공항에서의 항공기 운영을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 항공기 출발관리시스템이 국내에 적용되기 위해 고려할 사항에 대해 기술하였다. Eurocontrol에서 정의한 출발관리시스템의 기본 요구사항과 해외 개발 사례를 바탕으로 기본적인 항공기 출발관리를 위해 필요한 환경 요건을 분석하였으며, 출발관리와 관련한 국내 공항의 운용 방법과 연동 가능한 시스템 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 항공 교통량 증가율이 가장 높은 국내 대표 공항인 인천공항과 제주공항을 대상으로 한 항공기 출발관리 시스템을 설계하기 위해 고려할 사항에 대해 분석하고, A-CDM 등 다양한 외부 조건에 대해 독립적인 시스템 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Business intelligence assumes an integrated and inter-connected information resources. To manage an integrated database, we need to trace data transformation processes from its outset. For this purpose, this study proposes an extended Information Structure Graph that models data transformation steps in addition to data transformation structures. Using the graph, we can identify relationship among data entities and assign data quality measures to each nodes or arcs of a graph, thus eases management of data and enhancing their quality.

The construction supervisors of the public companies are usually responsible for process management, quality management, safety management, and many other various tasks that occur during construction project. Public companies such as Korea Highway Corporation have developed a framework and manual for management and supervision of construction projects. But, there has been the change of business environment such as increase of private investment project and the introduce of construction management system recently. It has been necessary for construction supervisor to streamline the current project management system in the owner's aspect in order to cope with the expected new challenges. Accordingly, this research has been investigated and analyzed the operation system between Korean supervisor and foreign supervisor in their public corporation. This research has suggested the advanced project management in their public corporation. Especially, this study has proposed the construction management manual for supervisors such as inspectors training, supervisors construction manual, and supervisors training road map.

The information security management system (ISMS) and the personal information management system (PIMS) have been integrated into a personal information & information security management system (ISMS-P) certification scheme in response to requests to reduce the time and cost to prepare certification schemes. Integration of the certification system has made it possible for the system operator to gain the advantage of easy management of the ISMS-P certification system, and the certification target organization can enjoy the advantage of easy acquisition and maintenance of certification. However, ambiguity in the application criteria of the target organization, and ambiguity in the certification criteria control items require the target organization to operate an excessive management system, and the legal basis to be applied to the certification target organization is ambiguous. In order to improve these problems, this paper uses case studies to identify the types of certification bodies that apply the certification criteria, and to change the control items applied during certification audits based on the types of certification bodies. Institutions that wish to obtain only ISMS certification have proposed three solutions, excluding controls covered by the ISMS-P. This paper suggests ways to operate an efficient certification system, and can be used as a basis for improving problems in the ISMS-P certification system.

부산북항을 국내에서는 체류형 해양관광과 동남해안 관광벨트 중심의 해양관광 거점으로, 또한, 국제적으로는 해륙교통의 요충지 여건을 활용하여 교통인프라를 구축하여 유라시아 관광의 전초기지로 하기위한 친환경 워터프런트 및 시민참여형 항만재개발사업이 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산북항 재개발지구의 친수공간 배치계획에 따라 반영된 마리나 시설을 대상으로 국제해양관광의 거점조성 개발컨셉에 부합하는 마리나시설 개발을 정립하기 위하여 국내 및 해외 선진국의 마리나시설 개발사례에 대하여 국가별, 시설별로 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이는 추후 국내 마리나 개발시 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 아울러, 부산북항 마리나항만의 효율적인 개발과 운영의 활성화를 위한 법적인 절차, 정부의 지원정책, 개발방향, 사업시행방안, 관리운영방안 등에 대한 구체적인 검토를 통하여 향후 국내 마리나 개발과 운영시 사례로 활용하고자 한다.

최근 국내외에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용한 과학기술 응용 연구가 점차 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 데이터 처리를 필요로 하는 과학기술 응용을 지원하기 위한 스토리지 구축 및 운영 기술을 다루고자 한다. 본 연구를 위하여 많은 과학기술 분야 중 대규모 데이터의 처리를 필요로 하는 천문우주 분야 응용을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 물리적인 컴퓨팅 자원의 스토리지 구축 및 운영 방안뿐만 아니라, 응용 연구자가 직접 접근 및 사용하는 가상 클러스터 환경의 스토리지를 대규모 데이터 처리에 최적화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

