Improvement of A Rice Seed Pelleting Machine for Direct Seeding in Rice Cultivation (직파용 벼 펠렛종자 제조장치 성능 개선 연구)

  • 본 연구는 기존 벼 펠렛종자 제조장치의 제조성능 및 제조 벼 펠렛종자 품질향상을 위하여 펠렛재료 공급부, 성형부, 펠렛종자 배출부를 개선 설계 제작하여 그 성능과 제조 벼 펠렛종자 특성을 구명함으로써 직파용 벼 펠렛종자 대량생산을 위한 제조장치 개발의 기초 자료를 얻고자 수행하였으며 그 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 펠렛재료의 일정한 공급과 펠렛재료가 성형 홈으로부터의 이탈하는 것을 줄이고, 펠렛종자의 완전한 배출이 가능하도록 한 벼 펠렛종자 제조장치를 설계·제작하였으며, 벼 펠렛종자 제조장치를 상토 종자혼합비, 성형롤의 회전속도에 따라 실험한 결과 벼 펠렛종자 제조 능력은 성능 개선 전의 펠렛종자 제조장치에 비하언 약 1.7배 향상된 제조능력을 보였으며, 성형률은 최대 약 89 %로 나타나 개선 전의 71%에 비해 18 %정도 성형률이 향상되었다. 그러나, 벼 종자손실률은 약 24% ∼ 49%로 거의 비슷한 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 제조된 벼 펠렛종자의 특성을 분석한 결과 펠렛종자의 구형률은 99.1%로 거의 구형으로 제조됨을 알 수 있었으며, 무게는 제조 직후에는 약 1.70 g, 완전 건조 후에는 1.31 g으로 나타났고, 직경은 약 12.03 mm에서 건조 후 11.53 mm로 축소되었다. 개선 전에 비해 직경과 무게가 약간씩 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 재선된 제조장치에서 펠렛재료가 성형롤의 성형 홈에 압축 공급되고, 펠렛재료의 손실도 적었기 때문으로 판단된다. 제조된 한 개의 벼 펠렛종자 내에 포함된 완전 벼 종자의 개수는 상토 종자혼합비가 커질수록 성형롤의 회전속도가 낮을수록 많아지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 모두 펠렛종자 당 평균 약 3 개 이상의 완전 벼 종자를 포함하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개선 전에 비하여 펠렛종자 내에 포함된 평균 완전 종자수도 증가하였으며, 3개 이상 완전 종자를 포함한 펠렛종자의 비율도 증가하여 유압에 의한 펠렛재료 공급과 성형롤의 개선효과가 있었던 것으로 보인다. 음지 건조 후 벼 펠렛종자의 압축강도는 약 132 N ∼ 152 N으로 조사되었으며, 개선전에 비하면, 약 30 %가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 출아율 실험 결과 상토 종자혼합비 6 : 1, 성형롤 회전속도 7 rpm에서 건답직파는 100%, 답수직파는 97 %의 출아율을 보여 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었으나, 그 외의 경우는 거의 90 % 이하의 출아율을 보여 출아율을 높이기 위한 방안이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 벼 펠렛종자 제조장치의 적정운전 조건은 제조된 벼 펠렛종자의 특성과 출아율을 고려해 볼 때 상토 종자혼합비 6 : 1, 성형롤 회전속도 약 7 rpm으로 판단되며, 이 때 제조능력은 시간당 약 65 Kg(펠렛종자 약 39,000 개), 성형률 약 87 %, 종자손실률은 약 30 %, 펠렛종자 내 평균 종자수는 약 5.5 개, 완전 벼 종자 3개 이상 포함 펠렛종자 비율은 약 100 %가 될 것으로 보인다.

  • In this paper, the induction motor in indirect vector control method modeling, from indirect vector control method it undergoes an influence to the $1/{\tau}$. When changing a rotor resistance because being like this quality Matlab/Simulink where it will make what kind of effect in speed presumption it led proposed control system used microprosser TMS320C31 DSP for high speed processing. The effectiveness of the proposed system is verified by simulation and experimental results. This result shows highly characteristic speed estimation and robust character of load regulation. and the flux which it follows in change of parameter and speed presumption it was under simulation and get the good result which it comes to get it analyzed.

Comparative Study of the Supervised Learning Model for Rate of Penetration Prediction Using Drilling Efficiency Parameters (시추효율매개변수를 이용한 굴진율 예측 지도학습 모델 비교 연구)

  • Rate of penetration(ROP) is one of the important variables for maximizing the drilling performance. In order to maximize drilling efficiency, it is necessary to increase the drilling speed, and real-time ROP prediction is important so that the driller can identify problems during drilling. The ROP has a high correlation with the drillstring rotational speed, weight on bit, and flow rate. In this paper, the ROP was predicted using a data-driven supervised learning model trained from the drilling efficiency parameters. As a result of comparison through the performance evaluation metrics of the regression model, the root mean square error(RMSE) of the RF model was 4.20 and the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) was 9.08%, confirming the best predictive performance. The proposed method can be used as a base model for ROP prediction when constructing a real-time drilling operation guide system.

