  • 일반적으로 기계장치나 구조물 등은 여러 가지형태의 반복하중을 받게 되며, 이러한 하중의 크기가 항복강도 이하에 있어서도 반복 피로 현상에 의해서 파괴되는 경우가 있다. 유압 피로시험기는 기계장치나 구조물의 재료나 부품에 대한 피로시험을 통하여 피로강도나 신뢰성 등을 시험하기 위한 장비이고, 본 논문에서는 유압 피로 시험기를 제어하고 데이터를 취득할 수 있는 제어시스템의 개발에 대해 서술하였다.

  • Two kinds of discontinuous control methods i, e., simple on-off(SOF) control and pulsating on-off(POF) control methods are implemented and compared each other for a low cast hydraulic position-control system which utilizes a solenoid-operated directional valve instead of a servovalve. Experimental work was carried out to investigate effects of control parameters and loading conditions on step response characteristics of the system for each control method. The results show that much higher accuracy and much better transient response characteristics can be achieved by POF controller than those by SOF controller. The results may be used as basic data in the selection of control parameters as well as in the design of the hydraulic position-control system.

  • 이 논문에서는 유압제어장치의 응답에 대하여 관성하중, 점성하중, 쿨룸(Coulomb)마찰 및 입력 신호의 주파수가 시스템에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였고, 이에 따른 속도와 압력파형을 주로 서 술하였다. 피스톤의 드리프트(drift)와 스프링하중을 제외한 대부분의 요소가 고려되었다. 추출된 방정식은 모두 무차원화 하였으며 입력 신호를 계단함수로 할 때에는 위치 피이드백 (feedback)이 삽입되었다.

  • This study proposes the system of new small sluice gate operated without the upper concrete structure. The new mechanism is composed of hydraulic system, driving mechanism to feed the floodgate up and down, hydrological locking device, safety device and etc. The hydraulic pumps and control systems away from the location of the sluice gate systems are installed and controled in place. The feed device with the hydraulic rack, pinion and hydraulic actuator is installed on the side of the sluice gate. The following results take the advantages of cost reduction, operation safety and compact product.

  • Variable guide vanes(VGVs) that consist of link mechanisms and an actuator system are required for an aircraft gas turbine engine to adjust the incidence angle of stator vanes. In this study, we developed a VGV actuator system for three-stage VGVs with two hydraulic actuators. The requirements for the actuator system were derived by analyzing the link mechanisms and air loads, and a hydraulic power-pack was developed based on these requirements. Through a load test using the actuator test-rig and the application of synchronizing control logic with proper control gains, the actuator system could be developed and verified.

  • In this study, the effect of the factors of a hydraulic modulator of ASMS was analysed. The modeling of ASMS was presented and the equation of ASMS was derived from the modeling. With this background, GUI analysis tool was developed. After the verification of the reasonability of simulation, the response of a hydraulic modulator is investigated through simulation of modeling. With this simulation, each behavior was predicted with changing the various parameters and determined the influenced factors to apply the designing process.

  • The parameters of electro-hydraulic servo system are closely dependent on the variation of system characteristics. Especially the parameter sensitivity is incleased in the servo system with heavy load and wide operating range. This paper shows the effect of parameter variation and the experimental parameter values of high power servo system.
