Development of Quantitative Model for Structural Performance of Concrete Bridges Considering of Loads and Environmental Factors (하중과 환경인자를 고려한 콘크리트교량의 정량적 구조성능 평가모델 개발)

  • Bridge Management System (BMS) requires a more objective condition assessment over the lifespan of a given bridge. Thus, a quantitative assessment model of resistance capacity was developed here to meet the requirement for deteriorated concrete bridges. The model focuses on damage mechanisms of concrete bridges deteriorated by traffic loads and environment factors such as chloride and carbonation attacks. Also, it was applied to a typical concrete slab bridge which was severely damaged due to both load and environmental conditions. It was shown that the proposed quantitative model simulates well the deterioration level considering the two damage criteria.

  • Efficiency and efficient management on maintenance/repair/operation (MRO) phase is getting important with advance in technologies and complex functionalities of building and facility. Using software systems as well as advanced hardware systems in MRO area is spreading along with this trend to take advantage of information technology. Information of building and facility for MRO phase is derived from engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) phase. But most current commercial software systems in EPC and MRO are focusing on their own phase, which arise lack of consistency of information from EPC to MRO phase. But, the information system now used at the MRO phase stop flowing the building and the facilities information and then newly create. Moreover, from all asset management point of view, asset particulars such as the structures and equipments are different the value fluctuation. In order to reflect these information rationally, the construction costs are correctly distributed and the initial price of the asset particulars have to be estimated. In this study, develop the information model which can apply the cost information at the EPC phase to the MRO phase.

  • 본 논문에서는 불법적인 공격이 다양하게 발생하는 무한 네트워크에서 정보시스템에 대한 네트워크 보안 장치를 효율적으로 모색할 수 있도록 지원하고, 비용-효과적인 측면에서 서비스 수준을 유지하도록 정보시스템의 생존성 관리 모델을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 시스템 관리자들이 적절한 비용으로 공격에 대비한 방어장치의 수준을 결정할 수 있도록 지원하는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 건설 프로젝트 단계별로 생산되는 다양하고 방대한 정보에 대한 효율적인 관리와 정보의 상호 교환 및 공유는 건설 산업의 생산성을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 최근 건설 정보 통합에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지보수 등의 프로세스 및 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 정보 통합에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 BIM(Building Information Model)과 같은 정보 모델을 활용하여 정보를 통합 관리하는 것에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 건축 분야에 집중적으로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 토목 분야에서 프로젝트 정보의 통합적인 관리와 업무 프로세스 별 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 교환 및 공유를 위한 통합관리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 토목 프로젝트 통합 관리 시스템 구축을 위하여 토목 프로젝트 정보를 담을 수 있는 정보 모델을 설계하고, 토목 구조물 가운데 교량을 대상으로 하는 토목 프로젝트를 정보 모델에 적용해 보았다.

Development of Maintenance Simulation System and Prediction of Chloride Ion Permeation for Marine Concrete Structures (해양콘크리트 구조물의 염해 예측 및 유지보수 시뮬레이션시스템 개발)

  • As both laboratory accelerated experiment and field exposure experiment were performed, at recent, the fifth field test at five year exposures was proceeded according to long period experimental plan. Field experiment, for the adoption of the developed evaluation model, which is consisted of the analysis of chloride penetration profile at gate bridges of sea-dike completed 30 years ago was carried out during upgrading the basic evaluation model with analyzing the annual field test data. The surface concentration of chlorides was replaced to the concentration of chloride of inner concrete near the surface chlorides among his research results at basic model. Maage's suggestion function was accepted too as a diffusion coefficient of chloride after verifying the change of diffusion coefficient by analysis of annual field test data. The comparison of field data with model predictions and the estimation of remaining life time demonstrates that the proposed updated model and maintenance simulation system can be used to predict the chloride penetration profile in the marine tidal zone and appropriate repair period and cost.

  • Importance of road that is country base equipment is occupying fair part. Therefore, establishment of road and maintenance expense for road management are increasing continuously. These problem can manage efficiently through data model construction that take advantage of framework data. But, because of difference of method of study in research institution, framework data research was constructed being overlapped until current. This is because framework data research was no access of application side. Therefore, National Geographic Information Institute presented subject framework data model guide through framework data model standardization business. This research constructed road management data model that take advantage of traffic framework data. Therefore, we can check equal data construction and reduce expense accordingly. Also, because there are not data model development instances by framework data model, it is difficult that judge whether is suitable to apply framework data model guide. Hence, in this study, the extended road management data medel and the suitability of framework data is presented.

A Method for Establishment of Case-based Software Maintenance Maturity Model (사례기반의 소프트웨어 유지보수 성숙도 모델 수립 방안)

  • Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

A Case Study on the Reduction Costs Prediction of a Reinforced Concrete Bridge using LCC method (Life Cycle Cost 기법에 의한 RC Slab 교량의 절감비용 예측에 관한 연구)

  • This study predicts Life Cycle Cost of RC Slab bridge case in maintenance and operation level and calculated economic efficiency by the avoidable costs of a bridge. This result of the study can be summarized as follow: (1) LCC analysis model on the bridge case is suggested. (2) Maintenance and operation level of a bridge have been divided, and LCC of the bridge case has been predicted at current maintenance and operation level and required maintenance and operation level. (3) Reduction costs is predicted by LCC of the bridge case, and its economic efficiency is calculated.
