웹을 중심으로 인터넷이 발전하면서 웹 기반의 응용 서비스가 계속적으로 개발되고 있고, 사용자의 다양한 욕구가 추진 원동력이 되고 있다. 현재 대부분의 인터넷 서비스는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 그림, 소리, 동영상 등 여러 가지 다양한 미디어를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 다양한 미디어가 어디서, 어떻게 사용되었는지를 분석하기 위하여 웹 환경에서의 분산 미디어 분석을 위한 Web Media Picker를 제안하고자 한다. Web Media Picker를 이용하면 웹 페이지에서 사용된 각각의 태그를 분석할 수 있고, 이렇게 분석한 정보를 통하여 각각의 미디어의 사용 횟수와 미디어가 웹 페이지 상에서 사용된 방법에 대하여 알 수 있다.

응용시스템 개발 과정에 있어서 중요하고 핵심을 이루는 작업은 분석과 설계 작업이며 아울러 대부분의 응용시스템은 데이터베이스 기반으로 구축된다. 또한, 응용시스템들은 외부 공격에 쉽게 노출되기 때문에 보안과 관련된 처리 과정 역시 중요하다. 하지만 이러한 보안은 대부분 개발 마지막 과정에서 고려하기 때문에 보안에 취약한 응용시스템들이 개발될 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 개발 초기에 보안을 반영한 분석 및 설계 과정이 매우 중요하다. Java EE는 웹 응용시스템을 위한 보안 방안을 제공하고 아울러 관계형 데이터베이스도 보안을 위하여 역할기반 접근제어를 지원하고 있지만 관계형 데이터베이스 및 Java EE의 역할기반 접근제어를 활용하는, 요구사항 수집부터 구현까지 개발 단계 전체에 걸친 일관된 개발방법론은 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보안 요구사항을 요구사항 수집부터 분석 및 설계 그리고 마지막 구현 단계까지 반영하여 Java EE 기반의 웹 응용시스템을 개발하기 위한, 보안을 고려한 일관된 통합 분석.설계 방법론을 제안한다.

특정 제조사의 단말 또는 운영체제에 의존성이 없는 플랫폼 독립적인 웹은 높은 이식성, 소프트웨어의 재활용, 개발 생산성, 풍부한 개발자 존재, 유지 보수 면에서 장점을 가지나, 화려한 UI/UX를 제공하는 네이티브 응용에 비해 낮은 성능으로 웹 기반의 응용 개발 및 보급이 크게 활성화되지 못했다. 한편 데스크톱은 물론 모바일 단말의 멀티코어 기반 Graphic Processing Unit(GPU), CPU 탑재 등 HW 고사양화와 웹 응용에서도 HW 가속 기능을 활용할 수 있는 표준 제공으로 성능 제약을 극복할 수 있게 되었다. 본고에서는 GPU 발전동향을 살펴보고, 고속 렌더링 및 병렬 연산처리를 요구하는 웹 응용이 GPU기반 HW 가속 기능을 활용할 수 있는 크로노스 그룹의 그래픽 가속(Web Graphics Library: WebGL) 및 컴퓨팅(Web Computing Language: WebCL) 지원 표준 규격을 정리한다. 또한, 최근 차세대 GPU Application Programming Interface(API)로 발표된 Vulkan에 대해 알아보고, 웹 고속화 기술에 적용 가능성에 대해 전망한다.

Due to the widespread smartphones and application stores, mobile application developments are now booming again in the same manner of PC history. The smartphone software development process, however, gives much inconvenience to developers because of the heterogeneous platform APIs and hardware incompatibility between different devices. To make clear these problems, mobile web applications are being accepted as an alternative to the native smartphone applications. Mobile web applications can be developed more simply and easily than native applications by using webkit engine's html, Java script, and CSS. Additionally developers can provide a platform-independent applications since web applications are going to run on web browsers. In this paper, we develop a personal applications store running on an android phone's browsers. We can accomplish this very simply by using webkit's various APIs such as OpenID. We can find out by implementing a real web application that development of web applications can surpass the native one in cost and time period without much loss of performance.

Actually a diffusion of a semantic web application and utilization are situations insufficient extremely. Technology most important in semantic web application is construction of the ontology which contents itself with characteristics of semantic web. Proposed a suitable a method of building web ontology for characteristics or semantic web and web ontology as we compared the existing ontology construction ana ontology construction techniques proposed for web ontology construction, and we analyzed. And modeling old ontology to bases to description logic and the any axiom rule that used an expression way of SWRL, and established inference-based web ontology according to proposed ways. Verified performance of ontology established through ontology inference experiment. Also established an web ontology-based intelligence image retrieval system, to experiment systems for performance evaluation of established web ontology, and present an example of implementation of a semantic web application and utilization. Demonstrated excellence of a semantic web application to be based on ontology through inference experiment of an experiment system.

