A Study on the Aging Change of Exit Light by Measuring the Ratio of Luminance (휘도비 측정을 통한 유도등의 경년변화 연구)

  • In this study, Exit light installed in offices, malls, hospitals, and factories were analyzed to analyze the luminance performance of CCFL and LED light sources. In addition, fire protection products with electrical characteristics such as Exit light may change their performance due to ambient temperature, humidity, and dust. So it was extracted by installation place and analyzed its characteristics. As a result of the experiment, Exit light for CCFL type showed the value of 'ratio of luminance 2' for large, medium and small. Considering that the reference value was 'lower than 9', the value was very good and it can be seen that there is almost no change in ratio of luminance due to aging. The Exit light for LED type showed a value of 'ratio of luminance 5', which means that the light on the display surface is not uniform. In addition, there was almost no change in ratio of luminance due to ageing, but the ratio of luminance was larger than Exit light for LED type. This is an unsatisfactory result from a visual point of view. To improve this, it is necessary to disperse the light of LED light source and strengthen the regulation on ratio of luminance.

  • 자동차의 배출가스가 가져오는 대기오염문제로 배출하지 않는 장점이 있는 전기자동차의 도입이 계획되고 있는 한편, 세계의 자동차관련메이커들은 꾸준히 개발$\cdot$개량을 추진하고 있다. 그 기술은 착실하게 진전되어 근거리역내에서의 교통수단으로서는 실용역에 이르고 있으며 앞으로 실용화를 위한 시험이 본격화될 것으로 보인다. 삼릉전기(주)에서는 보다 고성능의 전기자동차의 실용화를 위하여 유도전동기와 선진 구동제어 기술의 연구$\cdot$개발에 진력하여 유도전동기와 선진 구동제어기술을 조합한 구동시스템을 개발하였다. 유도전동기는 고속화, 냉각의 수냉화, 스테이터절연의 고내열화, 저손실코어재의 적용 등으로 소형$\cdot$경량화를 기하였다. 컨트롤러는 인버터의 파워소자에 구동$\cdot$보호회로를 내장한 IPM(Intelligent Power Module)을 채용하고 유도모터의 고효율화와 토크제어의 고응답$\cdot$고정도화를 양립시킨 고효율$\cdot$고응답벡터제어를 적용하였다. 또한 속도센서의 생략으로 코스트저감과 신뢰성의 향상을 위한 속도센서레스제어의 적용을 검토하고 있다. 이상으로 소형$\cdot$경량$\cdot$고효율$\cdot$저코스트를 조화시킨 고성능의 전기자동차구동시스템을 실현하였다.

  • 최근 반도체기술의 발달과 마이크로프로세서 제어기술의 발달로 유도전동기의 정밀제어가 가능해졌다. 유도전동기로서 고 응답성을 확보하기 위하여 주로 벡터제어방식을 도입하였다. 그러나 시스템이 모터 파라미터의 변화에 따라서 성능이 저하되거나 또는 불안정해질 수 도 있다. 특히 모터 파라미터변화의 하나로서 온도상승에 따른 모터 2차저항값의 변화는 시스템 성능에 심한 영향을 끼친다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 대책으로 파라미터를 동정하는 벡터제어방식을 연구하였다. 유도전동기의 2차저항을 동정하기 위해서 2차쇄교자속상의 1차전류에 교류분을 중첩시키는 것이 필요하였으며 동정시점의 결정은 2차전류가 정격의 1.5배에서 1분 경과한 때를 동정의 시점으로 하였다. 동정알고리즘은 등가 피이드백계를 도출하고 그것을 이용해 안정성이 확보되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.본 논문에서는 온도변화가 클 경우에만 모터 파라미터를 동정하여 제어 파라미터를 수정하므로써 정밀도의 향상뿐만 아니라 속응성의 향상도 기대할 수 있다.

  • 유도전동기의 전류 제어 시 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)이 만들어 낼 수 있는 전압 크기의 제한으로 인해 전류 제어기의 출력과 유도전동기에 입력되는 값이 다를 수 있다. 이로 인해 windup현상이 발생하게 되고, 이는 느린 정착 시간 및 큰 오버슈트와 같은 제어기 성능 저하를 야기 시킬 뿐만 아니라 심각할 경우 시스템의 불안정을 초래한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 유도전동기의 전류 제어 성능을 개선하기 위해 새로운 anti-windup PI 전류 제어 방법을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 증명한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a method to improve the performance by guidance technique and applying it to the precision guided ammunition. The proposed method is a technique designed to reduce the target error of ammunition by reducing the projectile error without analyzing the motion characteristics of the shot. This technique is applied to the moving average filter technique which is widely used as signal processing technique to reduce the fluctuation of the output of the inboard mounting inertial sensor caused by the rotation and the coning motion of the ammunition. In order to compare the performance of the applied technique including the simple 3D guided control technique and the proposed improvement technique. It is confirmed that the application of this technique improves the accuracy of impact of the cannon - launched ammunition with severe environmental conditions and irregular motion characteristics unlike the missile.

