새학교 문화창조의 일환으로 현장에선 학습자의 전인적인 특성을 평가할 수 있는 수행평가를 실시하고 있다. 하지만, 현장여건의 개선없는 제도 도입으로 근본 취지와 관계없이 교사와 학습자는 이중부담에 시달리고 있어 교육의 질 개선에 어려운 점이 많다. 본 논문에서는 수행평가실시로 인한 교사의 업무부담을 줄이고 나아가 수업의 질을 개선하고자 현장 적응력있는 웹 기반 수행평가 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

So far, there were a few web-based distance English learning systems for children. The existing systems for children have not appropriately reflected their learning characteristics and interests, since most of those systems regards mainly adults as targets. This thesis is aimed at proposing more effective educational service modules of web-based real-time system in order to encourage children's interests as much as possible in learning English. The web-based real-time distance learning system is a model based on the survey over the current use and satisfaction status of elementary school students who have actually used those kinds of systems. With the great expectation of more effective way of learning English, it also focuses on attracting parents to participate the learning process by providing a service to look over, in real-time, what their children do through the internet-based English learning system.

과학교육의 특성상 가장 효과적인 교수 방법은 직접 실험하고, 탐구, 체험 학습을 하는 것이나 시간적, 공간적 제약, 환경 여건, 비용 등을 고려해 볼 때 항상 직접 체험 학습 환경을 제공해 주기는 어렵다. 또한 '지구과학' 영역의 학습은 교실이나 실험실에서 지도하기 어려운 문제점이 있고, 학습 내용들이 본질적으로 가지고 있는 초실험적인 내용이 많아 교수 학습과정에서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 제한점이 많은 초등학교 과학과 '지구과학' 영역에 대하여 직접 탐구하고 체험할 수 있는 환경과 가까운 멀티미디어 웹 기반 코스웨어를 설계 개발하여 이러한 어려움을 보완한다면 과학 교육의 학습 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과학과의 지구과학 영역 중 기상 교육을 위한 웹 코스웨어를 설계 개발하여 수업현장에 적용해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹 코스웨어 학습 프로그램은 단지 디스플레이 형식의 자료에서 벗어나 여러 가지 그림, 소리, 동영상 등의 애니메이션 자료를 제시함은 물론 아동들이 직접 컴퓨터를 조작함으로써 학습목표에 보다 쉽고 재미있게 도달할 수 있도록 제작하여 과학과 교수 학습 방법의 개선을 꾀하고, 학습자들의 과학적 사고력 발달을 도모하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of a web-based senescence preparation program for the provision of information and education on aging. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The subjects were 70 middle-aged adults (experimental group: 36, control group: 34) living in Daegu city. The experimental group participated in a web-based senescence preparation program for 10 weeks, where 10 subjects were covered (5 physical, 3 mental/psychological, and 2 social/environmental). As compared to the control group, the knowledge of the experimental group increased significantly, and there was a significant change in their attitudes toward the elderly and old age plans. These results suggest that a web-based senescence preparation program can predict people's old age and help in their preparation. Further, this program is expected to offer individualized learning opportunities to many learners in various settings.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a web-based instruction Program(WBI) to help nurses improving their knowledge and skill of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Using the model of web-based instruction(WBI) program designed by Rhu(1999), this study was carried out during February-April 2002 in five different steps; analysis, design, data collection and reconstruction, programming and publishing, and evaluation. The results of the study were as follows; 1) The goal of this program was focused on improving accuracy of knowledge and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The program texts consists of the concepts and importances of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), basic life support(BLS), advanced cardiac life support(ACLS), treatment of CPR, nursing care after CPR treatment. And in the file making step, photographs, drawings and image files were collected and edited by web-editor(Namo), scanner and Adobe photoshop program. Then, the files were modified and posted on the web by file transfer protocol(FTP). Finally, the program was demonstrated and once again revised by the result, and then completed. 2) For the evaluation of the program, 36 nurses who in K university hospital located in D city, and related questionnaire were distributed to them as well. Higher scores were given by the nurses in its learning contents with $4.2{\pm}.67$, and in its structuring and interaction of the program with $4.0{\pm}.79$, and also in its satisfactory of the program with $4.2{\pm}.58$ respectively. In conclusion, if the contents of this WBI educational program upgrade further based upon analysis and applying of the results the program evaluation, it is considered as an effective tool to implement for continuing education as life-long educational system for nurse.

Recently, though there are many REES(Remote Education Estimation Systems), they have some tied and complete testing method not considering for the student individual specification and characteristic. This paper proposes the education model of the distributed asynchronous communication method which making a test without me and place limits using web estimation system from problem bank database, and attach effective method could improve student achievement, quality of estimation later problem filtering using user profile in order to consider the student individual difference and characteristic that not considered pre-Remote Education Estimation Systems. This is a adaptive DAC method improving the pre-DAC method.

