With the development of Information Communication Technique, electronic commerce using PKIs is widely used over the Internet. The goal of access control is to counter the threat of unauthorized operations involving Web-server or data base systems. The RBAC(Role-Based Access Control) has recently received considerable attention as a promising alternative to traditional discretionary and mandatory access controls. In this paper we propose two methods, the RBAC system using attribute certificates and the RBAC system using SPKI certificates. And we analyze and compare the two methods.

This study aims to implement an efficient process management system for small and medium sized(local) construction companies and a performance management system for the Korean construction industry. The process management system by Lean Construction is Web 2.0 platform-based and creates clusters with numerous general contractors and sub-contractors, which will enable mutually organic process management. Plus, this system will enable them to compare project performance management by analyzing it during or after a project by collecting and accumulating lots of data occurring in pursuit of a project. These performance management cases will be of help in process planning during similar upcoming projects. This study is expected to somewhat reduce the burden of implementing a complicated process management protocol and system that Korean small and medium sized (local) construction companies experience with their web-based process management, and is supposed to realize accurate performance management with highly reliable data which are significantly accumulated within the database.

As the trend of the Web is changing toward 'Web 2.0', OpenAPIs, Web 2.0's core technology, are used in many web sites. In the past, services in websites are used in its own, but recently it is possible to use services in other websites by using OpenAPI. In u-GIS many vendors also can provide combined service by using OpenAPI. There are already lots of OpenAPIs and the numer of OpenAPI increases very fast. So it is difficult to find a service that we want to use, and also difficult to find services for mashup. In this paper, we developed retrieval methods for OpenAPIs and mashup capable services based on similarity. First we define the integrated service information model to cover various protocols of OpenAPI, then developed a retrieval methods based on it. By implementing system according these methods by using relational database and JSP, we prove that the system can provide an ranked result sets based on similarity, OpenAPI's integration retrieval results and mashup capable service retrieval results.

For the purpose of data construction for the systematic management and sight-seeing guidance of the natural park, the Kumoh Mt. Province Park was selected as a pilot area. Digital topographic maps, thematic maps and satellite imagery covering the object area were processed and then landform analysis for elevation, slope, aspect and so on was conducted through DEM generation, and the landcover map and NDVI maP were extracted from Landsat TM data. The database was then constructed with these spatial data for GSIS. The image map was generated from IKONOS satellite data, which cover the pilot area data, with one meter resolution and also 3D visualization which was overlaid with main paths up a mountain were conducted. And the moving image files were produced along main paths up including main natural spectacular sights, cultural assets and management facilities. It is expected that the research result can be utilized as the fundamental data for re-assessing suitable land use and constructing Web-based guidance system.

With the development of IT technologies, IT environment is making great change over life whole and is displacing business and business achievement systems of industry at the fast speed. The system which is proposed in this paper, supports environments to share codes, execution files and objects between project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency in web environments. Through impact assessment which is achieved at correction and development of existing programming codes by maintenance requirements, it minimizes obstacle occurrence factors and supports tracing obstacle sources. Through conversion the correction and development histories of existing sources and executable files between project teams to XML documents suitable to share in web, it stores them to relational database. In this paper, through impact assessment and change management for the correction and development of applications in the existing system development environments, we support efficient IT developments.

In this paper, the design and implementation of an automatic reference-citation-mark attachment system are introduced. The system automatically attaches a citation mark to the end of a sentence in a technical document if the corresponding statement has a high similarity to another statement in the same document; simultaneously, the corresponding bibliographic data is automatically created from the cited-document information. In accordance with functional specifications, a Web-based, online service model and the development of its prototype system are proposed. The developed system can help in the elimination of unexpected plagiarism issues, and will alleviate the burdens of reference citation and reference-list creation for technical writers.

One issue with keyword search in general is its ambiguity which can ultimately impact the effectiveness of the search in terms of the quality of the search results. This ambiguity is primarily due to the ambiguity of the contextual meaning of each term in the query. In addition to the query ambiguity itself, the relationships between the keywords in the search results are crucial for the proper interpretation of the search results by the user and should be clearly presented in the search results. We address the keyword search ambiguity issue by adapting some of the existing approaches for keyword mapping from the query terms to the schema terms/instances. The approaches we have adapted for term mapping capture both the syntactic similarity between the query keywords and the schema terms as well as the semantic similarity of the two and give better mappings and ultimately 50% raised accurate results. Finally, to address the last issue of lacking clear relationships among the terms appearing in the search results, our system has leveraged semantic web technologies in order to enrich the knowledgebase and to discover the relationships between the keywords.

This system can perform efficient administration in a searching, lending and returning books. And also with this system, many styles of reading education is possible by considering properties of Elementary School. Using the system teachers and students can exchange a information about books or reading together. We organized the system to aid teachers in administration and assistance to students by joining the admittance of use, and to manage a library efficiently in consideration of understanding one another and several conditions in use of library. Besides, students can be appraised their reading process, so with the result that they will be a good reader.

홈 PC에 저장된 미디어 콘텐츠 파일을 다양한 용도로 활용하기 위한 사용자의 관심이 커짐에 따라, 홈 PC의 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 연구도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 원격에서 홈 PC의 콘텐츠에 직접 접근하여 실시간으로 파일을 검색하고 재생하는 방법에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 관리 및 홈 데이터베이스를 포함하는 미디어 라이브러리, 그리고 미디어 라이브러리에게 명령을 주고받으며 원격 콘텐츠를 재생하는 미디어 브라우저로 이루어진 홈-모바일 콘텐츠 공유 시스템을 제안하고 설계 및 구현한다.

In this study, the wrapper database description language and model is suggested to collect product reviews from Korean shopping malls with multi-layer structures and are built in a variety of web languages. Above all, the wrapper based web crawlers have the website structure information to bring the exact desired data. The previously suggested wrapper based web crawler can collect HTML documents and the hierarchical structure of the target documents were only 2-3 layers. However, the Korean shopping malls in the study consist of not only HTML documents but also of various web language (JavaScript, Flash, and AJAX), and have a 5-layer hierarchical structure. A web crawler should have information about the review pages in order to visit the pages without visiting any non-review pages. The proposed wrapper contains the location information of review pages. We also propose a language grammar used in describing the location information.