A Study on Toluene Oxidation Reaction Characteristics of Ni-Based Catalyst in Induction Heating System (유도가열 시스템을 이용한 Ni계 촉매의 톨루엔 산화 반응 특성 연구)

  • Research on induction heating catalyst system was conducted to solve problems of the existing catalyst system for removing volatile organic compounds. In the present study, three types of Ni-based commercial catalysts were employed, and induction heating reaction characteristics including the catalyst volume, composition, heat treatment atmosphere, and position in the coil were investigated. The composition and volume of the catalyst affected the exothermic and toluene oxidation performance in the induction heating system. In particular, the Fe-added catalyst showed high exothermic performance compared to that of other catalysts consisting of more than 99% Ni, but had low toluene oxidation performance. In addition, the heat treatment in an air atmosphere of the Ni-based catalyst drastically reduced the performance. In the induction heating system, the optimal condition for the catalyst was to be located in the center of the coil. The catalyst showed similar activities among seven repeated experiments under the optimal condition derived from this work.

  • This paper investigates the effects of thrust misalignments and offsets of the lateral center of gravity of a space launch vehicle on its guidance performance. Sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulations are applied to analyze their effects by computing changes in orbit injection errors when including the error sources. To compensate their effects, the attitude controller including an integrator additionally and the Steering Misalignment Correction (SMC) routine of the Saturn V are considered, and then Monte Carlo simulations are performed to evaluate their performances.

  • 철도차량용 선형추진시스템에 있어서, 지상레일에 설치되는 선형유도전동기의 2차측의 리액션플레이트의 시공 공차에 의해서 발생되는 1차측과의 공극의 변화는 추진 시스템의 운행 시 승차감과 기기효율을 떨어뜨리는 결과를 초래하기 때문에 선형유도전동기의 균일 공극 운전은 추진 시스템의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 중요한 사항이다. 또한 경사구간에서의 선형유도전동기의 공극길이 조절을 통해서 선형유도 전동기의 용량 변경 없이 추력을 증가시키는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선형유도전동기의 공극 길이를 제어할 수 있으며, 공극 길이제어를 통하여 추진 시스템의 성능 변화를 살펴볼 수 있는 축소 모델선형유도전동기 성능시험기의 공극조절 시스템의 동적 모델링 및 특성 해석을 통하여 시스템을 구성하는 파라미터들의 특성 변화 분석 및 시스템 구현 가능성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

Study of an Explicit Guidance Algorithm Applicable for Upper Stages of Space Launch Vehicles (발사체 상단의 외연적 유도 알고리듬 적용 연구)

  • This paper considers improved IGM (Iterative Guidance Mode), one of the explicit guidance algorithms, to determine the guidance algorithm for upper stages of a space launch vehicle. IGM, which has been employed successfully for the Saturn to put its payload into the parking orbit and lunar transfer orbit, is applied here for guidance of the launcher during the second and third stages. The orbit injection accuracy is evaluated through the 3-DOF computer simulations and an accurate prediction method, which can eliminate the prediction error of the downrange position at the orbit injection, is also proposed here.

Improvement of existing drainage system for leakage treatment in exiting underground structures (운영중인 지하구조물의 누수처리를 위한 유도배수공법의 개선)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a modification of the previously proposed drainage system for catching the partial leakage of underground concrete structures. Two techniques were proposed for applying the drainage system only to the leaking parts. One was for conveying leaking groundwater to the collection point in the drainage system and the other was for conveying the collected groundwater to the primary drainage system of the underground concrete structure. Four waterproofing materials for conveying leaking groundwater to the catchment point of the drainage system, Durkflex made of porous rubber material, KE-45 silicone adhesive with super strong adhesion, Hotty-gel made of polymeric materials and general silicone adhesive were evaluated for waterproofing performance. Hotty-gel only showed perfect waterproof performance and the other three waterproof materials leaked. The modified drainage system with Hotty-gel and drainage pipe with fixed saddle to convey the leaking groundwater from the catchment point to the primary drainage system were tested on the concrete retaining wall. The waterproof performance and the drainage performance were evaluated by injecting 1,000 ml of water in the back of the modified drainage system at the 7-day, 14-day, 21-day, 28-day, 2-month and 3-month. There was no problem in waterproof performance and drainage performance of the modified drainage system during 3 months. In order to evaluate the construction period and construction cost of the modified drainage system, it was compared with the existing leaching repair method in surface cleaning stage, leakage treatment stage, and protective barrier stage. Total construction period and construction cost were compared in considering the contents of work, repair material, construction equipment, working time, and total number of workers. As a result of comparing and analyzing in each construction stage, it was concluded that the modified drainage system could save construction period and construction cost compared to the existing leaching repair method.