수질오염총량관리제도(TMDL)는 유역의 수질 회복 및 관리를 위해 우리나라를 비롯해 미국의 여러 주에서 수립되어 적용되고 있다. 현재 미국에서는 유역 관리를 위한 TMDL의 기준설정에 있어 오염부하지속곡선(LDC)의 활용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 LDC 방법은 사용자로 하여금 충분한 교육이 필요하고 LDC 생성을 위한 데이터 구축이 수동적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 Web GIS 기반의 LDC 시스템이 개발되어 활용되고 있다. 웹기반의 LDC 시스템은 미국 지질 조사국(USGS)이나 한국 환경부(MOE) 서버 등을 통해 구축된 자료를 이용하여 오염부하지속곡선을 생성하기까지의 모든 과정이 자동으로 처리되어 기존 수작업에 의한 방법의 단점을 보완하고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 우리나라 수질오염 총량 관리제도 단위유역인 낙본A와 금본C, 그리고 미국 인디애나 주의 Yellow River와 펜실베이니아 주의 Borkenstraw Creek 유역을 대상으로 웹기반 LDC 시스템을 이용하여 유역의 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 유량 및 수질 자료는 본 시스템에서 연계된 환경부 서버와 USGS 서버를 통해 구축하였다. 분석 결과 낙본 A 단위유역의 BOD 오염부하량과 농도가 대체적으로 목표수질 기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타났으나 전반적으로 유량이 적을 때 다소 목표수질을 초과하고 있는 나타나, 적합한 수질관리 대책이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 금본 C 단위유역의 경우 대부분 BOD 배출부하량이 할당 부하량보다 낮게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있고, 목표수질 농도에 비해 배출되는 BOD 농도 또한 대체적으로 낮은 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 Yellow River 유역의 경우는 유량이 많을 때 배출되는 수질농도가 목표수질을 초과하는 것으로 보아 강우시 배출되는 오염물에 대한 대책이 요구되고, Borkenstraw Creek 유역의 경우 유량이 적을 때를 제외하고 대부분 구간에서 배출부하량이 할당부하량을 초과하여 이에 대한 적합한 수질관리가 필요할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과에서 나타난 바와 같이 웹기반 LDC 시스템을 통해 수질오염총량관리제도 단위유역에 대한 수질 평가 및 특성 분석이 용이하며 수질 회복을 위한 근본적인 해결방법을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Generally, Web Based Instruction has been deployed through whole studies, but the characteristic that is suit various WBI materials to a course of study is a important problem of instructional practice and it also has not to overlook. Therefore, Today's problem that is application of learning materials about the regional autonomy for Web Based Instruction, A plan that it can be solved in the social studies is propelling in this paper. Each of the whole country's region, the learning about the regional autonomy with centering around text, it is a text book, 'Social Investigation', that is developed specially is teaching until now, but developmental model of learning materials about the regional autonomy for Web Based Instruction is proposed by the efforts for improve this problem. Various learning materials about the regional autonomy for Web Based Instruction applied to learn our regional cultural life through the school homepage with based on this proposal. As a result of this study, By sloughing off old sensibility with centering around text, Student's Ability of self directed learning and solving problem is expanded with the dynamic multimedia regional Webpage's environment

In the distance education systems, there are limited things while performing educational activities because there are to be problems in structural features of the Web. HTTP, a connection-less protocol, performs requests of client, however, does not hold on the status. Thus, by features of the Web, it is difficult to hold on the connection of learners and trace information asked by learners. Moreover, these problems make impossible not only a learner's connection continuity but also on-line interaction among the learners in the distance education. This thesis developed CHTP, an connection-based hypertext transfer protocol, based on HTTP and a new platform of distance education in order to track activities of learners. The developed web extension platform will make it easy to build up system for being helpful in a distance education because this thesis proposes a standardized way in the protocol.

The most important technology in the electronic commerce based on Internet is to guarantee the security of trading information exchange. Many technologies are proposed as a standard to support this security problem. One of them is an XML (eXtensible Markup Language). This is used in various applications as the document standard for electronic commerce system. The XML security has become very important topic. In this paper an XML security model for web services based electronic commerce system to guarantee the secure exchange of trading information. To accomplish the security of XML, the differences of XML signature, XML encryption and XML key management scheme respect to the conventional system should be provided. The new architecture is proposed based on unique characteristics of XML. Especially the method to integrate the process management system need to the electronic commerce is proposed.
