It is generally blown that foster children often have special needs such as disability and psycho-behavioral problems. It is also known that foster parents will provide better care with those children when they are coping well with foster children with special needs. The purpose of the study was to explore the perceptions foster parents have and what factors affect their decisions to care for children with special needs. Literature review reveals that successful foster parent care is related to the foster parents' motivation, role perception, and social support systems. foster parents' motivation is related to 'altruism toward foster child', 'the egocentrism of the foster parent', 'previous experience with adoption' and 'the past experiences of the foster parent'. Role perceptions of the foster parent consist of 'supporting the internal system of the foster child' and 'supporting the external system of the foster child'. The social support system is characterized as the limited notions of a family oriented concept. In addition, a foster parent's decision to look after special-needs children is related to their motivation while the decision to foster disabled children is related to the levels of available social support systems as well as motivation. The results of the study implies that the motivation level and that of social support system are closely related to different aspects of the special-needs foster child; this factor should also be considered when recruiting foster parents or placing special needs children.

The purpose of this study is to understand the rearing experience of parents who adopted a child for whom they were foster parents. Several cases of foster care adoption were found. We carried out individual interviews for data collection. Within-case and across-case analyses were conducted based on the data gathered from individual interviews of four cases. As a result, we were able to grasp significant issues from each case and find out common subjects found in all cases. The common subjects were 'special encounter: accident, connection, and inevitability', 'my child already', 'fundamental but insignificant difference', 'discontinuity in social support: things that are lost, and things that are gained', 'truth that is unable to hide, and truth that needs to be hidden', and 'family's destiny'. Based on the results of this study, policy recommendations and practice guidelines were suggested to help families undergoing adoption from foster care. Also, recommendations for further research were provided to overcome the study limitations.

The objective of this study was to examine the mediating effects of school adjustment on the relationship between social capital and self-reliance of adolescents in out-of-home care(institutional care, foster care, and group homes). For this study, a total of 358 middle and high school students(13 to 19 years) were recruited among adolescents in care nationwide. Collected data were analyzed by using the structural equation modeling analysis. A bootstrapping method was utilized to examine the mediating effects. The results showed that social capital of the adolescents in out-of-home care was not directly related to self-reliance. However, complete mediation was found through school adjustment in the relationship between social capital and self-reliance. This indicates that social capital of the adolescents in care was significantly related to self-reliance only through school adjustment. Based on the results, policy and practice implications for increasing the levels of social capital, school adjustment, and self-reliance of adolescents in care were discussed.

The foster care system is a social welfare service that supplements the functions of the family while enabling children, who cannot receive proper care from their biological parents, to receive the necessary protection under the plan within the prescribed period of time within a substitute or foster family. A large part of the emotional instability experienced by foster care children is interpersonal maladjustment. Low self-esteem leads to difficulty in forming social relationships due to negative interpersonal relationships. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of traditional dance programs on the foster children who live in Daejeon Metropolitan City. A comparison between the pre- and post-interpersonal scores showed that the scores were improved after the traditional dance program, and the children's intimacy formation and communication were also improved. The participants were less active at the beginning of the program, but became more interested and more active toward the middle of the program. The majority of the participants increased their degree of communication with the formation of intimacy toward the middle of the program, and their self-confidence improved in terms of their peer relationships. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of traditional dancing on the development of interpersonal relationships. In a subsequent study, a traditional dancing program consisting of various contents will be applied over a long period of time, which should provide them with the opportunity to improve their interpersonal skills. In addition, it is necessary to provide educational opportunities for helping foster children reduce their emotional instability with systemic and diverse traditional dance programs.

The purpose of the study was to explore what kind of intervention might help foster parents decide to continue engaging in foster care. As foster care services are still in the early stages of development, lacking systematic support systems as well as full understanding of the roles of foster parents and foster care agencies, it is important to recruit, select, and train as many foster parents as possible. Utilizing the Foster Parent Role Perception scale developed by Le Prohn, the author first conceptualized foster parent roles or foster care agency roles; then explored what kind of effects the resource level or the role perception of the foster parents have on the decisions to continue doing foster care. The results showed that the foster parents perceived 'supporting the internal system of the foster child' and 'supporting the external system of the foster child' as the roles of foster parents, whereas 'fortifying the foster care system' and 'maintaining liaison with birth parents' were the roles of foster care agencies. It was also found that foster parents' strong role perception, higher levels of satisfaction towards education on the part of foster parents, and the number of children from the previous marriage had statistically significant positive effects on the decisions to continue foster care. The author argues that clear definitions of roles are needed for both foster parents and foster care agencies. Finally, the role of foster care agencies needs to be strengthened and supported.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT자원을 소유하지 않고 대여하여 사용하는 컴퓨팅 환경으로써 가상화, 정보 위탁, 자원 공유, 단말의 다양성이라는 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징 때문에 다양한 보안위협들이 존재하며, 최근에는 아이클라우드 정보유출 사건과 같은 데이터 유출 사고도 일어나고 있다. 때문에 클라우드는 기존의 IT 환경과 마찬가지로 데이터 유출 및 손상을 방지하기 위해 노력하여야 된다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스에 중요 데이터를 다량 보관 활용하면서 발생할 수 있는 보안 위험과 클라우드 서비스 환경에서 제공될 수 있는 데이터 보안 기술들을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 데이터 보호와 관련된 정보보호 고려사항을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is first to analyze domestic laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care, second to conduct and analyze a survey on current status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and third to present plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care. In this study, first, laws and systems related to independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care in Korea were analyzed. Second, a survey was conducted on the status of child discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. With cooperation of Korea Child Welfare Association, Korea Child and Youth Group Home Council, and the Central Foster Support Center, a survey was conducted on 251 children discharged from out-of-home care, and the results were analyzed. Third, plans for improvement of laws and systems to promote independent living of child discharged from out-of-home care were presented.

대한설비건설협회 본회는 건설진흥사업 외에 기술 가스진흥사업, 회원봉사 및 조사사업, 정보화 사업, 기획 관리사업, 홍보사업 등 다양한 사업활동을 함으로써 설비건설업계 발전에 견인차 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본지는 지난해 12월호부터 전국 13개 시 도회를 대표하여 설비건설업계의 발전 및 위상강화, 회원사의 권익보호 등을 추진하고 있는 본회에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 이번 호에는 정부위탁업무 "시공능력 평가공시" 및 적격심사 평균비율 발표 등 회원봉사를 최우선으로 하는 회원부를 소개한다.

In 1998, A. Young and M. Yung proposed the auto-recovery auto-certificate cryptosystem in public key infrastructure. We propose the new recoverable cryptosystem in public key infrastructure which is designed with the concept of A. Young et al's auto-recovery auto-certificate cryptosystem. It has the private/public key pairs of the user and the master private/public key pairs of the escrow authority. It is based on RSA cryptosystem and has efficiency and security.

인터넷 사용인구가 급속도로 증가하면서 피해발생이 위험수위를 넘어섬에 따라 정보통신부가 정보통신망에서의 개인정보 수집.이용.제공에 대한 고지 및 동의제도 개선.보완, 개인정보 취급 위탁 관리.감독 강화, 개인정보취급방침 공개 의무화 등 개인정보 보호강화를 확대하고 지난 7월 27일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 정보통신부에 따르면 정보통신망에서의 이용자 보호 및 개인정보 보호 강화를 내용으로 하는 개정"정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률"(이하 정보통신망법) 및 동법 시행령과 시행규칙이 개정되어 지난 7월 27일부터 동시에 시행됐다.
