The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of 67 kinds of e-learning contents in an attempt to boost the effectiveness of distance teacher training. As a result of analyzing, the e-learning contents were rated highest in terms of 'training content,' followed by 'instructional design,' 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation' and 'interaction.' The scores of 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation' and 'interaction' were below 80 that was the standard of quality certification. In mean comparison(ES) of contents quality level between certified contents and non certified contents, 'instructional design' had the largest ES(effect size), followed by 'teaching & learning strategies,' 'evaluation'. In the analysis of evaluation factors, most of factors had a large effect such as 'webpage layout', 'selection of instructional design'. The findings of the study are expected to suggest what improvements should be made in the development of e-learning contents for distance teacher training.

This study was aimed to discuss how to improve the professionalism enhancement program for teachers in charge of energy and climate change education based on STEAM perspectives. It analyzed the program according to the specialties of the teachers in charge of training, and identified the degree of professionalism enhancement of the participating teachers through the pre- and post-survey. Also, researchers described the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this program that were found through the interviews with trainees by participating in the program in person. The results were as follows; First, teacher's training course in charge of energy and climate change education should be approached from the perspective of STEAM education. Second, teachers should have time to discuss their activities after they complete experience learning related with STEAM education. Third, it should be a 60-hour intensive course, but the burden for the teachers should be reduced by using online programs. Fourth, the training program should be planned based on the focus on improving the professionalism. Also, there should be enough time to prepare for the training program. Fifth, energy and climate change teacher training program should be practice-oriented, using hands-on experiences and experiments, in fusion education. Sixth, it would be better to run energy and climate change teacher training programs according to the level of schools. However, several courses could be mixed between different levels of schools.

Teachers are not completed by appointment, but gradually made through self-development and training for a long time. In order to improve a sense of responsibility of home economics teachers, and also to suggest the purpose and direction of program through job training, the needs of training subjects should be preferentially understood. Thus, this study aims to provide basic data for establishing the developmental operation measures of training for home economics teachers, by researching the needs for training performed after the qualification training for first-grade teachers, targeting the teachers participating in the qualification training program for first-grade teachers of home economics in 2017. About the half of the research subjects received the home economics training one time or less for last three years. Through the training for first-grade teachers, the technical improvement of lesson instruction was demanded the most. As professional qualifications that should be cultivated through training, the ability to develop teaching methods and teaching/learning materials was the highest. Regarding the theme of training, the development of teaching/learning materials for home economics was desired the most. They wanted the training method including direct participation with high utilization for lesson, sublation of competition-centered evaluation, preference of instructors with field experience, continuous opportunity of home economics training, and communicative training. Regarding the needs for the 2015 revised curriculum, the demand for the training of 'human development and family' area was the highest. Therefore, in order to improve the professionalism of teachers through home economics training, it would be necessary to improve the educational environment such as temporal room for training and administrative support, and also to provide diverse types of training like group training, remote training, and smartphone app training suitable for changes in the generation of teachers. Also, on top of forming communities of home economics teachers, and sharing great contents of training, there should be individually-customized training for practice and sharing lesson cases.

Well posed problems for mathematically gifted students provide an effective method to design 'problem solving-centered' classroom activities. In this study, we analyze mathematical problems posed by teachers in distance learning as a part of an advanced training which is an enrichment in-service program for gifted education. The patterns of the teacher-posed problems are classified into three types such as 'familiar,' 'unfamiliar,' and 'fallacious' problems. Based on the analysis on the teacher-posed problems, we then suggest a practical plan for teachers' problem posing practices in distance learning.

화상회의시스템이란 영상 및 멀티미디어를 활용하여 원격 회의를 가능하게 하는 정보전달 매체로 가격이 저렴해지면서 학교 현장에 보급되기 시작하였다. 이 시스템의 활용 범위가 확장되어 교육청과 학교간의 회의뿐만 아니라 실시간 원격연수에도 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현장의 교사들은 화상회의 시스템에 대한 지식과 응용 프로그램의 사용 경험 부족으로 적극적인 활용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 학교에 널리 보급되어 있는 MCU방식과 최근 새롭게 개발된 IP 멀티캐스팅 방식의 원격교육 시스템에 대한 장단점을 비교하고 분석하여 교육 현장에 적합한 화상회의시스템에 대한 평가를 할 것이다. 그리고, 실시간 원격교육 프로그램을 위한 화면의 설계 결과와 화상회의 시스템과의 인터페이스 방법에 대한 설계 결과를 제시할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the teacher training programs focusing on reflect qualities of teachers in gifted education. A total of 20 teacher training programs were collected from the office of education, the teacher training center of university and the remote training center. These teacher training programs were analyzed using a semantic network analysis. The analysis showed that 'curriculum', 'teaching and learning' and 'development of curriculum' were emphasized in teacher training programs. Therefore, teacher training programs are operated with an emphasis on teacher's professional qualities. The analysis also revealed that many of the teacher training programs were dealt with professional and teaching faculty's qualities more than affective qualities. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the teacher training programs to be diversified and balanced. Furthermore, in order to improve teacher's quality equally, we suggest a systematic training program should be pot in place.

To develop the contents making profit, we propose the program operation methods that can apply the needs of students and the demand of the times, and consider the capacity of the operating agency overall. First, we suggest the distance training motivation, the effective content type, appropriate interaction ratio, the effective teaching and learning methods and the assessment methods. Second, we suggest the development strategy of educational contents, assess quantitative the demand of students and the will of teacher overall, measure the potential success. Third by applying the strategies in the educational field, we product the 12 major development field. Web-based teaching-learning systems through the internet has continuously pursued the learner-centered educational environment by promoting the interaction between leachers and students. As a result, learners haute become free of the limit of time and space and have more ways to have access to education information more easily. Consequently, the development of the internet has resulted in the changes of the educational environment. Web-based distance education through the internet is now expected to be applied widely in various fields of education. In fact, distance education through the internet has taken place in a new education paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to promote the economical and educational efficiency of all the procedures from developing the system to operating in a remote training cyber system. Therefore in developing the system, we designed it to raise the efficiency by making main modulo into components and by reducing the terms and cost by reuse. Also lute meant to raise the efficiency of education by applying constructivism as an educational basic.
