  • 프로그래밍 언어 실습을 위해 일반적으로 실습 소프트웨어를 여러 대의 PC에 개별적으로 설치하거나, 실습 소프트웨어를 특정 서버에 설치한 후 라이센스를 받아 운영하고 있는 경우에는 접속자의 수를 제한 받게 되는데, 이러한 모든 경우들에는 지정된 장소에서만 실습을 해야 하는 문제점과 실습자 수의 제한 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 실습 소프트웨어 1본을 서버에 설치한 후 인터넷이 가능한 어떠한 장소에서 다수의 학습자가 프로그래밍 실습을 할 수 있도록 웹기반 학습시스템을 개발하였다. 이 웹기반 학습시스템에서 학습자가 인터프리팅 또는 컴파일링, 실행 등을 요청할 때에만 실습 소프트웨어를 점유하기 때문에 접속자 수의 제한 문제를 해결하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 이 웹기반 학습시스템은 실습 효과를 증진시키기 위하여, 예제 프로그램과 그에 대한 동영상 설명, 학습자의 학습 이력, 오류가 발생하였을 때 그에 대한 참고자료 등을 이용할 수 있도록 개발되었다.

Improving efficiency through the hydrological observation equipment performance test center and program (수문관측설비 성능시험센터 구축 및 프로그램 개발을 통한 효율 향상 방안)

  • The importance of disaster observation facilities and system are increasing around the world in order to predict and prevent water disasters, which cause serious damage to life and property. A performance test center was built to stabilize performance, compatibility, and reliability of devices, and to verify new S/W. The aim of this study is to make a guideline to build standard verifying system for hydrological observation devices by building the performance test center. In addition, efficiency of management and operation of hydrological devices can be enhanced through device analysis, maintenance, database building, and grade certificate publishment after the device test.

  • 최근 몇 년 사이 정부 내의 정보화 사업규모는 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 국민의 정부시절 약 2,400억 규모의 정보화 예산이 참여정부에서는 약 9500억으로 증가한 사실이 이를 반증하는 증거이다. 그러나, 이러한 정보화 사업에 대한 투자규모에 비하여, 막대한 예산을 들여 진행되는 사업에 대한 지속적인 성과관리는 체계적으로 진행되지 않은 현실이다. 오히려 성과관리라는 것이 사업의 추진을 방해하는 부정적인 요소로 인식되기도 한다. 하지만, 정보화 사업에 대한 성과관리의 부재는 장기적으로 조직의 전략목표와 정보서비스와의 GAP을 심화시켰고, 결과적으로 막대학 IT 투자 전체에 대한 회의감만을 대두시키는 결과를 가져 왔다. 2006년 IT최대의 화두인 IT거버넌스 개념 역시 IT와 비즈니스의 GAP을 줄여 IT 서비스가 조직의 목표와 전략을 올바르게 지원하도록 IT운영을 하자는 것이 핵심사상이다. 이러한 IT거버넌스 실현의 중심에 IT 투자성과관리체계가 있다. 해양수산부는 IT투자성과관리체계구축을 통하여 정보화사업 전체 프로세스를 지원하며, 각 단계별 이력관리를 통해 매년 사업 담당자가 바뀌는 상황에서도 안정적인 사업의 추진이 가능하도록 하였으며, 각 사업에 대한 평가지표개발 및 평가체계 구축을 통해 사업계획, 시행, 종료 단계에서 과학적인 정보화 사업의 투자성과평가를 지원하는 체계를 마련하였다. 이러한 IT투자성과관리체계는 기 구축된 ITA, ITAMS, IT자산관리체계와 연동하여 해양수산부 IT거버넌스 실현에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

  • In a positive Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) environment, by combining the latest computer network technology with IoT technology, remote health care such as health care and monitoring is improved through the provision of quality medical information services. In this paper, we identified and compared the platforms applied with blockchain and presented the results of developing the product distribution de-centralized DApp. In the process, we developed a distribution platform that can use blockchain technology to identify product fraud, manage data, manage customers' information, prevent forgery, track transaction history, and facilitate product transactions.

  • In this study, develop the seismic acceleration measurement data conversion and signal processing algorithms for improve the operational efficiency of the seismic acceleration measurement system installed for public facilities. Through the analysis of the seismic acceleration time history data, the evaluation methods and criteria and evaluating the safety of buildings were proposed. The system was applied to the test bed building to verify its operation and usability. It is expected to be used as a decision making support data and determining the direction and priority of disaster response in the event of an earthquake.

