Our society has evolved into a fully connected society in a mixed reality environment enabling various knowledge sharing / management / control / creation due to the expansion of broadband ICT infrastructure, smart devices, cloud services and social media services. Therefore cyber threats have increased with the convenience. The society of the future can cause more complex and subtle problems, if you do not have an effective response to cyber threats, due to fusion of logical space and physical space, organic connection of the smart object and the universalization of fully connected society. In this paper, we propose the strategy to build knowledge-base as the basis to actively respond to new cyber threats caused by future various environmental changes and the universalization of fully connected society.

u-Society 구현을 위한 IT 발전전략은 경제 재도약을 위한 IT 산업정책에의 요구 종대, 디지털 컨버전스 추세의 강화, IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대라는 세 가지 환경변화를 감안하여 수립 추진되어야 한다. IT 산업정책에의 요구 증대에 부응하기 위해서는 IT를 중심으로 하는 신성장 동력을 강화해야 하는데, 구체적으로는 IT 원천기술 투자비율을 단계적으로 증가시키고 기존산업과 IT의 융합 분야의 창의적인 R&D 과제를 발굴하고 국제화된 IT인력을 양성하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 한국형 벤처 생태계를 조성하여 소프트웨어 및 컨텐츠 부문을 육성시키는 것이 필요하다. 디지털 컨버전스 추세에 대응하기 위해서는 진입장벽의 완화, 수평적 규제체계의 적용, 방통융합 서비스의 조속한 도입 및 규제기구의 통합이 선결과제이다. IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대를 경제 및 사회 제분야의 발전으로 연결시키기 위해서는 물리적인 광대역 인프라의 구축에 더하여 정보사회의 역기능 방지 및 정보보호체계 강화, 정보화추진위원회의 기능 강화가 요구된다. 또한 비IT부문에의 IT접목과 더불어 복지, 교육, 공공부문 혁신에 If를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다. 즉, u-Society구현은 기존의 정보화정책의 한계를 넘어, 물리적인 인프라 구축과 보완 제도, 규제정책, 산업정책의 유기적인 조화를 필요로 하며 이러한 노력이 결실을 맺을 때 우리나라는 경제적 풍요와 수준 높은 삶의 질을 향유할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, we investigated the representativeness of proofs in school mathematics, based on the extension of the midpoint connector theorem for the quadrilateral. To this end, we considered a variety of quadrilateral and proved their extensions of the midpoint connector theorem, and identified the relationships between them, therefore seemed that the proof in school mathematics has a representativeness. On the other hand, in the survey based on this information, students were found only some types of quadrilateral and completed easily the proofs for each quadrilateral they found, but students tended to use other proof or mathematical concepts, if the target figures changes in despite of proving the same mathematical fact. Thus, students were more difficult to figure out the relationship between the proofs. From these facts, we know that students are poorly understood the representativeness of proofs to understand the relationship between concrete proofs and to generalize it, though they are able to proof to the specific figures. Therefore it can be seen that the proof activity needs to be done with organic and semantic.

This study examined the process of production, utilization and extinction of researches through academic activities to identify the structural characteristics of the field of discipline of administration in Korea from the viewpoint of research ecosystem. To this end, statistical and network analyses were conducted, focusing on bibliographies, references, and keyword for papers published in 29 domestic journals in the field of public administration for the past five years. The results of the analysis, researchers in the field of public administration in Korea maintain a rather horizontal connection and are connected organically rather than separately. In addition, the core academic journals and keyword were extracted to present the connection, and the speed of knowledge transfer and deterioration was measured to identify the phenomenon of decreasing value in literature.

현대 기업에서 정보시스템은 기업활동의 필수적이고 기본적인 요소로 인식되고 있으며 그 중요성은 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 정보시스템은 기업의 각 요소를 유기적으로 연결하여 기업의 목적이나 목표를 달성하기 위해 사용 되고 있다. 정보시스템의 도입이 이런 목표나 목적을 달성하고 있는지 살펴보기 위해 정보시스템의 품질과 조직 성과에 관한 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 조직행동론 분야에서 '조직내 갈등'이 조직성과에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 조직내 갈등은 '과업적 갈등'과'감정적 갈등'으로 나눌 수 있으며, 이들은 매개변수나 조절변수로서 조직 성과에 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 정보시스템의 품질과 조직의 성과에 관계에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어진 반면 이들 관계에 있어 갈등의 역할에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 정보시스템의 품질과 조직원 성과관계에서 갈등의 역할에 초점을 맞춰 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 근로자 300인 이상인 기업에 근무하는 사무직 근로자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, PLS(Partial Least Square) 방법을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다.