WTO 농업협상 이후 농촌지역의 새로운 소득원발굴을 위해 농촌관광에 대한 수요가 증대하고 있다. 이를 위해 '02년부터 정부의 정책적 지원하에 농촌관광사업이 전국적으로 추진되고 있으며, 공급주체인 참여 농업인 및 지역주민에게는 민박운영, 체험프로그램 운영 등의 새로운 시장환경에 적응하기 위한 다각적인 경영활동이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부 정책사업 또는 자생적으로 농촌민박 경영에 참여하는 농가들을 대상으로 민박 경영활동이 적절한 수익모델을 갖추고 지속가능한 구조로 정착될 수 있도록 농촌민박의 실태를 분석하여 정책적 지원과 관리운영에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 실태조사는 “02년도의 정책사업 시범마을 10개 마을과 일반 민박마을 12개 마을 계 22개 마을을 선정하여, 해당마을의 민박농가, 내방객, 지역주민을 각각 4∼5명 계 312명 대상으로 설문 조사하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways of improving systematic records management based on the results of analyzing the present records management situation of college and department in an university which is operating archives. To achieve the purpose, survey and interview of the persons in charge of producing and managing the administrative documents of college and department were conducted. Furthermore, actual condition investigation of records management of college and department and university archives were analyzed. According to the results of analysis, the following problems were found: 1) lack of sufficient records management by college and department, 2) lack of understanding of tasks by processing staffs, 3) operational problems of university archives. Based on the results, recommendations were made as follows; First, it is necessary to improve an awareness of records management by operating staffs. Second, it is necessary to educate staffs through the development of training programs reflecting the characteristics of the university and set up guidelines for records management by college and department. Third, it is necessary to execute reorganization and supplement the personnel of university archives.

현재 국내에는 하천시설물의 인증과 관련한 제도와 법령이 마련되어 있지 않다. 하천시설물과 관련된 인증 제도는 효율적인 하천시설물의 유지관리를 가능하게 하고, 치수 안전성 증대에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구는 미국의 제방 인증(levee accreditation) 제도를 분석하여 국내에 적용하는 방안에 관한 것이다. 미국의 연방 재난 관리국(Federal Emergency Management Agency; FEMA)은 국가 홍수 보험 프로그램(National Flood Insurance Program; NFIP)을 관리하고 있는데, 그의 일환으로 제방 인증 제도를 시행하고 있다. 제방의 인증은 제내지를 보호하는 제방 시스템이 100년 빈도의 홍수에 대한 방어 능력이 있는지를 기술적으로 검토하는 것이다. 여기서 제방 시스템이란, 제방, 홍수벽, 수문 장치, 펌프시설, 암거, 내수 배제 시설 등 홍수로부터 제내지를 보호하기 위한 모든 시설을 포함한다. 미국은 제방 인증을 위한 제도로서 연방 규정 조례(code of federal regulation; CFR)를 두어 제방 시스템의 설계, 운영, 유지관리의 기준을 마련하였다. 제방 인증을 신청하는 기관은 연방 규정 조례에서 정의된 제방 시스템의 운영 및 유지관리에 관한 문서를 갖추어야하고, 공학적인 설계 기준에 대하여 면밀히 검토되어야 한다. 운영 및 유지관리에 관한 사항은 수문과 내수배제 시스템을 포함한 제방 시스템의 홍수 시 운영 지침과 운영실적, 유지보수 지침과 점검 보고서 등이다. 공학적인 설계 기준에 대한 검토사항은 제방의 여유고, 수문, 호안, 제방과 기초의 안정성, 침하, 내수배제에 관한 분석 결과이다. 이러한 제방의 인증에 필요한 기술적인 검토 자료와 관련 문서는 등록된 전문 기술자나 제방의 설계와 시공능력을 갖춘 연방 기관을 통해 보증(certification) 되어야 한다. 현재, 미국에서 제방의 보증을 결정하는 대표적인 기관은 미 공병단(U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; USACE)이다. 제방 보증의 유효기간은 최대 10년이지만 검사와 평가가 지속되고, 유효 기간 만료 전이라도 언제든지 재검토될 수도 있다. 또한, 제방 시스템 전체에 대하여 보증 여부를 결정하고, 개별 시설에 대한 보증이나 조건부 보증은 수행하지 않는다. 국내에 제방 인증 제도를 도입하기 위해서는 제방 인증에 관한 절차, 수행 기관, 수행 방법 등에 대한 규정과 제도가 마련되어야 하고, 현재 국내에서 수행되고 있는 하천시설물의 안전도 검사 방법을 포함한 평가 지표와 평가 기술에 대한 인증 표준화가 요구된다.

Energy consumption of building is given a sizable portion in total national energy conservation. From this reason, the integrated management system of national building energy was proposed to manage energy usage and of which feasibility study was demonstrated in Seoul at 2010. Expansion of the application availability for the aforementioned system, energy policies etc. have focused on the building sectors and future uses and developments are investigated. Specially, energy consumption and building documentary DB are useful to validate energy usage for each building and define to remodelling effect before and after. Furthermore, in this study, a number of developments and applications of the system and future uses of energy usage data can be identified.
