy people efficiently choose products. Apparel retail stores such as SPA use the offline store to be the experiential environment of their branding. Consumers' sensitivity and response toward various visual merchandising strategies needs to be accessed. The purpose of this study is to identify VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors. Relationship of such variables with other variables were accessed. As consequence variables, product satisfaction and unplanned purchase behavior were included in the study. An empirical survey data was collected from men and women of various ages. Results indicated that VM consciousness and VM evaluation attribute factors were not correlated with consumer demographic variables. VM evaluation attributes were factored into appropriateness, attractiveness and functionality dimensions. Clothing involvement and brand orientation significantly influenced product satisfaction and unplanned purchase. The direct and indirect effect (via VM consciousness) were significant. For unplanned purchase, brand orientation only had indirect effect. The influence of VM evaluation attribute factors were significant. Appropriateness had stronger effect on product satisfaction whereas attractiveness had stronger effect on unplanned behavior. Functionality dimension had only indirect effect on product satisfaction but did not show significant direct and indirect effects on unplanned purchase. This study identified the pivotal role of VM consciousness in various shopping and purchasing circumstances in offline retail store of apparel brands.