최근 웹서비스는 응용 간 통신과 상호운용성의 필요가 증가됨에 따라 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 웹 서비스는 표준 참조아키텍처로서 다양한 연산 수행 응용을 결합하도록 하고 사용자에게 서로 다른 동적인 정보를 제공하며 소프트웨어 응용간의 상호운영성과 확장성을 개선 하기 위한 표준화된 통신 수단을 제공한다. 한편 웹서비스에 대한 국방 분야에 적용을 위해서는 위험요소분석, 대응정책 및 해결책에 대한 방안이 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 웹서비스와 기존의 분산연동기법을 비교한 후 웹 서비스 적용 시 고려사항을 식별하고 기존 국방정보체계의 형태별 웹 서비스 적용방안을 고려한 후 국방정보체계를 위한 아키텍처를 설계한다. 또한 이기종 플랫폼과 이형 데이터베이스 연동을 위한 프로토타입을 구현한다.

The performance of a web application is an essential issue to provide high quality of the services in interactive web environments. On a sudden increase in traffic in a very short span of time, the servers became CPU starved and would become unresponsive. This would lead to a bad experience for the clients of web service. This paper deals with the effects of two configurable software settings of J2EE application servers: the maximum size of the thread pool and the maximum size of database connection pool. In order to figure out the optimum configuration value, this paper builds experimental evaluation method for web performance analysis. Finally, a case study related with the proper experimental method is presented with performance result.

정보 공유와 비즈니스 수행 등의 매체로서 World Wide Web의 이용이 보편화됨에 따라 다양하고 방대한 데이터를 웹을 통하여 얻을 수 있게 되었으며, 이러한 데이터로부터 유용한 정보를 추출하기 위한 데이터 분석과 활용은 많은 분야에서 중요한 사안으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 로그(web log)데이터로부터 정보를 추출하기 위한 과정 및 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 로그 데이터의 특징과 통계 데이터와의 차이점, 데이터 수집 및 사전 처리 과정, 추출할 수 있는 정보 및 분석 방법 등을 제시하고 로그 데이터 분석 예제를 제시한다.

컴포넌트 소프트웨어의 주된 목적은 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 재사용을 증가시키고 개발자간의 협동과 협조를 증가시키기 위한 것이다. 이러한 컴포넌트 기습이 가져야 할 가장 중요한 특징으로는 상호운용성이 있다. 이러한 상 운용성을 위해 분산 컴포넌트의 다양한 서비스들을 뵐 환경의 사용자들이 사용할 수 있게 하기 위해서, 웹 기반에서의 XML을 이용하였고, 현재 웹 기반의 환경에서 여러 가지 웹 기술들이 사용되고 있으므로, 이들 기술들을 사용하여 비교할 만한 가치가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분산 객체 패러다임중 하나인 CORBA의 컴포넌트들과 웹 환경의 사용자들의 상호운용성을 위해 CORBA와 XML의 연동을 위한 응용 웹 서버의 구조를 제안하고, 옹용 웹 서버 구조의 성능 분석을 한다.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 보급에 따라 분산된 컴퓨팅 자원과 정보를 효과적으로 활용하려는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 최근 W3C 에서는 분산환경의 표준 프로그래밍 모델로 웹서비스라는 개념을 제시하였다. UDDI 는 이러한 환경에서 웹서비스에 대한 메타데이타를 저장하고 이를 검색할 수 있도록 기능을 제공하는 Repository 시스템이다. 웹서비스를 이용하고자 하는 응용프로그램은 UDDI 가 저장한 정보를 검색하여 원하는 웹서비스를 발견하고 이를 활용할 수 있다. 이와 같이 UDDI 는 웹서비스 기반의 분산 응용에서 필요한 디렉토리 서비스기능을 제공하여 분산된 웹서비스의 통합을 지원하는 기반 시스템으로 널리 활용될 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 W3C 에서 제정한 UDDI 3.0 Specification 을 분석하여 Repository 시스템에서 관리해야할 데이터 구조를 설계하고, 제공하는 API 들을 기능별로 분류한다. 그리고 이러한 분석을 토대로 Repository 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 설계한다.
