최근 컴퓨터 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 교육분야에서의 컴퓨터 통신망을 이용한 학습의 효율성 증대에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 지금까지의 학습 방식은 교과목 특성의 개별성을 인식하지 못하거나 혹은 기술적인 문제점 등으로 인하여 학습자들에게 일관된 단답형이나 선다형의 학습 방식을 요구하여 왔다. 웹을 기반으로 한 원격 교육으로의 활용 측면에서 프랑스어와 같은 제2외국어의 경우, 한국어 환경에서의 프랑스어 악상 문자 입력이나 개별화된 저작 언어 개발 등의 문제점이 제기된다. $\lceil$Voila-web$\rfloor$ 은 한국어를 모국어로 하는 프랑스어 학습자들을 위한 교육 시스템으로 개별 교과목의 특성을 반영하고 능동적인 학습 방식을 통한 학습의 효율성 증대를 위한 시스템이다. 학습자들에게는 학습 자료의 전체적인 내용 흐름만을 제시하고 영역별 구체적인 자료의 전개는 다양한 교과 내용을 자유 항해할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다. 이는 학습자들로 하여금 통신망을 통한 컴퓨터 이용 학습의 장점을 기존의 학습 방식에 보완하여 보다 능동적인 학습 방식을 유도하여 학습의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

In order to satisfy the gifted students' learning desire and maximize the effectiveness of their learning, we constructed the system which would provide them with supplementary activities based on the Internet boards. At the very beginning, we investigated the personalities of the gifted and their classroom environment which they prefer through studying the related references and asking questionnaires. And then we discussed how to improve the lectures, decided to make the basic structures of the web-based supporting system, and designed some teaching strategies for the gifted. which are named 'GIFTED'. Now the web-based supporting system, which are composed of several boards, was established and is being operated now. Each subject has its own boards. The boards of each subject basically consist of Notice, Learning-materials, Q&A, Homework, Recommended Sites. The results we've got from operating our system are following: Teachers and students were generally satisfied with the system while students wanted more materials. Students and teachers had a positive attitude that the site boards of Learning-materials and Homework are being actively used, while the numbers of contents uploaded in Q&A and Recommended site boards are small and they are regarded as being unimportant to the students and teachers.

Today the web-based learning management information systems are developed as forms of many ordered learning information systems acting up to the personal characteristics, but the previous systems have difficulty in their mutual working, maintaining, and repairing between the systems, because of their one-sided "push" method or reuse of the contents. Also they were not managed together having the dissimilar learning management systems each. Therefore, I made up for the weak points of the previous systems and embodied the international standard SCORM-based ordered learning management information systems. After adapting to sequencing contents, all systems are supplied; giving lectures, solving the problems, evaluating the learners and the function of successive personalization learning based on the result of the learner evaluation systems.

Visual perception is ability that analyze visual information about things accepting through eyes in central nervous system. That is, it is ability that recognize and discriminates a visual stimulus, and analyzes by combining such stimulus with previous experience. At today, work which clears visual perception obstacle's cause through visual perception test and grasps all special quality of visual perception obstacle's is used method of treating that improve visual perception obstacle by visual perception training program. Present, visual perception test tools using the paper and pens are used mainly on psychological consultation of welfare facilities and education for the handicapped or occupational therapy, but a lot of problems are discovered in it. Therefore, purpose of this paper is to develop prototype of web-based visual perception test program that can construct to database to solve existing problem, and to design graphic item. As a result, classified measurement pattern that can diagnose visual perception by three, and illustrated development direction of graphic item for examination with this. Also, extracted check list item that should consider for design and construction of visual perception test program and the variable for feasibility study of believability, and presented process for prototype development.

This study is an attempt to present a usage of the Web as CAI in the classroom and to give a direction to the future education in the face of information age. Characteristcs of information society, current curriculum, educational and teacher education are first analyzed in this article. The features of internet and 'Web are then summarized to present benefits of usage in the classroom as a CAI tool. The literature shows several characteristics of information society as follows : a technological computer, a provision and sharing of information, multi functional society, a participative democracy', an autonomy, a time value..A problem solving and 4 Cs(e.g., cooperation, copying, communication, creativity) are newly needed in this learning environment. The Internet is a large collection of networks that are tied together so that users can share their vast resources, a wealth of information, and give a key to a successful, efficient. individual study over a time and space. The 'Web increases an academic achievement, a creativity, a problem solving, a cognitive thinking, and a learner's motivation through an easy access to : documents available on the Internet, files containing programs, pictures, movies, and sounds from an FTP site, Usenet newsgroups, WAIS seraches, computers accessible through telnet, hypertext document, Java applets and other multimedia browser enhancements, and much more, In the Web browser will be our primary tool in searching for information on the Internet in this information age.

