Delegation of signing capability is a common practice in various applications. Mambo et al. proposed a proxy signatures as a solutions for delegation of signing capability. Proxy signatures allow a designated proxy signer to sign on behalf of an original signer. After the concept of proxy signature scheme is proposed, many variants are proposed to support more general delegation setting. To capture all possible delegation structures, the concept of delegation network was proposed by Aura. ID-based cryptography, which is suited for flexible environment, is desirable to construct a delegation network. Chow et al proposed an ID-based delegation network. In the computational point of view, their solution requires E pairing operations and N elliptic curve scalar multiplications where E and N are the number of edges and nodes in a delegation structure, respectively. In this paper, we proposed an efficient ID-based delegation network which requires only E pairing operations. Moreover, we can design a modified delegation network that requires only N pairing operations.

This paper proposes authority delegation for secure social community creation and mutual authentication scheme between the community members using proxy signature in community-based ubiquitous networks. In community-based ubiquitous network, User's context-awareness information is collected and used to provide context-awareness network service and application service for someone who need it. For the many reason, i.e. study, game, information sharing, business and conference, social community could be created by members of a social group. However, in community-based ubiquitous network, this kind of the context-awareness information could be abused and created by a malicious nodes for attack the community. Also, forgery community could be built up to attack the community members. The proposed scheme using the proxy signature provides a mutual authentication and secure secret key exchange between community members, and supports secure authority delegation that can creates social community. Also, when delegation of signing authority and mutual authentication, this scheme reduces total computation time compared to the RSA signature scheme.

In this paper, we present the design and implementation of new execution environment named Customizable Architecture for Flexible Execution Environment(CAFEs) that supports the mechanism of protocol customization and service referencing. We introduce a new concept as micro protocols and active services to enhance software reusability. Micro protocol represents a specific algorithm or functionality of existing network protocol and the active service is in charge of binding legacy application and releasing the active network oriented services. The pro-posed active network execution environment is made up of three parts, virtual network system, protocol and service manager, event engine. First, the virtual network system is used to connect each active nodes using virtual network channels which are based on multiple existing protocol layers. Second, the protocol and service manager is responsible for composing micro protocols and active services to develop new network proto-col and service easily. Finally, the event engine is used to detect the automatic transition of system components using event delegation model. To verify the CAFTs, we have an experiment about the delivery of web contents which are suitable for the user's terminals in the wireless Internet environment. As a result. we are able to obtain the availability of developed execution environment.

대용량 통신처리 시스템은 PSTN, PSDN 및 ISDN등 다양한 통신망으로부터 접속하는 사용자들에게 TEXT 기반의 서비스 및 인터넷 서비스의 제공을 목표로 한다. 유료 인터넷 서비스 제공이 있어서 유료 CP 사용에 대한 과금 데이터 생성을 위한 데이터 관리에 대하여 기술한다. 유료 CP 데이터는 데이터베이스 테이블에 저장되어 관리되며 유료 CP 데이터 관리는WARP Manager에 수행되는 유료 CP 에 대한 등록, 변경, 삭제 및 검색 기능을 포함하여 유로CP 데이터는 WARP Manager의 내용을 기준으로 WARP Manager와 각 WARP 간에 상호 일치가 되도록 관리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 소개된 유료 CP데이터 관리 기능 및 유료 CP 데이터에 대한 일치 기능에 대하여 기술한다.

XML기반 웹서비스의 활성화와 더불어 효율적인 데이터 호출 및 통합을 위해, XML 문서 안에 웹서비스 호출 노드를 내장할 수 있는 Active XML(AXML) 문서가 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 기존 전송계층 보안 프로토콜 및 WS-Security의 제한점을 방지하기 위한, AXML 문서의 내장형 웹서비스 호출과 XML-Encryption 및 XML-Signature 보안 표준을 통합한 데이터 암호화 및 전자서명 방식에 대해 소개한다. 또한, '전자의료 시스템' 예제를 통해 AXML 문서를 이용한 중첩된 웹서비스 호출 및 쿼리위임 방식에 대해 소개한다. 마지막으로, 기존 보안성 정형분석 방법의 확장을 통한 AXML 시스템의 보안 취약 가능성에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

미국은 통신서비스에 관한 연방정부 차원의 전권위임 조직인 연방통신위원회(FCC)라는 규제 구조와 자유 경쟁을 근본으로 한 통신서비스 법률제정 철학에 따라 1996년에 전기통신법을 공표하였다. 미국은 단말장비 개발에 관한 중요한 규제 경험과 국내외의 통신서비스 시장에 대한 경쟁 촉진, 자국의 시장보호에 대한 규제를 경험하게 되었다. 본 요약은 ITU가 보고한 미국의 규제 경험에 대하여 규제 구조인 FCC, 법률제정의 근본철학, 그리고 1996년의 전기통신법을 소개하고 이를 근거로 경험한 미국의 규제에 대하여 살펴보도록 한다.