최근 우리나라 사회의 각 분야에 걸쳐 Smart Korea를 구축하고자 하는 노력이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이는 각 개인뿐만 아니라 기기들도 지능적인 사고를 통해 서로 유기적으로 연결될 수 있는 체제를 의미하는데, 국가 전체적인 관점에서 Smart Korea가 구현되기 위해서는 각 개인의 관점에서의 똑똑한 삶인 Smart Life가 구현되어야 한다. 이러한 Smart Korea와 Smart Life의 구현을 위해서는 무선 통신을 위한 필수적 자원인 전파자원의 효율적인 활용이 기술적인 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 정책적인 측면에서도 중요하다. 본 고에서는 먼저 Smart Korea와 Smart Life의 개념을 살펴보고, 각각의 구현을 위한 전파자원의 이용정책 동향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 연구는 지금까지 학계에서 꾸준히 연구되고 있는 시장진입 순서의 효과에 관한 광범위한 문헌고찰을 통해 이제까지의 연구들을 유기적·인과적으로 연결시킬 수 있는 통합적인 틀을 제시하고, 기존 연구의 한계점을 바탕으로 진입순서 연구에 관한 새로운 접근을 시도하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 크게 선발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 후발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수에 관한 연구로 구분하고 각 부분별 문제점과 향후 연구방향을 도출하였다. 먼저, 기존 연구에서 선·후발 진입에 대한 정의와 기업이 속해있는 시장에 대한 정의가 불분명하게 이루어짐에 따라 그 효과가 매우 다르게 나타나고 있음을 지적하고, 동시에 효과가 나타나게 되는 메커니즘도 사후적인 해석 관점에서 이루어지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이 외에도 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구가 생산자 관점에서 주로 다루어져 실제로 제품을 소비하는 수요자의 특성을 감안한 연구가 필요함을 제시하였으며, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 자원기반 관점 요인과 시장·경쟁 요인뿐만 아니라 조직의 특성에 대한 연구가 고려되어야 함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 진입순서 외에도 후발기업의 진입시차에 관한 추가적인 연구의 필요성을 언급하였다.

Catalysts based on organic compounds, transition metal and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been applied to degrade or remove organophosphorus toxic compounds (OPs). During the last 20 years, various MOFs were designed and synthesized to suit application purposes. MOFs with $Zr_6$ based metal node and organic linker were widely used as catalysts due to their tunability for the pore size, porosity, surface area, Lewis acidic sites, and thermal stability. In this review, effect on catalytic efficiency between MOFs properties according to the structure, stability, particle size, number of connected-ligand, organic functional group, and so on will be discussed.

최근 많은 학자들에 의해서 차세대 디스플레이로 각광 받고 있는 유기EL에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그 중에서 본 연구에서 수행하고자 하는 분야는 유기EL의 발광재료의 개발에 대한 연구이다. 그 분야중 하나가 세계적으로 많은 학자들에 의해서 연구되고 있는 전이금속을 이용한 발광재료의 개발이다. 그 중 본 연구에서는 양 말단 금속을 가교체로 연결한 이 핵 금 착체에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 이러한 가교체들은 유기물의 결합 상태에서 나타나는 전자전이외에 금속과 유기물사이의 결합에 의해 나타날 수 있는 전자전이 또 한 가지고 있다. 이러한 전자전이로 인해 발광재료로서의 특징을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 착체를 합성하기위해 가교체 $H-C{\equiv}C-C{\equiv}C-C-H$와 $(Cis)H-C{\equiv}C-CH=CH-C{\equiv}C-H$를 이용하여 금과 N-Heterocyclic-Carbene가 배위결합된 양말단의 금속 그룹을 연결하여 합성하였다. 합성된 착체는 FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, $^{13}C$-NMR, UV/VIS/NIRspectrophotometer, Emission spectrometer를 사용하여 분석하였다.

경영환경의 변화에 대한 기업의 대처능력이 곧 생존에 직결되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대한 해결책으로 통합업무 프로세스를 지향하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)을 통하여 경쟁력을 강화하려는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 ERP는 적용상의 어려움과 실제 업무와의 차이점으로 인하여 막대한 노력을 들이고도 성공적으로 업무에 활용되지 못하는 사례가 많은 실정이다. 특히 건설업의 경우는 주문생산 방식의 프로젝트 특성 및 영세한 외주업체와 협업해야 하는 환경요인으로 인해 전산환경과 정보화에 많은 제약사항들을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업체 D사의 예를 들어 건설업 ERP 패키지를 도입하여 업무 개선에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. 건설사 고유 업무인 공사관리 업무 및 일반관리 업무를 대상으로 현행 프로세스를 진단하고 문제점을 도출하였으며 ERP의 Best Practice를 바탕으로 프로세스 개선방안을 제시하였다. 회사는 ERP와 유기적으로 연결된 개선안의 추진을 통해 지속적인 경영혁신 활동의 토대를 구축하였으며 이에 따른 정성적, 정량적인 성공요인을 분석하였다.