드론은 최근 기상관측, 영상촬영, 인명구조 등의 다양한 분야로 활용 가능성이 입증되고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 산업 분야에서 드론 적용을 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 또한 민간용 시장으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 이러한 확산은 일반인들도 드론에 대한 이해와 활용 관점을 가지게 되었고, 실험용 드론 시스템 제작/개발로 이어지고 고 있다. 그러나 드론은 비행체의 물리적 특성상 정밀한 제어가 용이하지 않기 때문에 많은 연습이 필요하다. 또한 법적으로 드론을 비행시킬 수 있는 공간이 다양하지 못하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 드론을 처음 접하거나 조종이 미숙한 사람들을 대상으로 드론의 비행 조종 연습을 할 수 있는 웹 기반의 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발하고 그 실용 가능성을 평가한다.

인터넷의 발달로 온라인 원격강의나 E-Learning 형태의 교육이 많이 확산되었다. 온라인 교육의 확산으로 웹을 기반으로 하는 클라이언트 소프트웨어들이 많이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 특히 교과목의 특성상 실습위주로 진행되는 프로그래밍 관련 교과목에서는 자동화 된 과제평가 시스템이 필요하다. 프로그래밍 과제평가 시스템에서는 과제제출, 소스코드 업로드, 컴파일 및 실행, 채점, 표절검사 등의 과제평가를 위한 기본적인 작업들을 수행된다. 위와 같은 작업들이 모두 평가시스템 서버에서 진행되기 때문에 서버에 많은 부하가 걸린다. 또한 공정한 평가를 위해 보안이 최우선적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 클라이언트 기술을 이용한 과제평가 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템에서는 과제평가 시스템의 서비스를 분산시켜 시스템의 부하를 줄이고, 보안을 향상시킴으로써 학생들에게 공정한 평가를 가능하게 하였다.

Recent advances in the Web technology have been changing our life in various aspects. These advances have brought us new paradigms of education. The Web provides teachers with many opportunities to implement wide ranges of new teaching and learning practices, which supplement the traditional classroom teaching-learning. Especially, the Web enables so-called WBI (Web-based instruction) system as a teaching aid. Now the WBI system can incorporate multimedia information with various communication and collaborative tools. In order for the WBI system to be successful, various supports are necessary. One of such supports comes from assessment. In this work, an item pool system for leveled assessment is designed and implemented. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, the item pool is classified into three categories subject, semester, and chapter. This categorization makes lookup easier and faster. Second, any teacher can use the item pool system and enter their questions into the item pool. Third, the proposed system reflects various levels of students for each course. Thus, students can select their exams based on their progress and background. Finally, it can make difficulty of each item to be objective by repeated tests and refinements.

Recently, cyber evaluation systems on the Web-based remote education do not consider the personalized characteristic and propensity of individual students. Especially, in setting of the questions far examination, the traditional simple and general methods for all students group have been used for evaluation. This paper proposes on efficient cyber evaluation system using user profile. First, questions are filtered by using user profile for the personalized characteristic and propensity of individual students, This personalized characteristic and propensity have been disregarded in traditional evaluation systems. And then, filtered questions are set for examination, Therefore, efficiency of the evaluation system is enhanced and students make good results from their study. When user profile is adapted, the setting method of question for examination have combined category-based method with keyword-based method. This make students get the interest and pleasure for questions.

In this study, an analytical CRM for customer segmentation is exercised by integrating and analyzing the customer profile data and the access data to a particular web site. We believe that effective customer segmentation will be possible with a basis of the understanding of customer characteristics as well as behavior on the web. One of the critical tasks in the web data-mining is concerned with both 'how to collect the data from the web in an efficient manner?' and 'how to integrate the data(mostly in a variety of types) effectively for the analysis?' This study proposes a panel approach as an efficient data collection method in the web. For the customer data analysis, OLAF and a tree-structured algorithm are applied in this study. The results of the analysis with both techniques are compared, confirming the previous work which the two techniques are inter-complementary.