웹을 이용한 서비스는 위와 같은 여러 장점을 가지고 있지만 각종 데이터 및 문서가 웹 상에 존재하므로 가상공간에서의 문서의 처리가 위조나 변경이 가능하다. 이러한 웹 상에서의 전송 시 발생할 수 있는 수많은 역기능들을 줄일 수 있는 가장 강력한 방법은 암호 옹용 기술을 전자상거래 시스템 구축에 사용함으로써, 기밀성(confidentiality), 무결성(integrity), 인증(authentication) 등의 보안 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 진행중인 표준화 단체의 동향을 파악하고 WS-Security 명세서를 통해 웹 서비스 보안의 전반적인 기술을 분석한다.

The purpose of this study is to classify the quality attributes of service quality for the elderly in public libraries, derive satisfaction coefficients and dissatisfaction coefficients, and present the priority improvement of service quality. To this end, a survey was organized with 22 questions from LibQUAL+ for elderly users who use library in uiseong-gun, gyeongsangbuk-do. Quality factors for service were classified into three areas of LibQUAL+ based on the kano model, and the satisfaction index and dissatisfaction index felt by users for each service quality were calculated through timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. Based on this, a Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index (PCSI index) was obtained to determine how much user satisfaction can be improved when actual requirements are met. As a result of classification of quality attributes of service quality, it was classified into 9 attractive quality, 7 one-dimensional quality, 1 indifference quality, and 5 must-be quality. In the improvement ranking for service, the first place was 'making electronic resources accessible from my home or office', the second place was 'print and/or electronic journal collections I require for my work' and the third place was 'a library web site enabling me to locate information on my'. It is expected that the study results can be used to present quality factors that should be managed and improved first when providing services for the elderly.

로봇이 적응성을 위해 웹 서비스를 통해 문제를 해결하려고 할 때, 웹 서비스는 서비스의 의미로 서비스를 찾을 수 있는 방법을 제공하지 않아서 원하는 기능의 서비스를 찾기가 어렵다. 하지만 시멘틱 웹에서는 온톨로지를 이용하여 서비스의 의미를 표현하기 때문에 위의 문제를 해결할 수 있다. OWL-S를 이용하면 웹 서비스의 표현을 용이하게 해준다. 하지만 문맥(Context) 정보를 고려한 서비스의 검색이나 검색을 통해 가져온 서비스를 검증하는 수단을 제공하지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OWL-S과 에이전트를 기반으로 하여 적합한 서비스를 찾는 방법을 제안한다.

PC-to-PC 또는 PC-to-Phone에서 구현되었던 초기 VoIP 서비스의 낮은 음성 품질은 기존 유선 전화서비스와 경쟁이 되지 않는 것으로 인식되었고 규제의 대상에서 제외되었다. 그러나 기술의 발전에 따라 향상된 품질의 음성서비스 및 다양한 응용서비스 등을 저렴한 가격에 제공할 수 있게 되었으며, 식별번호의 부여를 통해 VoIP 서비스는 기존 음성전화서비스와 동등한 수준의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 것으로 평가되어, 기간통신서비스로서 기존 음성전화서비스와 유사한 수준의 규제를 받게 되었다. 최근에는 이러한 VoIP 서비스가 유선 환경에서뿐만 아니라 무선 LAN 환경에서도 구현되었고, 나아가 VoWLAN과 이동전화를 묶음으로 제공하는 기술이 가능하게 되었으며, 궁극적으로 VoIP가 이동전화서비스와 같이 완전한 이동 환경에서의 구현이 멀지않은 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 따라 무선 또는 이동 환경에서의 VoIP 서비스에 대한 이슈가 수면 위로 부상할 전망이며, 특히 이동 환경은 기존 이동전화사업자의 주파수 할당대가 납부 등의 측면에서 유선 환경과는 다소 차이가 있으므로 이동 환경에서의 VoIP를 어떤 식으로 규정해야 될지에 대해 많은 논란이 일 것으로 예상된다.