The most light-susceptible material shouid be illu~stratrui less than 50[k] (illurnlnance-hours per year : 120, 000k.h)and the illuminance of moderately sensitive rriatcrinl k 200[1x] (illuminance hours per year : 480, 0001x.h). Moreover to minimize damage the sources of light shoulcl not only contribute as little as heat possible but remove ultraviolt radiation by filters. Also the sources of light must have good color rendering and low color temperature.

  • 본 논문에서는 BLDC 운전 중 각 상의 결상 사고에 따른 토크 및 속도의 최적화에 대해 연구하였다. BLDC 모터의 구동을 위하여 ATmega16이 사용되었으며 제어기법으로는 PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 기법이 사용된다. 속도 제어는 Hall Sensor의 검출 속도에 따라 Duty비를 제어하여 이루어지며 회전자 위치는 Hall Sensor 검출 방식을 통하여 이루어진다. 이러한 BLDC 모터를 이용하여 예기치 못한 결상 상황의 발생 시 토크의 감소로 인한 급제동에 대비하여 부하에 상응하는 토크를 최대한 낼 수 있도록 알고리즘을 구현하였다.

An Experimental Study for Practical Application of RBC (RBC의 실제적용(實際適用)을 위한 실험연구(實驗硏究))

  • Recently the method using fixing biological contactor in treatment of sewage and wastewater has been propelling on the ground that it has advantages of reducing both motive and man power and applied treatment plants of this method are increasing gradually in Korea. After analysing the results from which real structure pilot plant had operated in the field with RBC sewage wastewater system-one of the fixing biological contact methods-for five months, this study was performed to investigate how to apply the standard of establishment that provided in article of sewage disposal facilities notified (act 8 of art 84) by the office of environment on May 16, 1984, to real treatment plant. The rotating velocity and the staying time of rotating disc have interrelation on removal efficiency of BOD. When circumferential velocity of rotating disc was ranged from 18 to 20 m per minute, economical price was the best. When the staying time was even about 120 minutes for that of home RBC facilities showed 90% or above of BOD removal efficiency of high concentration sewage also showed excellent efficiency ranged from about 85% to 90%.

Sensorless Vector Control Using Tabu Search Algorithm (타부 탐색을 이용한 센서리스 벡터 제어)

  • Recently, a speed control method of induction motor by vector control theory is applied to highly efficient industrial field. The speed sensors attached to motor are used for detection of rotating speed. In the case using speed sensor, the installation of cable for minimization of electric noise, weaken maintenance, increase of price are demerit. Therefore the study of speed sensorless vector control theory performed activity. The design of sensorless vector controller for induction motor using tabu search is studied. The proposed sensorless vector control for Induction Motor is composed of two parts. The first part is for optimizing the speed estimation with initial PI parameters. The second part is for optimizing the speed control with initial PI parameters using tabu search. Proposed tabu search is improved by neighbor solution creation using Triangular random distribution. In order to show the usefulness of the proposed method, we apply the proposed controller to the sensorless speed control of an actual AC induction Motor System. The performance of this approach is verified through simulation and the experiment.

Measurement of Journal Bearing Friction Loss of Turbocharger in a Passenger Vehicle (승용차용 터보과급기의 저널 베어링 마찰 손실 측정)

  • The turbochargers, which are used widely in diesel and gasoline engines, are an effective device to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. On the other hand, turbo-lag is one of the main problems of a turbocharger. Bearing friction losses is a major cause of turbo lag and is particularly intense in the lower speed range of the engine. Current turbochargers are mostly equipped with floating bearings: two journal bearings and one thrust bearing. This study focused on the bearing friction at the lower speed range and the experimental equipment was established with a drive-motor, load-cell, magnetic coupling, and oil control system. Finally, the friction losses of turbochargers were measured considering the influence of the rotating speed from 30,000rpm to 90,000rpm, oil temperature from $50^{\circ}C$ to $100^{\circ}C$, and oil supply pressure of 3bar and 4bar. The friction power losses were increased exponentially to 1.6 when the turbocharger speed was increased. Friction torques decreased with increasing oil temperature and increased with increasing oil pressure. Therefore, the oil temperature and pressure must be maintained at appropriate levels.

  • Turbocharging is widely used in diesel and gasoline engines as an effective way to reduce fuel consumption. But turbochargers have turbo-lag due to mechanical friction losses. Bearing friction losses are a major cause of mechanical friction losses and are particularly intensified in the lower speed range of the engine. Current turbochargers mostly use oil bearings (two journal bearings and one thrust bearing). In this study, we focus on the bearing friction in the lower speed range. Experimental equipment was made using a drive motor, load cell, magnetic coupling, and oil control system. We measured the friction losses of the turbocharger while considering the influence of the rotation speed, oil temperature, and pressure. The friction power losses increased exponentially when the turbocharger speed increased.

  • The common rail diesel engine used in this study uses mechanically driven camshaft for the operation of intake and exhaust valves, and the timing of valve opening and closing is fixed according to the operating conditions of the vehicle. However, the electric generator engine operates at a constant speed and partial load. Therefore, in order to optimize the design of common rail diesel engine for power generation, the characteristics of diesel combustion and emissions according to the change of valve timing were examined and calculated in terms of fuel economy. The valve timing of the diesel engine influenced the combustion characteristics by changing the intake and exhaust flow and it was considered that the fuel efficiency of the generator could be improved.