  • This study explored the application of the NFT-based Learn-and-Earn model in metaverse vocational education and training. Through expert interviews, Delphi analysis, and AHP analysis, the study evaluated considerations and importance of L&E model operation, NFT technology application, course history and certification management, teaching media copyright management, and platform-related issues. Based on the results, the study suggested the need for performance measurement, infrastructure establishment, institutional arrangement, and ethical issue response when utilizing the L&E model.

  • The maintenance and management of each tunnel has been individually performed in depending on service, management agency, and tunnel size. The maintenance and management system for the existing tunnel consists of simple tunnel card and the computerization of basic tunnel data, now. There is not the systemic maintenance and management system for tunnel. Therefore, it has been impossible the systemic maintenance and management for tunnel due to loss of data obtained from each step, such as, plan, design, construction, or maintenance, with time. The objective of this study is to build the database system in combing the results of tunnel scanning with all data obtained from plan, design, construction, or maintenance step.

Development of a Failure Probability Model based on Operation Data of Thermal Piping Network in District Heating System (지역난방 열배관망 운영데이터 기반의 파손확률 모델 개발)

  • District heating was first introduced in Korea in 1985. As the service life of the underground thermal piping network has increased for more than 30 years, the maintenance of the underground thermal pipe has become an important issue. A variety of complex technologies are required for periodic inspection and operation management for the maintenance of the aged thermal piping network. Especially, it is required to develop a model that can be used for decision making in order to derive optimal maintenance and replacement point from the economic viewpoint in the field. In this study, the analysis was carried out based on the repair history and accident data at the operation of the thermal pipe network of five districts in the Korea District Heating Corporation. A failure probability model was developed by introducing statistical techniques of qualitative analysis and binomial logistic regression analysis. As a result of qualitative analysis of maintenance history and accident data, the most important cause of pipeline damage was construction erosion, corrosion of pipe and bad material accounted for about 82%. In the statistical model analysis, by setting the separation point of the classification to 0.25, the accuracy of the thermal pipe breakage and non-breakage classification improved to 73.5%. In order to establish the failure probability model, the fitness of the model was verified through the Hosmer and Lemeshow test, the independent test of the independent variables, and the Chi-Square test of the model. According to the results of analysis of the risk of thermal pipe network damage, the highest probability of failure was analyzed as the thermal pipeline constructed by the F construction company in the reducer pipe of less than 250mm, which is more than 10 years on the Seoul area motorway in winter. The results of this study can be used to prioritize maintenance, preventive inspection, and replacement of thermal piping systems. In addition, it will be possible to reduce the frequency of thermal pipeline damage and to use it more aggressively to manage thermal piping network by establishing and coping with accident prevention plan in advance such as inspection and maintenance.

  • Closed-circuit television(CCTV) is a facility that forms the backbone of the ubiquitous services provided by the Integrated Management Center of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Integrated Control Center of the Ministry of the Interior. However, it is installed and managed according to different laws, as it is operated and managed by each department. Moreover, because there are no regulatory grounds for unified management of CCTV, each municipality responsible for the actual management manages it based on the individual standards of each department. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a standardized management form to establish an integrated management plan. The author inspected the existing situation by examining the legal system and public data and through hands-on worker interviews, and discovered the managed element by reviewing the specifications of the bidding system. The management form for integrated management comprises the above requirements along with the management histories and linkage of intelligent facilities. A uniform management form for integrated management containing specifications of the CCTVs installed by various departments is created, and is easily searched for facilities to check requirements for joint use. The result of this study can contribute to building the database of facility management system for integrated management of facilities at the integrated management center as well as for a detailed simulation of the selection of location of CCTV depending on the CCTV's specifications.

A Research Study on Monitoring for Establishing Disaster Safety Villages in Rural Areas -Based on Disaster Prevention Experience Village in Garisan-ri, Inje-gun- (농촌지역 재난안전마을 구축을 위한 모니터링 조사 연구 -인제군 가리산리 방재체험마을 중심으로-)

  • In this study, the field investigation was carried out in an area damaged by flood, which recently occurred in Chungcheong region, in order to establish a disaster safety village in a rural area. In addition, the history and characteristics of a village in Garisan-ri, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do that experienced loss of life and property caused by flood in 2006 were analyzed through monitoring. The village was restored and has been operated as a disaster prevention experience village for the purpose of disaster prevention, and its structural and non-structural status was monitored during the analysis. Based on the results, application measures for establishing a disaster safety village in a rural area in future were examined. At the time of restoring food damage, the residents' participation was actively reflected in the process of establishing the disaster prevention experience village in Garisan-ri. The village has been currently operated until now as an example of disaster safety village in rural regions, and various activities including training and educational programs are carried out in order to reinforce the disaster prevention capability of residents. The findings of this study can be used for establishing a disaster safety village in a rural area based on such characteristics.
