Computer technology and Internet advances enable easy massive file transfer by messenger, email, and web hard service users this means that a child pornography file owner who is illegally possessing itself can quickly transfer that to other users However there are currently no specific ways to prevent or block the distribution of child pornography between messenger, email, and web hard service users. in this paper, we propose a method to prevent the distribution of child pornography using the MD5, SHA-1 hash value stored in the 'police Child pornography Profiling system' and to identify the child pornography suspects using the subscriber information. the user extracts the hash value of the file before distributing the file, compared it with police system, and if it has the same value, blocks the transmission of the file and sends warning to the owner. the service provider sends the subscriber information to investigation agency child pornography owners can conduct a quick and accurate investigation.

The Korea Copyright Commission has pursued copyright technology R&D projects to prevent illegal copying of comics and Webtoons. We developed a feature-based scanned comic filtering technology in order to apply technical measures to specific types of online service providers. We also developed technologies in order to monitor and identify illegally distributed comics on webhard sites and to monitor and identify illegally distributed webtoons. Even though all comic books posted on webhard sites are illegal, it is no trouble to download and access popular comics by accessing websites in foreign countries. Even under these circumstances, the comic and webtoon copyright protection technologies developed over the past six years have been used at all. In this paper, we examine what the problems are and find solutions to propose a copyright protection method for webtoons.

스캔된 어문/만화 저작물은 종이책을 스캔하여 PDF 및 EPUB 형태의 전자책으로 변환되지만, 아무런 복제방지조치를 취하지 않아 불법복제의 위험성이 매우 높다. 또한 사적으로 복제된 저작물들도 아무런 저작권 보호기술도 취해지지 않은 상태로 웹하드 등을 통해 불법유통되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 어문/만화 저작물 식별 및 복제 방지 시스템을 제안하였다.

In this paper, we design and implement a distributed web-storage and a group office system based on the distributed web-storage. It is easier to customize the proposed group office according to user's demands than existing web-based applications. Our proposed web-storage is distributed system which consists of multiple storage servers. The web-storage provides storage with considering the user's location so as to provide fast storage service.

최근 웹하드를 통하여 허가 받지 않고 불법적으로 생성된 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 보호에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 불법 만화 도서를 검색하고 식별하는 알고리즘 또한 만화 도서의 특성에 맞게 제작되어 만화 도서 이미지 간의 식별률을 높이고 있다. 특히 불법적으로 스캔된 만화 도서의 경우 식별을 위해 만화 도서 핑거프린트가 쓰이게 되는데, 스캔 과정에서 상하좌우가 정확히 맞지 않아 스캔본의 기하학적 특성이 만화의 원본과 달라지는 왜곡을 최대한 제거하여 만화 도서의 식별률을 높이고자 했다.

과거 건설사업관리업무를 수행하는 건설사 업무담당자들은 방대한 보고자료를 발주기관으로 전송할 경우 주로 웹하드를 이용하였다. 그러나, 최근 개인정보 유출 등 각종 인터넷 보안사고가 빈번히 발생함에 따라 발주기관별로 기관 내부망과 외부망으로 분리하여 네트워크 보안을 강화하는 추세에 있다. 이에 따라, 건설사에서 발주기관으로 대용량 파일을 전송하지 못함으로서 발주청의 건설사업관리 업무처리에 어려움이 발생하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구는 망분리 환경하에서 특정 사용자만을 위한 자료 공유체계를 마련하였다.

통신이 발전함에 따라 웹하드와 같은 원격 데이터 저장 서버에 PC에 사용되던 자료를 저장하여 언제 어디서든 접근할 수 있는 서비스가 발전하게 되었다. 하지만 데이터를 저장하는 서버의 신뢰 문재가 발생하게 되었고, 이를 해결하기위해 서버에 저장되는 데이터의 암호화 및 이를 검색할 수 있는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 하지만 기존의 대칭키 검색 가능 암호 시스템은 결합 키워드 검색 시 연산의 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문은 블룸필터를 사용하여 효율적인 대칭키 기반 결합키워드 검색 가능 암호 시스템을 제안한다.

본 제품은 RFC(Recursive Flow Classification) 알고리듬의 네트워크 접근제어를 구현한 방화벽 기반의 정보유출방지 솔루션이다. 네트워크 단에서의 정보유출은 대부분 이메일, 메신저, 웹하드, P2P 등을 통해 이루어진다. 따라서 본 제품은 업로드 트래픽의 크기를 제한하고 사용자가 송수신하는 모든 메일을 필터링 하여 저장한다. 웹상에서는 정보유출 가능성이 있는 URL을 등록, 사용을 제한하는 기능을 통하여 네트워크를 통한 정보유출의 가능성을 원천적으로 차단한다. 동시에 사용자 중심의 인터페이스와 성능이 뛰어나면서도 저렴한 통합 플랫폼을 제공함으로써 중소기업환경에 최적화된 네트워크 정보보안의 대안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위해 인터넷상의 웹하드나 P2P와 같은 폐쇄형 OSP(Online Service Provider)에서 불법으로 유통되고 있는 콘텐츠를 자동으로 검색하고 다운로드 하는 방법을 제안한다. OSP의 웹 페이지를 파싱(Parsing)하여 태그(Tag)와 유일한(Unique)한 속성 정보를 이용하여 필요로 하는 콘텐츠의 게시 정보를 얻거나 액션을 취해 웹 페이지를 제어한다. 또한, IE(Internet Explorer) 이벤트(Event) 함수에 포함되는 URL 정보를 이용하여 각 제어 단계의 성공 여부를 판단한다. 윈도우 기반 어플리케이션은 해당 윈도우의 컨트롤ID 및 기타 윈도우 속성 정보를 이용하여 제어한다.

Wired and mobile Internet has led to increase in online broadcasting content market size. In particular, the fast-growing smart devices like smart phone and tablet PC in mobile Internet market has accelerated the growth of online broadcasting content service market. Meanwhile, the illegal distribution of online broadcasting content has been widespread in this market. There are also significant transaction costs, search costs, contracting and coordination costs in online broadcasting content market. MCP(Master content provider) which is a content distributor has been playing a critical role in preventing illegal content distribution, reducing costs and removing inefficiencies of online broadcasting content market. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the competency of MCP to streamline the online broadcasting contents market from the resource- based view. And this study conducted a case study to explain the status of online broadcasting content market and define what kinds of problems and issues are there in the market in a systematic way. The case study also showed how MCP competency plays an important role in reducing administrative and transaction costs and in solving illegal content distribution and other inefficiencies of the online broadcasting contents market.
